If I could recommend just one Claude AI side hustle
to my own family, this would be it.
And here's why I'm so picky about what I recommend.
Most side hustles that you see online take so much time
that they might as well be a second full-time job.
So if you're a nurse or you work in IT
or you sell real estate.
Your days are already full.
You don't have time for another full time job.
So I set out to find a side hustle
that you can actually fit around a full time schedule.
Then I helped an older member of my own family try it.
Someone who's never been tech savvy.
And in a moment, I'll show you exactly how it went.
And just for context, I've personally made over $10 million online
from something that started off as a side hustle
and the people that I've worked
within my community have made over $100 million combined.
And this comes from real experience,
not recycled AI advice from someone who's never made a sale.
And it's backed by real results, and I'll put the numbers on the screen
so that you can see for yourself.
So if you appreciate me making this type of content, then let me know
by gently cheering that like button, and let's jump into it right now.
Alright, let's start this off with what I like
to call the Thanksgiving test.
Because here's what I keep watching happen.
A guy sinks $3,000 into a crypto trading bot
because a YouTube ad promised that it trades while you sleep.
And it does the trade while he sleeps,
and it trades his account straight down to zero.
A mom launches an AI dropshipping store, pays for ads,
pays for courses, pays for the software,
and the product that she's selling is the same product
that 4,000 other stores spun up that exact month.
And so she has a massive amount of competition,
and of course it's not going to work.
A college kid builds a faceless AI YouTube.
automation channel pumping out five AI slop videos a day
and the platform absolutely buries
it because YouTube is actively at war with exactly
that type of content. And even if for whatever
reason the videos did work,
YouTube would probably ban you or demonetize you. And if for whatever
reason they didn't do that, it would be very easy
for other people to just copy your channel as
well. And the AI app dream.
Well, apps are a winner take all markets. There's one winner
and a graveyard for everybody else. So that's an incredibly rare bet.
Not a side hustle.
And honestly, I think it's a great business model,
but it's not good for beginners
and it certainly is not a side hustle.
Now, none of those people were stupid.
They were just sold a slot machine
dressed up as a business and that's.
And it pisses me off.
Now, quick honesty break here,
because I'm not here to torch everything.
I think an AI agency business is actually pretty decent.
Real businesses will genuinely pay for that.
But it's just not where I would start anyone
that I personally love, like my family.
Because day one, you're cold chasing buyers
with zero trust and zero leverage,
which is exactly the backwards version
of what I'm about to show you.
So when family asked me,
What should I actually do with AI?
I run it through one filter.
I call it the Thanksgiving test.
Would I stake a family relationship on this thing?
So first of all, there needs to be zero capital at risk.
Nothing where losing means losing the house.
Something that you would proudly explain at a dinner table.
Nothing where you'd have to say,
well, technically it's not a scam.
There'd also have to be no preexisting tech skill
because Claude closes that gap.
More on that here in a bit.
It also has to build an asset that compounds.
Not a treadmill that stops paying the second
that you stop running, and it has to run next
to your day job, not instead of it, right?
This has to actually be a side hustle,
something that you can do on the side while you're still
making full-time income doing something else.
Now, you need to run every hustle that you've ever
been pitched through those five and watch
almost all of them die.
Almost. And for me, there is one thing
and one thing only that survives this Thanksgiving test.
And luckily, it's something that you're already qualified
for. And a good example of this is my
community member named Bill. Bill spent years
as a corporate financial controller. We're talking
about the guy buried in month-end closes
and budget reviews that nobody teaches you how to
survive. So he built a channel called The Financial Controller.
And all he does is teach the younger
version of himself the stuff that he wished
that somebody had handed him.
When he was coming up and he was first getting started and even
though Bill was already making really good money as a financial
controller and working really hard, he started making even more money
with his YouTube channel and got to $70,000 in a single month.
Now that is the side hustle, right?
You start a personal brand where you teach the younger version
of yourself what you wish that you knew the stuff
that would have saved you a massive amount of time, effort and money.
So think of it like a time machine.
If you could go back and sit your younger self down,
what would you tell them? Which mistakes would you unmake?
Which shortcuts would you hand over and which?
dumb tax would you refuse to let them pay?
And that list, that exact list is a YouTube channel
that you can make. Every regret becomes a video.
Every shortcut becomes a video. Every nobody told
me this becomes a video. And here's the part that people miss.
In most cases, you are already doing
this. You're the person that coworkers corner with questions,
the friend that everybody calls
before a big decision, the medical worker
that patients ask questions to, or the business person
that clients ask questions to, et cetera, et cetera.
You've been doing it for free for an
We're an audience of five, so if you've got
got real experience in a career, an industry,
a skill, you are sitting on an asset. You just
haven't hit record on it yet. So here's how to get started.
Open a notepad and write down 20
things that you wish that you'd known
when you started your career or your industry or your
skill. Again, pretend like you have a time machine
and you're going back to the younger
version of yourself. What would you tell yourself?
Do not filter. Do not judge.
Just brain dump.
Then circle the five that cost you the most time or money.
And those five could be your first five videos.
So the total cost here is $0
and it might take you 20 minutes max.
Earlier, I told you that I picked a random person
in my family.
Well, it's time to show you.
It's my brother, Zach.
Now, Zach is 50 years old.
He's been in the trades for about 30 years.
And specifically, he has an HVAC business.
And before this, his social media presence
was basically zero.
And he is lovingly terrible with tech.
If the excuses work for anybody, they'd work on him.
He's too old.
He's not techie.
He's too busy.
He has no audience and no equipment.
