Here to talk truth, to help and to educate !
Hello beautiful people. Welcome to my channel. I am your girl Mommy So True. If you're new here,
hello to you. All my lovely subscribers, big hugs to you guys. Hello you guys. It's a beautiful
stormy rainy day, but I still love it. You know, nature is nature. I love it when it rains. I love
The weather does not change my happiness or my feeling or my energy. I'm not one of those people
who wake up and, oh, it's a crappy rainy day. Have a crappy day as well. No, that's not the way I
think. So hopefully I shed some positivity onto you today, not just based on the weather, but
based on today's video. You're here with a video today, you guys, because I want to talk to you
about what's on my heart this morning. I want to share with you how I'm feeling. How I'm feeling,
y'all, is, yo, and I know it's a fact. I know it's a fact, y'all. Y'all, you are honestly the best
thing that could have happened to any narcissist that's been in your life. I'm not just saying
that because I'm sitting here trying to pump you up and try to make you feel like you are above
somebody. I'm not trying to turn you into a narcissist. What I am doing is I am letting you
know that this is real, okay? You were a real one. You were a real one before a narcissist entered
your life. You didn't just become a real person, a genuine person, a caring person because you met
them. It was already in you. This is who you are. Giving is not something that's hard for you to do,
but I am here to talk to you, whoever's watching this video, that this title made you click on
because you know, as soon as you saw it, you're like, oh my God, I am the best thing that happened
to this person. Yeah, you were. You really need to understand and see that everything you're seeing
and hearing on the internet does not apply to you and does not apply to your situation.
Just because they're telling you that a narcissist doesn't know how to love and doesn't have empathy
and doesn't care and doesn't have feelings. Don't apply that to your situation. Look at your
situation and pay attention to that person that you've been dealing with. Those of you who are
dealing with a narcissistic spouse, those of you that married a narcissistic spouse or are married
to a narcissistic spouse, pay attention to the things that has happened through the course of
your relationship because you have seen parts of this person that nobody has ever seen. I know a
lot of you can relate to some of the things I'm going to tell you because you know what you put
into this person and the relationship, more so the person. A lot of us who have dealt with a
narcissist, you actually learned so much about their childhood. They told you stories that they
probably never shared with anybody and these stories meant so much to you because you are a
true empath. As an empath, when you hear somebody's story, when you hear somebody's childhood trauma,
where they've come from, you feel it as if it's something you went through yourself. You understand
it and immediately you just want to be there. You want to be a nurturer to the person because you
feel like, oh my god, I can't believe that happened to you. Narcissists encounter so much trauma
throughout their life and the base of it happens as a kid to them. When they met you,
they broke down. They shared it with you. They told you exactly why they are so trash.
They told you a story or two or three that left your jaw hanging in awe. You were like, wow,
you went through that? That happened to you? Your mom did that to you? Your dad
did that to you? Your sister? Your aunt? Your grandmother? You hear the craziest stories
and not only does that create the trauma bond, but it also grabs you as an empath in a way where
you become completely willing and open to be there for them. You want to be their ultimate support.
You are a grade A supply. You know what that means? That means you're all about compliance.
When we talk about compliance, we're talking about making sure things are done when they need to be
done and they're done appropriately. You were interested in helping them get into therapy,
helping them build their credit, helping them achieve their highest goals in life.
You probably helped them write things down. You taught them how to be organized and productive.
You even inspired them to even maybe go back to school, inspire them to push their business
forward or maybe direct their business in a different way because you are a compliance
type of energy. You operate on compliance. You operate on making sure things are done
and complete. If they're not, you're coming with a plan.
Tolerate. As a grade A supply, you're not built to settle. You're not built to settle. Your main
objection throughout the relationship was to always help them elevate in whatever way that
you can contribute to. A narcissist cannot handle a grade A supply. That's why they discarded and
went and got some type of low quality supply, left you hanging for a reason. You were too much to
handle, but you will not be forgotten because when you come into somebody's life with that type of
compliance, with that type of mind to aim for perfection, you aim for elevation, you aim for
upgrade, you aim for high quality. No matter how much pain you took from them, no matter how much
you took from those family members, from that husband or wife, no matter how much abuse you've
endured, eventually you kicked into a mold where your strengths show. You were like, I am no longer
going to lay on my back and let you just kick me all over the place. And because of that, you'll
never be forgotten. When someone has the strength to see their worth and walk away from a situation
that does not benefit them or walk away from a person who is abusing them. Because most of the
time an abuser knows they're hurting you because you as an impact, you've broken down in front of
that narcissist. You've cried in front of them. You've shown them that they are hurting you. You've
had conversations, you've said things to them. You've asked them, why are you doing this to me?
