We Have 28 Days to Finish 4 Trucks for SEMA

Four trucks are headed to SEMA 2026. We can show you two. The other two stay covered until Vegas, including a '56 F100 where every panel was modified except one. The trucks have to be finished by October 30 before they get hauled to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Our owner Jason walks the whole shop to show where each build stands, because there's SEMA done and then there's done. All four ride on FF Chassis.
PSYCHO 1966 F100 (Closest to finished)
- House of Kolor candy brandywine over black
- Whipple supercharger
- Polished wheels with hidden lug nuts, color-matched bed liner
- Interior built and waiting to go in: leather-wrapped fiberglass dash pad, one-piece fiberglass back wall, Mustang seats
- The trim isn't SEMA ready yet, so it's getting replaced
1966 Bronco (Furthest behind)
- FF Chassis independent setup, Coyote, custom headers
- Wilwood brakes, King coilovers, triangulated four-link
- Custom billet grille with illuminated inserts, billet emblem, new door handles and mirrors
Billet tailgate pieces and aluminum fender flares
- Every part gets prototyped in plastic first to check fit, then made in metal and Cerakoted. One plastic mirror did not survive filming.
The two we can't show yet. A '79 F-250 crew cab gets a custom wheel we designed, 3D-printed off-road bumpers, a soft-open tailgate and a working third brake light. Behind the curtain, the '56 F100 has been years in the making, and you get a look at the one-off hidden hood hinge our engineering team designed for it, with the actuator tucked behind the firewall.
Across all four trucks, our engineering team has created 42 new parts. Most of them are headed to the website after SEMA.
The challenge: we unveil the '56 on the first day of SEMA, November 3. After that, the first person to correctly name the one piece of metal we left uncut in the comments gets a free FFG t-shirt.
The interior pieces going into these trucks are the same kind we build for our kits. Good enough for SEMA, good enough for you: fatfender.com/interiors
