Telescoping - Ram Air 12ga. Slug Prototype - Tested!

Today we test out Saar's unusual telescoping slugs. These have little nozzles that are supposed to extend out the back from the air flowing through the inlet. This is tricky because they really need to be travelling at a sub-sonic speed for this to happen. We do quite a few long range tests with these with surprising results. Like many of these tests, we explore what is possible using unusual aerodynamic techniques. It many ways it is like a small scale wind tunnel test.
