Video Summary
AI Generated
This video explores how individuals over 50 can leverage their life experience and wisdom as competitive advantages to launch AI-powered side hustles. By using AI to handle technical tasks and YouTube to build trust and traffic, older adults can monetize their expertise through various service-based and digital business models.
All right, so today I'm giving you the top 10 best
Clawed AI side hustles for people over 50,
and this was a topic requested many times by the community.
And these are not okay options,
and they're not settle for this options,
because we're talking about the best ways to make money
where being over 50 is actually working for you,
not against you.
And where Clawed AI does the heavy lifting
on the parts that usually stop people.
Now, some of these you can run as a light side hustle,
and some of them can turn into a full second act career.
So I'll be using the words job and side hustles
kind of interchangeably here,
because in the modern economy,
they kind of are interchangeable.
This is coming from someone who's made over $10 million
from internet businesses and side hustles,
and I've helped over a thousand people
with a thousand verified testimonials
from my business partners and I
land their dream jobs as well.
And many of those people were in their 50s,
their 60s, and even their 70s.
Just as an example, I interviewed Brian
who got a digital marketing job at 59 years old.
So I know what works for this demographic
because I've watched it work over and over again.
Now, some of these are going to surprise you.
Some of them are going to be perfect for you,
and some of them might not be your cup of tea,
and that's completely fine.
So pay close attention because by the end of this video,
there will probably be a few really good options
that resonate with you.
And by the way, I'm gonna show you how to do this
with Claude in a little bit,
and all the free resources are in the third link
down in the description and the pinned comment below,
so you can follow along.
So go ahead and click down there for that.
And if you appreciate me making this type of content,
let me know by gently tapping that like button
and let's jump in right now.
All right, so number one is gonna throw a lot of you off,
and I'm doing it on purpose
because most side hustle videos for 50 Plus
are scared to even talk about this,
and that is death money, okay?
So there are only two things in life
that are certain as they say, and that is death and taxes.
And the one that's even more certain,
unfortunately, is death.
But where there are problems, there are opportunities,
and there is an entire industry around death.
Probate paperwork, estate planning,
memorial slideshow services,
helping families get a parent's trust set up
so it's not a nightmare when something happens.
Even pet memorial services, right?
That is a real industry now and it's actually really big.
And look, I know that that sounds dark,
but this is one of the most stable, recession-proof,
and emotionally important niches that exist.
And I'll be honest with you for a second,
my grandma just passed away very recently.
And watching my family navigate that whole process,
the paperwork, the grief, the logistics, the financial side,
it gave me a brand new appreciation
for the people who help families through this
because most of them have no idea
what they're doing when it hits them.
And here's the thing,
nobody wants a 22-year-old TikToker
advising them on their parents' estate.
They want someone who's been through it, right?
So think of it like being the wise neighbor
that families call during a crisis, right?
The product isn't the paperwork, product is trust.
And you have decades of life on you
that nobody under 30 can fake.
And funeral directors won't even look at you
if you're a 25-year-old kid in a suit.
But a 58-year-old who's buried both parents,
well, that's something that they can relate to.
That's somebody that they can trust.
And people can hand over their hardest moment
to you on day one.
So a great example of someone
who built this into a full business
is a guy named Paul Rebellis.
I'm probably saying his name wrong,
but he's an estate planning attorney.
And he's an older guy,
and he started making YouTube videos
explaining estate planning in plain English,
which most attorneys refuse to do
because they wanna charge you $400 an hour to explain it.
And his channel became a lead generation machine
for his practice.
And he's basically turned the trust and experience advantage
of being older into a full inbound system.
Now, do you notice something about him?
Yeah, he's on the older side.
And by the way,
you don't need to be a lawyer to play in this space.
You can charge people to organize their parents' paperwork.
You can run memorial slideshow services.
One slideshow takes a few hours
and people pay $300 to $800 for them.
You can help families navigate probate court
without a lawyer for non-complex estates.
You can even niche down to pet memorials, right?
A huge growing market
and create custom keepsakes from photos.
The reason why this market has so much opportunity
is because it's just a bit morbid.
It's something that a lot of people don't wanna talk about.