Why, what is it? What did I do to you? What did I do to you for you to do that to me?
Out of pain you've wondered because it hurts and they watch that. A lot of us are programmed to
believe that these people just don't have feelings, but I told you, remember your situation and don't
forget it because you know the person you're dealing with. You know damn well what they
actually care about. You know what they are passionate about. You know what's going to get
under their skin. You know them. You know them and you should know that losing you,
oh my God, was their biggest mistake. Was their biggest mistake. They can never get over that.
There isn't always one reason why a narcissist don't let go of supplies. The main reason why
they don't let go of a grade A supply is because a grade A supply does not come by
often for a narcissist. It's very rare. They might get one in their life. Lucky if they get two. If
they do get a second one, nine times out of 10, they're not going to be able to hang on to that
second one either because they are still a narcissist. A change in supply is not what's
going to make them change or be a better person. If anything, a change in supply brings out the
worst in them. A change in supply makes them downgrade in life. A change in supply takes
them from where you had them at, which is right here. You help them build. You help them. You help
them get somewhere. You help them keep a job. They've never been able to keep a job. Then you
came into their life and they were thriving. They were thriving. You came into their life. Their
bank account grew. You came into their life. They were getting things they never got. Opportunities
were coming their way that they never saw coming because you were talking that good talking to them.
The best thing that ever happened to them. You never ignored anything that they were feeling.
You validated their feelings all the time. You put your feelings aside to make sure they were good.
Whenever you saw their mood was off, you stopped what you were doing and you tried to figure out
how you can readjust their mood, how you can bring life back into them because naturally that's just
what you do. You weren't just doing it because you wanted to keep them around. You wanted to
keep them happy. You were doing it because that's just who you are. You carry that. You were the
best thing that could happen to them. Their children met you and they are so heartbroken and
sad that the relationship did not work out because you were the best thing that happened to that
entire family. The entire family is mad that the relationship did not work out because you were
the best thing that could have ever happened to that person. This person is no longer going to be
able to thrive in life the way that they were capable of thriving when you were there. It's
just sad and unfortunate that they did not take that opportunity to glow, but that's not your
problem. It's now a personal problem. Remember, this is a PPP person, a personal problem person,
a personal problem predator, okay? A PPP person. I'm going to share a little bit about my story
with my narcissistic spouse. When we first met you guys, I was very open.
I was very open to who he was, his background, what happened to him, what he went through.
I wasn't naive to what trauma was. I know what trauma is. I know when people have mental issues,
but I am not one of those people who judge someone for having a mental problem. I don't
disregard you or feel like you're not lovable just because you're mentally off. I feel like
everyone has the option to choose to elevate in life. Everyone has the option
to choose to grow as a person. Hi Barbie, thank you for interrupting me. I am filming currently.
Can you please come back in five minutes? I have to kick her out, you guys.
When I met my ex-narc spouse, you guys, I was very accepting of everything about him,
good and bad. I admit that. I'm not ashamed to admit that because I never want to feel wrong
for loving someone. You are not wrong for giving your heart. You are not wrong for wanting to love.
You are not wrong for wanting to accept. You definitely need to work on yourself and do better.
Make better choices that's going to benefit who you are and take you into a better place in life
and put yourself first. Maybe I lack that because I didn't say, okay, although I accept them,
are they a good fit for my life? I did actually analyze that, but the only thing that tricked me
in my analyzation was the narcissist is a good actor. Don't forget that when they meet you,
they mirror everything you're looking for. It made it very hard for me to analyze whether or
not they were going to be a good fit for my life, although I saw that there was some type of a
I have my own issues. I have my own problems that I deal with. I'm never the one to be
close-minded about someone else's struggles when it comes to mental health. I was willing to
be that support as an empathetic person and also just as someone who has been there.
I understood, so I was willing. Because of that, my approach was very loving and very open in every
situation from the beginning. That's how we ended up rushing into a marriage very quickly
because I was open. I was loving from the beginning. I accepted anything that came
with his family from the beginning. I went into the family with open arms,
knowing that they were from the ghetto. I was like, okay, all right, they're from the ghetto,
but I love this man, so I'm going to love them too. I didn't think about, wow, if they're from
the ghetto, they're going to behave ghetto. I just don't believe everybody that's from the hood or
from the ghetto or from the projects is just ghetto-minded because I grew up in that environment,
you guys. I grew up in the projects. I could not judge him for that. I actually was like,
okay, this is really cool because this is where we both come from and we're going up in life.
