Woman who lost almost $10K in bitcoin scam says banks 'don't care about the customer'

Ben Tran lost $9,800 in a Bitcoin scam after a fraudster impersonated a TD Bank employee. Despite the scammer spoofing the bank's official caller ID, TD Bank has refused to reimburse her, citing a waiver she signed during the withdrawal. Tran is now appealing the decision to the federal banking ombudsman.