And so therefore a lot of people don't wanna do it.
And that means there's a supply and demand imbalance.
There's still a lot of demand for this, right?
Whether or not people like it,
whether or not people want it, death does happen.
And there are a lot of problems surrounding it.
And if you can actually solve people's problems
and help them through that difficult time,
that creates a massive amount of value.
And because of the fact that it's just kind of icky,
it's a little bit taboo,
there's not a lot of competition in this industry.
All right, so there's the clod play for this one.
And honestly, for everything on this list.
Timeout, timeout, guys.
If you ever thought I should be on YouTube,
but I never started because of the time or the editing
or not knowing what to say
or not knowing how to get started,
AI just solved all of those problems for you.
Because you can now make money from YouTube
working less than four hours a week.
15 to 30 minutes a day is all you need.
And this works even if you have a full-time job,
you run a business,
you're already doing YouTube and you failed at it,
or you're doing YouTube and you're doing pretty well,
but you're struggling with monetization,
or you're just a normal person who isn't techie at all.
Which is exactly why this week,
I'm hosting a live training
on exactly how to start YouTube step-by-step for beginners.
It is 100% free, no cash at all.
And on top of that,
I'm gonna be handing out even more bonuses at the training.
Now, just to give you one example,
you'll be getting my Niche Validator Pro
that's powered by clod.
And we have a chat GPT version as well.
And this is a super valuable piece of software
where you can finally figure out
what the best niche for you is.
Or if you already have a niche,
it's gonna help you make it 10 times better.
So do not sleep on this one.
Go and grab your spot down in the description
and the pinned comment below,
because the only way to get it is by joining the training.
So if you wait, you might miss out.
Now, with that said, at the workshop,
you will get to meet me personally.
I'll be answering questions before, during,
and after the workshop directly.
So I'm looking forward to seeing you there.
So go click that link in the description
and the pinned comment below.
It's happening this week.
So get it on your calendar.
And if for some reason you can't make it
or you weren't able to be there,
still go click that link in the description
because it will automatically put you on a wait list
to notify you when we'll be running our next live training.
And you will be the first one to hear about it.
So yeah, looking forward to seeing you there.
And now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
All right, so number two is YouTube.
And I need you to pay close attention to this one
because YouTube isn't just one of the side hustles
on this list.
It is the engine that makes every other side hustle
on the list work better.
So it actually works really well
with just about any other side hustle out there
because the truth is just about any side hustle
you hear about, they all work, right?
You need traffic to get these side hustles to work.
And the absolute best type of traffic on the internet
by far, pretty much every marketer agrees, is YouTube.
So I'm gonna keep coming back to this throughout the video.
So lock in, but let's talk about YouTube itself first.
So YouTube is the only platform on the internet
where you can post one piece of content
and it can keep making you money for years, literally years.
In fact, it could keep making you money for decades.
And if you don't believe me here,
we actually had a six figure sale, right?
This was an agency done for you sale
for one of my companies that came from a video
that was about six years old, okay?
So YouTube is like having a 24 seven storefront
on the busiest street in the world
that you don't pay rent for.
And while you sleep, your videos are running ads,
generating leads, building trust and selling for you.
And there is nothing else like it.
And here's why this is incredible
for people over 50 specifically.
The barriers that used to keep older folks
off the platform are gone.
You do not need fancy equipment.
You don't need to be young or pretty.
You don't need to dance.
You don't need to be loud.
You don't need to learn complicated editing software.
You can literally film with your phone.
You can edit with one of about 15 different AI tools
that didn't exist three years ago
that make editing way easier.
And the audience on YouTube wants experts more than ever
because everyone's tired of 19 year olds
yapping about things that they've never done.
In fact, it has never in the history of the platform
been easier for an older person to start,
grow and make money on YouTube than it is right now.
Probably notice this.
So many older channels popping up left and right
with older creators.
And I would really know that this is true
because I've done it with my own family.
My brother Zach is 50 years old.
And up until recently, he was running
a totally separate business in the trades industry.
And he decided to start a YouTube channel
about helping people choose the right trade career
and actually get into the trades,
which by the way is a massive underserved audience.
