They needed you to be broken beyond repair but instead you BROKE FREE

You know what? You should be broken beyond repair, but instead, you broke free. See, when you didn't know what you were dealing with, they were dragging you, dragging you to an early grave. Your health was at risk, your mind, your mental, your emotional well-being, your spiritual journey. It was all being attacked. They had so much control because they were so deceptive. They had a mask on so tight. They knew exactly what they were doing. The manipulation was extremely heavy and all they brought in your world was chaos and confusion, anger. They even tried to get you to hate yourself like they hate their selves. They wore you down and they wore you out from top to bottom. If they weren't attacking your finances, they were attacking your careers. They were attacking your skills, your talents. They were attacking you as the human being that you are. You could never satisfy them. You just were never good enough, even though you were more than enough. They worked hard on you. The humiliation rituals, it was real for you. They wanted to see you broken. They wanted to make sure that they implanted defeat deep within you to where you could never rise again. They used your kids against you. They used your past against you. They used your flaws against you. They worked hard to tear down your character. They tried to erase your morals had you doing things you knew you would never engage in but you were doing it because of their hypnosis they had your brain all twisted they had your life all twisted it was all intentionally done they've always known what they were doing to you they were sitting back and watching things fall apart they wanted badly to dim your light and they worked hard at it Every time you thought you were getting somewhere, they dragged you right back down. They just kept digging pits for you. In their sick head, this was supposed to be permanent. In their delusional minds, you were supposed to be broken and unrepairable. But instead, what happened is they forced you to break free from something you didn't even know was holding you hostage. every attack every tear every feeling of defeat for some reason you gained clarity for some reason it brought you to the knowledge that you now have and you know what they are for some reason it caused their mask to slip it fell it fell hard there was no more denying it at some point you had to accept the truth for what it is and what it's always been and what it will always be they are what they are and they're gonna be like that for the forever till the end of time it had nothing to do with you it was never your problem they've been broken they were broken way before you ever came along they've been lying they've been a con artist they've been using people they've been treating folks like they are objects they've been dehumanizing everybody they've been full of hatred this is why you broke free the narrative they thought they were in control of the game they thought they were winning collapse it all came tumbling down what they thought they were getting away with they got exposed maybe no one else saw it maybe they've been doing it for so long but you somehow broke through it and saw it breaking free means that you stopped doubting what you felt and what you saw you ran from them took off never looked back they didn't break you permanently you broke free permanently they helped you become what you are now even if you're healing in pain you got to reassess reanalyze redefine you got a chance to redo and restart your life you got a chance to reevaluate rediscover you got to reconnect with who you are who you were born to be a chance to relieve yourself from a monster of a person that was supposed to be a marriage. They're your parent. That's your family. You got a chance to disconnect. You got a chance to get off that stage and let them perform alone. You didn't have to act no more. Pretend. Try to keep it together. Hold it together. Protect their feelings. Make it work. You got a chance to become unbothered you broke free you got a chance to be renewed All their hard work to keep you permanently broken went out the window because it was never permanent What they did was they helped break parts of you that you needed to shed and let go of. And now you can let go of what no longer serves you. They helped you understand words like boundaries. Now you know what self-love truly is and what it looks like and feels like. Maybe you're learning. They wanted to see you broken forever, but you broke free. You've learned the truth and you get to reinvent and rewrite your story. It's your narrative now. They don't get to control nothing anymore. The more clarity you're gaining, the less control they're having, the less control they will ever have because it would never be the same story.
