Celebrating Afro-Peruvian culture in the Bay Area

Oakland-based dance company Kuna Machway is partnering with Lamar in San Francisco to host a special Afro-Peruvian dance class in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Led by Executive Director Carmen Roman, the event aims to share and preserve the rich cultural traditions of African descendants in Peru through music and movement.