The plan was to go up in life. Because that was my mindset, I was committed to making sure we
would go up in life. That's why I created a family channel initially. My aim was to take us up,
was to help us elevate, was to help him heal as I healed and as he helps me heal.
That was my mindset. They knew that. The family, he did, whether they were completely messed up or
not, whether they were ghetto ratchet or not, they knew how I was coming and they would never
forget that. They've never seen that. They've never had that. I know my worth and I know what
I brought into the entire situation. I know that now, even after I've left, the stepchildren are
looking like, dang, my daddy is a big old fool. They're either going to take that and make sure
they never become like that or they're going to end up being exactly like that because this is
the only example of a man that they have. This man has six boys and all they see is a foolish man,
a man who is going from woman to woman every nine to 12 months of his life, a man who has
a different mother for every child. He now has maybe eight or nine children since I've
left the situation. I can sit here and tell you guys this because this is a no judgment zone.
I don't really care about being judged about what I went through, my decisions and
how my situation went. I don't want you to feel judged either because a lot of people end up
feeling very embarrassed, very stupid for what they've gone through with a narcissistic relationship
but don't. Don't feel bad for what you gave and what you loved and what you overlooked.
Just look at it and see where you need to work on yourself at but don't be sad for loving.
Loving is priceless. Loving is easy. It's just unfortunate that you loved someone who just did
not love you back the right way. They may have loved you back in pieces but that's not good
enough. They couldn't love you the right way but you did and you were the best thing that could
have happened to them because you loved them the right way. You prayed for them. You prayed for
them. You prayed for them. You actually prayed for them. That's big. They might have caught you
doing it. They might have saw you doing it even though they run from God. Even though they ran
from those moments where they caught you being spiritual. They're not gonna forget that because
the spirit is so strong. God's spirit is so strong and it roams this earth and if this narcissist
encountered a person like you, there is a spirit that's gonna always linger around them because of
and they're always going to feel that. They're always going to feel that depending on how
extreme they are. The devil uses them when they want. The devil doesn't stay in you. The devil
comes and goes. The devil operates through these narcissists but they don't stay. So whenever they
enter them in those moments where you and them are clashing, they enter and possess them and cause
these situations that's pissing you off and causing pain to you and causing discard in your
relationship and causing separation in your marriage making you want to run and leave.
That's when the devil is there. That's when they are they are possessed but the devil is messing
with them so bad that there are moments where the devil flees and leaves them
and that is when they have to face themselves. That is when they reflect. That is when they
feel something. That is when they start to feel, oh my God, I did the most messed up thing to the
person that actually really loved me and is down for me. This person cried with me. They remember
the moments where they broke down and you sat there and wiped those tears off their face and
you told them it's going to be okay. You told them it's okay. Don't hate yourself so much. Yeah,
you did some messed up things but it's okay. You told them God loves you still. You inspired them
to keep going. The best thing that could have ever happened to them. You are not going to be
forgotten by a narcissist. I am so sorry to tell you. So many of you that think that just because
you haven't been over, they forgot me. How can you forget someone like you? They haven't forgotten
you. They are going through moments where you pop up. They're going through moments where they wish
they could share something with you because only you would listen. Everybody is not a listener.
Everybody does not care to listen to that narcissist the way that you did.
Nobody is going to put in love, time, care and effort the way that you did. Anybody out here
in the streets can have sex, great sex. Anybody out here in the streets can give them money,
a lot of it. But nobody can exhibit the type of love that you gave. Nobody can exhibit the type
of care that you gave. Their children will never forget you. Their children will never forget you.
You had moments with those kids they're never going to have with somebody else.
The new supply cannot replace you in so many ways and the narcissist knows that.
They are going through moments of their life where they are reflecting and remembering
the real ones that they've lost and you are at the top of that list because you put in too much.
You put in too much. You put your name on too many things.
You stayed up too many nights crying with this man, crying for this man. You've driven around
in your car pissed off, crying, yelling at God too many times about this situation.
You have brought God's attention to this situation.
You carry something so big, a light so great that is still shining on their life
and they won't forget that. They know that. They know that it's because of you that they are
somewhere actually maybe thriving. Let's keep it all the way 1,000. A narcissist is somewhere
maybe living their best life, came up on some money because you put them on game about something.
When you met them, they were green. You put them on to restaurants. You put them on to designers
they never heard of. You guys, my ex-narc now knows about things that he never knew of.
This man ain't never even traveled for real until I came into his life.
Didn't even know how to book a flight probably. Didn't even really know how to enjoy himself out
of town until he came in my life and went out of town for business and I'm on the phone with him.