There are millions of guys who want to leave their debt
in office jobs and the trades pay incredibly well right now.
And day 29, after posting his very first video
on the channel, he had a $214 AdSense day
just from ad revenue alone.
That's a $70,000 a year run rate.
And that is a full-time income in less than a month.
And he loves YouTube so much that now he's in the process
of selling his original business,
which was his trades business to go all in on YouTube.
And he loves it so much,
he's actually already planning a second channel as well.
And he is not special.
He's not technical.
He didn't buy a $5,000 camera.
He's just a regular 50-year-old guy who picked a topic
that he actually knew something about
and started uploading on it.
And the truth is you can look up
just about any random educational information
using ChatGPT or Claude now.
But you know what you can't look up?
Wisdom.
And wisdom is the thing that only older people have.
So think about this like in terms
of supply and demand, right?
There's massive amounts of supply
of younger people making content.
And to be fair, there's also a lot of demand,
but the supply is way higher.
And then when it comes to older people,
there's massive amounts of demand for people
who would prefer to watch older people make content,
whether they are older people who want to relate
to other older people or younger people
that wanna have like an online uncle or an online aunt
or an online parent or an online grandpa or grandma, right?
Somebody who can give them really good wisdom
and really good advice about something.
And yet there's very, very little supply.
And so this is a supply and demand imbalance problem.
And there are so many different ways to do this, right?
It doesn't have to be a national channel.
It doesn't have to be about money or business.
It can be a local channel about your city or town, right?
It can be a hyper niche hobby.
It can be about a life transition that you went through.
It can be about a problem that you had
that you were able to solve, right?
When life gives you lemons, you can turn it into lemonade.
Take my client, Craig.
He's a realtor in Montana.
He's in his seventies.
He made a single video about Montana stream access laws.
And that one video got over 100,000 views
and absolutely blew up his channel.
And now he's using YouTube
to bring in real estate clients in Montana.
And let me tell you,
most realtors do not have anything close
to this kind of online presence.
And the opportunity for older professionals
to dominate their local markets through YouTube
is insane right now.
I also have a client named RJ
who built a whole channel about retirement.
And he's teaching people how to actually enjoy retirement,
not just survive it, same playbook.
And by the way, as we go through the rest of this list,
keep in mind something important.
Almost every single one of the remaining side hustles
in this video gets 10 times more powerful
when you wrap a YouTube channel around it.
So YouTube is the multiplier.
Everything else is the multiplied thing.
So lock it in.
So here's how to get started.
Pick a niche that's based on something
that you already know,
like a career, a hobby, a life transition,
your local area, problems that you've had,
things that you've done a lot of
just because you like spent a lot of time doing it,
things that you were really bad at
that you were able to get good at, et cetera, et cetera.
Film with your phone or just film on your laptop.
Upload at least one video a week for 12 weeks
before judging anything.
And don't chase virality, chase consistency.
And whatever side hustle you pick from the list,
grab a YouTube channel around it.
The traffic, the trust, and the inbound leads
will change your business forever.
All right, number three is gonna be book money.
I'm specifically talking about self-publishing
on Amazon Kindle, or Amazon KDP
if you wanna get technical.
And here's why this is one of the most underrated
side hustles for older people specifically.
You actually have something to say.
Think about it.
You have lived 50 plus years, you've raised kids,
you've survived bad bosses,
you've made financial mistakes and learned from them,
you've probably been through divorce or grief
or career changes or layoffs or retirement transitions,
health scares, et cetera, et cetera, right?
You know things.
And there are millions of people
who want to learn from someone who's actually been there.
And self-publishing is like planting a fruit tree.
You do the work one time, you put the book out there,
and then Amazon sells it for you 24 seven.
Year after year, while you sleep,
while you're at the lake, while you're with your grandkids,
you're still getting paid.
And an example of somebody who built an empire doing this
is Sean Dolowit.
He made millions of dollars publishing on Kindle,
then he sold his business,
and now he makes a YouTube channel
helping other people do it.
And Sean was actually one of my clients
and we helped him grow and make money on YouTube as well.
And by the way, you might be thinking,
but Shane, I'm not a writer.
