The Dark Magic is a bold tropical tiki cocktail inspired by the Mai-Kai’s legendary Black Magic, combining coffee, pineapple, cinnamon, citrus, and rum. This rum cocktail uses Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum and OFTD alongside fresh lime, orange, pineapple juice, cinnamon syrup, Angostura bitters, and chocolate bitters for a rich, mysterious tiki drink.

Dark Magic
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
¾ oz orange juice (22.5 ml)
1 oz pineapple juice (30 ml)
¾ oz cinnamon syrup (22.5 ml) see video below for syrups
1 oz Cometeer Coffee* (30 ml)
2 oz Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple rum (60 ml)
¾ oz Planteray OFTD rum (22.5 ml)

Cometeer coffee capsule was diluted with 3 oz of water