I'm like, enjoy your life. You ain't got to call me all day. I'm not that type of wife. I want you
to enjoy it. Put the phone down. Now I know that was stupid because I'm dealing with a habitual
cheater but that's not me. I want you to do you. Enjoy your life. Be free. This man told me stories
about relationships he were in where he was abused and I know he was. I know he was because he was
abused from a child. So as a narcissist, he encountered abusive relationships with other
narcissists. A narcissist does not have amazing relationships throughout their life. You were
the one relationship that actually brought a real smile to their hearts. They actually saw you and
felt good. They will never forget that. You were the best thing that happened to them. The best
thing that happened to them. Because of you, there's certain restaurants they can't even
go sit in no more because you put them onto it. There's certain foods they'll never forget
because you cooked it. You know how to throw down in that kitchen. You cooked for that woman and
then you went and rubbed her feet and gave her a massage, put her to bed. You took care of her in
ways that another man is not going to. Another man could care less how she feel when she get home from
work. She ain't forgot that. She ain't forgot how you just gave her money without even counting it.
You took care of her for real, for real. You gave your best and your all to her for real, for real.
You were the best thing that could have happened to her for real, for real. And that's just what
it is. That is just big and true facts. If this ain't for you, it ain't for you. I can't tell,
I can't tell nobody what their worth is. I know what mine is. I know what I put in and you do too.
You better understand and you better know that you were the best thing that could have happened
to that narcissist. You were the best thing that could have happened to your family because
they're sitting somewhere having conversations about you. They're having round table conversations
about you and some of them are suffocating on the inside. Many of you will realize that once you
detach from your narcissistic family, once you detach mentally, physically, you stop falling
into their traps. You stop, you stop caring. You stop letting the criticism bother you and
thriving life and glowing life and you really ignore them. You stop falling for hoovers.
Once you get to that part of the phase, pay attention to how they look. They literally,
they literally start to look dead. These people literally start to look like zombies.
After a few years, when I caught a glimpse of my mother, I was like, wow, that's my mom.
My heart broke when I saw her physically. She looked, I was like, wow, God, God, I see it now
because I've, I've detached from it. It's disgustingly ugly. I see the inside now
appearing on the outside. The ugliness is showing on the outside. The aging narcissist ages so ugly.
My God, my God, before I let y'all go, for those of you who are dealing with a new supply situation,
those of you dealing with a new supply situation where a narcissist, you know, got it somewhere on
social media, look like they happy. They moved on. I've told y'all so many times in these videos
that that crap is fake. They're faking it. There's nothing real about it. They somewhere wishing that
they could come back in. Hoovering ain't always about coming to mess you up again. Sometimes
hoovering is when they've gone through that self-reflecting moment and it hit them like a ton
of bricks. Damn, I messed up. I lost a real one. That was the best thing that could have happened
to me. That's why I'm throwing this message right here on this screen for y'all to read it.
I go through a Hoover every few months dealing with a spouse who's somewhere boasting to the
public that he's happy with someone else. We're still married legally, but the new supply is on
his social media with a ring on claiming to be married. Okay. But I'm getting hoovered.
I'm still getting visits to the neighborhood and messages telling me where you're at. I want to see
you. You're beautiful. All of that. To me, that's those moments of I messed up. I'm trying to get
back in. I don't know how to get back in because I'm a narcissistic fool. I'm over here trying to
make it known that I'm still looking and watching and interested. Although I'm pretending to have
this other life, this other fake ass life that I'm not happy with because I know that I've walked
away and I've lost the best thing that could have happened to me. I have lost it. My children miss
it. My children are asking, Daddy, why? Mommy, why? Where's she at? Where's he at? Why can't we see them
anymore? They got to live with that. The best thing that happened to them. Your children were getting
used to waking up to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now they're back in the hood where they're eating
maybe once a day. And if it's once a day, it's probably snacks. The best thing that could have
happened to you. It is what it is because it's a personal problem now. Because what I'm doing now
is going to be the best thing that happened to me, for me and for my kingdom spouse.
You guys, thank you so much for watching this video. Thank you for listening on this beautiful
day. Continue to thrive and continue to know and understand that you are and will always be
that grade A supply, the best thing that's ever happened to that narcissist. Your mom and dad
are going to miss the hell out of you. I don't care what role you play in that family dynamic.
If you are an empath, you're an empath. If you gave, you gave. You are who you are and it is what it is.
I love you. Stay strong, stay true and I will see you guys next time. Continue to thrive, continue
to love and continue to grow.
