oot & Rise Compost Pile

Turning Waste Into Life 🌱♻️

Welcome back to Root & Rise Sustainable Farm!

Today we're starting something important — our compost pile! 🌿 This is the beginning of our journey to turn organic waste and natural materials into rich, valuable compost that can eventually help improve our soil and grow healthier crops.

We’ll be adding things like grass, leaves, plant material, kitchen scraps and other suitable organic waste as the pile develops. We’ll also document the process so you can follow along and see how a simple pile of waste can slowly transform into something that gives life back to the soil.

This is more than just compost — it’s part of our vision for a sustainable farm where waste becomes a resource.