Stop, right?
You don't have to be a writer.
You have to be someone who knows something.
And in 2026, we have tools like Taggpt, Claude,
Grammarly, et cetera, that can synthesize your thoughts
and then make them into an outline and then edit them
and then polish a book for you
so that you can focus on the part that only you can do,
which is sharing what you know.
Now, here's how to start with book money.
Pick a niche that you have actual authority in,
like gardening or faith or retirement or parenting,
adult kids or your career field, et cetera, et cetera.
Outline 12 to 15 chapters,
then use an AI partner like Claude
to write 25 to 40,000 words.
You can hire a cover designer on Fiverr for maybe $50,
or you can just design your own cover.
Then you can upload to Amazon KDP.
And then, and this is the part
that most people miss out on,
start a YouTube channel around the same topic
and drive book sales.
The Amazon algorithm will see
that a lot of people are interested in your book
and they'll start promoting it even more internally.
So you'll end up getting more sales from outside Amazon
and more sales from inside Amazon.
And the book becomes a lead magnet and a profit center.
Now, I'd also highly recommend
checking out Sean Dolowitz's channel.
He knows far more about Kindle than I do,
but I do know that he has gotten a lot of people
a lot of results.
And you can check out my interview with him
where we talked about how we were able to help him
get incredibly good results on YouTube as well.
He actually made over $500,000
in a single month from YouTube.
All right, chapter four is resume money.
So specifically writing resumes
and optimizing LinkedIn profiles
for people who are trying to land high paying jobs.
Now, this one is a huge 50 plus advantage
and I don't see anyone talking about it.
And here's why it works.
You've actually been on the hiring side of the table.
You've sat in interview panels,
you've thrown resumes in the trash.
You know what makes a resume sound like a person
worth hiring versus the 800 other applicants
who use the same Microsoft Word template.
But some 24 year old resume writer on Upwork
has literally never been doing the one thing
that you have done, which is the hiring, right?
You have, and that's priceless.
You've either hired yourself
or you've helped out with hiring decisions.
And think of it like being a tailor for clothes.
Most people can put on a suit,
but a tailor makes it fit perfectly
so that it actually looks like a million bucks.
You're doing that, but for someone else's career.
And one thing that can also help you
is if you have experience in that specific industry too.
So I have a client named Davis
who built an entire business around this.
He helps people write resumes
specifically targeted at landing management consulting jobs.
And these jobs can pay 150 to 400,000
plus dollars a year sometimes.
So people will gladly pay top dollar
for a resume that gets him in the door.
Now Davis runs a whole agency around this now
and he hires a lot of older coaches
because frankly, those are the people
who know what hiring managers actually want.
And we helped him grow his YouTube channel on top of that.
And now the channel feeds leads to him passively.
So the best part about this side hustle
is you can pick any high paying field as your niche.
Tech, finance, healthcare, et cetera.
Each of those niches will pay
between 500 to $2,000 per resume package
because the upside is a six figure job.
And that's huge.
And by the way, you can also stack it, right?
Resume writing, LinkedIn profile rewrite,
interview coaching, salary negotiation coaching.
You could easily do a $3,000 package per client.
Get three clients a month
and you are running a six figure business
from your kitchen table.
So think about it like this.
If you have experience in a certain industry,
a certain career, certain types of companies, et cetera.
Okay, if you had a time machine like in Doctor Who
and you could go back in time
and tell the younger version of yourself
all the things that you've learned,
all the mistakes that you made, et cetera, et cetera.
How much faster could you have gotten
into the job that you're in right now?
How much more money would you have made
because of the fact that you got into that job faster?
Probably you would have made hundreds of thousands
or even potentially millions of extra dollars over time.
And that is the value that you give other people
by telling them exactly what they should do
and exactly what they shouldn't do.
You're saving them all that time, all that headache,
all that heartache and all that trouble
by helping them avoid the problems
that you had to go through.
So yeah, super valuable.
And by the way, it's not just resumes,
just career coaching in general.
I have helped so many people do this.
Like I can't tell you how common this is.
It's super boring, I'm not gonna lie.
