In this Drop Day Review, we take a closer look at twelve new arrivals from Omega, Patek Philippe, IWC, Rolex, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Piaget — ranging from a 1935 Omega Medicus to a 2001 Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse.