Every single box checked for excuses, right?
Every excuse that you've ever made.
My own brother had a worse version of it.
So what did I tell my own brother to do?
Exactly what I just told you.
Teach the younger version of yourself.
Now he knows the trades inside and out.
He's been doing the trades for about 30 years now.
And right now people are desperate for that information
because you can build a six-figure life in the trades
without a college degree
and almost nobody explains how to get into it.
Because the truth is, it's really different depending
on where you live and a bunch of
other factors.
So his channel helps young people
and career switchers pick the right blue-collar career.
That's it.
That's his whole concept.
And he followed the playbook to the letter.
Claude was doing the heavy lifting on the research,
the scripts, the packaging, while
Zach just showed up and talked about what he already knew.
And his first video was objectively bad.
Terrible delivery, basic editing, zero fancy equipment.
And that video did 818,000 views.
And by day 29, the channel had a $214 AdSense day.
Literally 29 days after posting his first video,
he went from zero to a full-time income
in less than one month.
Because $214 a day is over $70,000 a year run rate.
And just last month, he made over $18,000.
And he did all of it working four hours a week or less.
And Zach is not special.
He's just using the same playbook
as everyone else that you're seeing in this video.
Alex Shep used it to go from
From dead standstill to over $15,000 a month
with his YouTube channel.
Jennifer, a nurse with basically zero content experience
who just started a few months ago,
now has a channel that's doing millions of views a month
and she was able to quit her job as a nurse
and she's now traveling all over the United States
in a camper van, literally living her dream life.
And she started this as a 60-year-old nurse
who'd never posted a single video on YouTube.
And she was watching a video just like this one
that you're watching right now a few months ago
and now she's absolutely crushing it on YouTube
and she was able to quit her job.
And she's making over $10,000.
Now, if you want to know exactly how we helped Zach
and all of these other people start on YouTube and you want
to ask me questions directly and you want help picking your niche
because we actually built an AI that does this for you,
then go ahead and attend my live training this week by clicking
the link in the description and the pin comment below.
Now, there are limited seats to this live training,
so if you run out of seats or if you're watching this in the future,
still click that link because there's a good chance that we'll.
We'll be doing other live trainings in the future
and it'll automatically redirect you there.
All right, YouTube just got 10 times easier
and nobody is talking about it.
You used to need an entire film crew
and it used to be a full-time job
for you to just do any work at all on YouTube.
But now you can get work done
in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day.
You can actually grow a full-time YouTube channel.
That's exactly what I'm gonna be talking about
at the live training that we're doing this week.
Exactly how to start YouTube step-by-step
For beginners, so click the link in the description,
the pinned comment below to check that out,
guys, I will be answering questions before,
during and after the live training, it's completely free. Plus,
I'll be giving away an AI that is designed to help you pick your niche,
if you don't have one in the first place, or if you already have
a niche, it's going to help you make it 10 times better.
So really looking forward to talking with you guys,
This is stuff that we never talked about before.
So click that link in the description and comment below.
I look forward to seeing you there.
All right, next we're gonna talk about
the bicycle shop rule.
So you don't wanna quit your job for this,
your job funds this.
Now there were two brothers in Dayton, Ohio
that ran a boring little bicycle shop.
They were fixing flats, they were selling parts,
nothing glamorous.
But that boring shop paid for every wing they built,
every crash that they walked away from,
and every winter that they spent testing on the dunes.
And it kept paying right up until December 17th, 1903,
when the Wright brothers put the first powered airplane
Into the sky.
They did not bet the farm on that dream.
The boring machine next to their day-to-day life
funded the dream until the dream could fly on its own.
And then they were able to make history.
And that's this hustle.
Your nine to five is the bicycle shop.
It keeps the lights on with zero pressure on the channel,
right?
It funds your side hustle.
And then eventually your side hustle
can turn into a full-time thing
and you can just go ahead and shut your bicycle shop down.
And this is what I recommended to my own brother
to start a personal brand on YouTube, right?
My actual family.
And you saw what happened.
And that's how much I believe in it.
And that's exactly why I made this video for you.
So here's how this ends.
99% of you are going to watch my free content,
get a ton of value out of it.
You're going to download my free resources
in the description,
get a ton of value out of those.
And you're going to attend my live trainings
and get a ton of value out of that.
And it's all going to be for free.
And we are never going to work together.
And that's completely fine.
My goal is to give as much value as possible
and expect nothing in return.
With that being said,
there's going to be 1% of you out there,
or even 0.1% of you out there
that want a one-on-one mentorship experience,
hand-holding experience, or you literally just want us
to do the work for you. The types of
people in this situation are typically people
who have really good paying jobs that have been in
their industry for over 10 years, at least.
Or they own businesses where they want to get more
views, more subscribers. Or they have
their own businesses where they want to get more leads and
more sales for their business. Or they have
a YouTube channel that's getting a lot of views,
but they're struggling with monetization.
So they're just one step away from making it work.
Or they have a YouTube channel where they're
crushing it, but they want to crush it even
harder. Or they have a large social media presence
on a different platform, but they
But they want to bring those people over to YouTube because they know.
I'll see
you're very seri
the next
video.
about growing and making money on YouTube,
as we are only accepting about five people right now
because it is intensive one-on-one work,
and it is very expensive for us to deliver on it.
And we only accept about 18% of people apply
because we want to make sure that we only accept
people who we know we can get results for.
So if that sounds like you, go ahead and click down
there. And with that being said,
check out this video right here where I go over exactly how we
help my brother go from zero to a full-time income
in less than one month, and we break down every