Like you will probably get tired of teaching people
how to get into the same job over and over again,
but it gives a lot of value to society,
massive amounts of value.
And it pays so well because of the fact
that it's a bit boring, it pays incredibly well.
So I could give example after example of people
that I've worked with that have gotten,
made tons of money doing this, right?
Alex Shep made 15K per month.
Davis made it to over 100K per month doing this.
Richard Walls made it to over $12,000
in a single month doing this.
And this is while he was super busy working other jobs
and working over 80 hours a week and he had a new baby,
plus he had real estate investments, et cetera, et cetera.
Nicole made it to $80,000 in a single month
teaching women and other people how to get into GRC,
which is a type of cybersecurity career.
Antoine started various different businesses,
a lot of different types of side hustles,
and he made it all the way to over $100,000
in a single month from all of his income streams.
Josh Matakor started making content,
just being helpful in the IT and cybersecurity niche.
And he started a business where he made it all the way
to $180,000 in a single month.
So I think you get the idea.
And by the way, I could just go on and on here.
I could show you example after example, after example.
These are all people that I actually helped as well.
So I think you get the idea.
They all became career coaches,
did some sort of career coaching,
and were able to make full-time incomes from it.
And again, if you wanna learn how to do that,
attend the live training,
click the link in the description in the pinned comment below.
All right, chapter five is wisdom money, right?
And another way of saying this is online coaching.
So this is probably one of the most lucrative side hustles
on the entire list when you do it right.
And here's the angle that nobody else is gonna give you.
ChatGPT can replicate information,
but it cannot replicate wisdom, like I said before.
And wisdom is what you have if you're an older person.
So that's your advantage.
And again, you wanna take advantage
of your advantages, right?
Right, information is free.
You can Google it, you can ask AI,
you can buy a $5 ebook on Amazon
and learn anything in a weekend.
But wisdom is different.
Wisdom is the pattern recognition
that comes from doing something for 30 years,
from making the mistakes,
from watching the entire industry change three times,
from knowing what to do
when the textbook answer doesn't work.
That is something that AI absolutely cannot replicate.
And it's only gonna become more valuable
over the next 10 years, not less.
So think about it like this.
Information is a recipe.
Wisdom is a chef who cooked the meal 10,000 times.
Anyone can read a recipe, that's free.
Almost nobody knows what to do when the recipe goes wrong,
when an ingredient is missing,
when the oven dies halfway through.
That's where you come in
and people will pay you handsomely for it.
So there's so many different examples of clients
that I've helped do this.
An example of that would be Nurse Jen.
She just joined us very recently.
And with our method,
she posted a video about one month ago.
It blew up, got over 500,000 views,
and she's absolutely crushing it now.
And basically she's just helping people
navigate the healthcare system
and helping older people
make good healthcare-related decisions.
And she's able to do that
because she has a ton of experience as a nurse.
And you can coach people
through almost any major life transition
that you've already lived through, right?
Divorce recovery, career pivots, empty nest,
retirement planning, grief,
starting a business after 50, faith transitions,
health turnarounds, caregiving for aging parents,
any of these, right?
And that's just a tiny list.
Multiply that by 1,000,
you're not even beginning to touch
the total amount of niches out there, right?
And my client RJ is doing this in the retirement space.
He's helping people not just retire,
but actually enjoy retirement,
which is shockingly rare
because most people are terrified of it.
So here's how to start.
Pick one life transition or skill
that you've personally navigated.
Start doing some coaching calls.
You can even start just charging people by the hour,
like $100 to $200 per hour.
Get some testimonials,
raise rates to $300 to $500 per hour.
Then if you really wanna do this right,
package it into a 90-day coaching program
charging $3,000 to $7,000.
And of course, you wanna wrap a YouTube channel
around that same topic,
and the channel will hand you clients on a silver platter.
They will come to you ready to buy.
And again, if you want help choosing your niche,
attend the live training.
Click the link in the description
in the pinned comment below.
Now, chapter six is kind of similar.
It's almost very similar to career coaching,
but I'm gonna call this tutor money.
So you're not necessarily career coaching people,
but you're teaching people how to get very good
at something extremely specific, right?
