Cops Detain Driver By Mistake But Still Demand To See His Driving License!

In the UK a person is required to produce a driving license when requested by uniformed constable!

Under section 164 of Road Traffic Act 1988 uniformed constables have the power to request production of driving license and in certain cases statement of date of birth.

As I’ve mentioned in the video I believe both men lost control of their emotions. Male officer stated facts that were not true. The driver on the other hand confused US and UK legislation. I am no expert but I’d say the human element was the root cause of this “misunderstanding”.
