Middle Island nursing assistant arraigned on forcible touching charge

Kevin Lopez Diaz, a 23-year-old certified nursing assistant at Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing, has been arraigned on charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a disabled person. He pled not guilty and was released under a temporary order of protection for the 32-year-old victim.