Online tutoring is one of the most low effort,
high margins, high hustles for 50 plus in existence.
So anything that you've already gotten good at, right?
Let's just say math or piano,
or maybe you pass some very rare certification or a test.
You can tutor other people on that.
Just as an example,
I actually made $180 an hour tutoring people
on how to pass this test called the PCAT
or the Pharmacy College Admissions Test.
And I would literally charge $180 an hour
and people would gladly pay it.
But I think one of the greatest examples of the planet
on somebody who does this is Julio Gonzalez.
You probably know him as the organic chemistry tutor
and he doesn't even show his face on his YouTube channel.
He just explains stuff like chemistry, physics,
math, statistics, calculus.
That is it.
No fancy edits, no green screen, just a whiteboard.
And the channel has millions of subscribers
and he makes millions of dollars a year.
And the videos look like trash
compared to most YouTubers, right?
His audio is bad.
He doesn't show his face.
Nothing about it is fancy, high production content quality.
And it's because the audience doesn't care
about the production.
They care about getting their homework done.
Another example of someone in the same lane is Alok Pandey,
better known as Physics Wala.
Same pattern.
He started tutoring physics on YouTube
with the cheapest possible setup
and he was in his parents' basement with terrible lighting
and you could barely even see the whiteboard or his face,
but he just started making YouTube videos.
He launched a company called Physics Wala
from his YouTube channel
and his company is now valuated at over $5 billion.
And you can Google it if you don't believe me.
Now, the point I'm hammering home here is
if you have a subject that you know cold
and it's probably very boring and easy to you,
but to other people it's not,
you can absolutely print money tutoring online.
And nobody under 30 is gonna compete with you
in 90% of high value subjects.
Again, you have a huge advantage here.
So pick a subject that you can teach cold without prep,
start on a website like Outschool, Wysent,
Cambly for English tutors or Preply for instant clients,
charge 40 to $100 an hour to start,
then layer a YouTube channel on top of doing free lessons
on the same subject.
And the channel can feed your private students
and you can monetize through ads.
And eventually you can package the best lessons
into a paid course and sell that
or do a much higher ticket online coaching, et cetera,
et cetera.
So many different ways to monetize.
All right, next is community money,
AKA paid memberships in online communities.
And before I get into this one,
let me tell you a quick personal story.
About three months ago, I started playing pickleball
and I was honestly getting kind of heavy, right?
I was up to over 115 kilograms or over 250 pounds.
And I started playing pickleball every single day
along with a very reasonable diet alongside it.
And within about three months, I had lost nearly 50 pounds.
Now, to be fair, a lot of that was probably water weight
on the front end, but still nearly 50 pounds
in three months is wild.
And the reason I bring this up is pickleball
is the fastest growing sport in the entire world right now.
And it's especially huge with people over 50.
And there are paid communities on platforms like school
for pickleball where many people are paying
monthly subscriptions to learn drills, get coaching,
and watch tournament breakdowns
and just hang out with other pickleball obsessed humans.
And I can see why people are so obsessed with pickleball
because it's super fun.
It's a great way to stay in shape.
It's also a great way to meet other people.
It's extremely social.
Older people can be really good at pickleball,
but also younger people can play too.
Men and women can also play together.
There's just a lot of reasons why pickleball
is such a great sport.
And you can see community.
After community of pickleball communities on school
that are making a ton of money.
And some of the pickleball YouTubers specialize
in teaching older people how to play pickleball better.
Because the type of game that you have
when you're an older pickleball player
is gonna be a bit different than the type of game you have
if you're younger and more athletic, right?
If you're familiar with pickleball,
you're probably gonna be doing a lot more dinking
if you're an older player, for instance.
And that is just one example of community money, right?
Pickleball is hot right now,
but the model works for almost any passionate niche.
And think about how powerful that is.
You don't need a million subscribers.
You don't need to be famous.
You just need a few hundred people
who are passionate about a thing
and willing to pay 19, 29, or $49 a month
to be in a community of other people
who care about that same thing.
So knitting communities, quilting communities,
Bible study communities, genealogy communities,
antique car restoration communities,
gardening communities, RV living communities,
Christian homemaking communities, sourdough communities.
