Ingredients:
5 g (1 teaspoon) sugar.
10 g (3 teaspoons) dry yeast.
75 ml (0.3 cups) warm water.
170 ml (0.7 cups) warm milk.
30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil.
350 g (2.6 cups) flour.
5 g (1 teaspoon) salt.

For greasing:
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon milk.
White sesame seeds.
Chia seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
Oven settings: top and bottom heat.
