《The High Celestial Realm》The Kingdom of the Gods Above the Clouds｜Hanging Torii & Kagura Heavenly Sanctuaries of Japanese Sh

“Above the clouds, there lies the kingdom of the gods.”

Enter the furthest reaches of Takamagahara, journeying through endless seas of towering clouds and ancient divine sanctuaries from the primordial age.

Vermilion torii gates stretch across heavenly chasms, while sacred shimenawa beams hang suspended high above the clouds.

On a floating sacred stage, Kagura dancers gently wave their cypress fans, while white-robed miko stand silently in prayer beside sacred trees and tranquil divine ponds.

This is an ethereal journey into the yūgen of the East, far removed from the noise and bustle of the mortal world.

Amid cool celestial blue, Japanese vermilion, and boundless white clouds, the otherworldly beauty of Japan’s Shinto sacred realms is brought vividly to life.

Put on your headphones, set the video to 4K, and immerse yourself in this divine realm seemingly suspended outside the flow of time.