Yes, that's actually a real thing.
There's a YouTuber who makes a full-time income
literally just teaching people how to make sourdough, right?
This lady earned over $250,000
selling sourdough baking courses online.
And most of the people found her
through this channel right here, The Baking Network.
So yeah, so many opportunities here,
pretty obvious how to get started.
You'd probably get started on something like school.
And this is a great way to monetize something
that you're more passionate about
where you can't necessarily charge high ticket money for it,
but you're kind of just passionate about it.
And you can monetize something like this very easily.
And one of the biggest pieces of value
is literally just bringing together a community of people.
All right, next is gonna be course money, right?
So this is kind of similar to some of the past ones.
In fact, I typically just recommend
if people create courses, they just do it on school
because school is really good for course hosting,
but then you also get that added benefit
of having the community.
So this is kind of like the last one,
but you just host the course on school.
And there's lots of people making money doing this.
Next is fractional money.
And this is where small businesses hire you
as their part-time executive instead of a full-time one.
So you could be a fractional CFO, a fractional CEO,
a fractional HR director, a fractional head of marketing,
fractional bookkeeper, et cetera, et cetera.
I have hired people like this many, many times.
So for instance, I hired fractional sales manager
and that person helped look at my sales process.
And also they helped me hire
a really good full-time sales manager.
So if you have that industry experience,
people will hire you fractionally
and it can be a great way of making great money.
So this is another one where you could just make content
kind of demonstrating your expertise
and the people could just hire you fractionally, right?
So I kind of went over the career coaching thing.
It's kind of similar to that,
but you just work for people fractionally
instead of full-time.
All right, chapter 10 is pet money.
And this is one of the most natural fits
for people over 50 that exists.
This is something you can do locally
and that is pet sitting, dog training,
et cetera, et cetera, right?
And you can also make pet content on YouTube and Instagram.
Pet courses, pet memorial services,
boarding, walking, grooming, consulting, all of it.
And pet owners trust older people with their animals, period.
So think about it like this.
Who are you gonna trust more?
A 22-year-old with a Rover profile
and a couple of pet photos
versus a 62-year-old retired veterinarian
with a Rover profile, right?
It's not even close, right?
You're gonna trust the older person.
Great way to get started on this one is Rover or Wag.
Those are different apps.
You can charge 50 to $100 per night per dog.
At the same time, you can start filming pet content,
yours or your client's pet with permissions.
You can build a small YouTube channel
in a specific pet niche, senior dog care,
raw feeding, anxiety dogs, et cetera.
And once you have a few thousand subs,
you can launch a course or a paid community
or something along those lines.
Or you can just build your brand and make money locally.
Now, I recommend for all these different ones,
if you want to promote with YouTube,
just attend my live training.
And also, if you're curious about
what niche you should pick in general,
just attend my live training
because I'm giving away a tool, like I said before.
So there's a secret side of my business
that most of you have no idea exists.
And I actually have a coaching program
on personal branding and growing on YouTube
and making money on YouTube.
This is good for complete beginners,
maybe even people who just want to get a job
by growing their personal brand,
as well as business owners,
all the way up to people who are very advanced on YouTube.
And they get to work directly with myself and my team
to help them reach their goals.
Now, we are opening up three to five spots,
and this is pretty rare.
We usually don't have these open.
We usually only limit them
to a select amount of people as well,
but we're opening up three to five spots,
and you can check those down in the description
and the pinned comment below.
And in this program,
you will get to work directly with myself and other people
who are highly successful on YouTube.
Everyone in our program has 100K plus subscriber plaques.
Just as an example,
Sean was able to go all the way from being stuck,
not making very much money on his channel,
to making over $500,000 in a single month.
Now, that's an example of one of my more advanced students,
but there are lots of examples
of people starting out from scratch,
and they got to 5K a month or 10K a month, et cetera.
So check that out down in the description
and the pinned comment below,
and I look forward to working with you
and see if we're a good fit to work together.
Now, if you want to,
check out this video right here
to see exactly how we helped my client, Sean,
grow his YouTube channel and his KDP business.
And you can check that out by clicking right here.
