Suspect in courthouse parking garage shooting arrested

Investigators have arrested 26-year-old Kenneth Logan Jr. after a security incident that shut down an Orange County courthouse for several hours. The suspect was apprehended after attempting to hide in a woman's vehicle in the courthouse parking garage.
