In the medieval town of Avalon in the north of Burgundy, Elisabeth is showing me around in her shop filled with the most beautiful, carefully sourced treasures, showing some of the beautiful pieces that she currently has. Really, if you want to make mismatched tables, this is really a model that you will be able to mix with all the colors, the shapes, the decor. Really, these are very beautiful pieces. These are pieces that I particularly like. But you have the dishes, the plates. So, we're going to have hollow plates. I have the oval dish left. Here you will have the salad bowl on foot, which is also a very beautiful piece of form. So, we find the decor on its entire circumference and also on its foot. You will also have hollow, round dishes. And you see that I mix here with other decor, and they go very, very well together. There too, there is experience, it is really, we find the decor of Guirlande, like that, with its really rounded shapes. There too, there is a very poetic aspect. So, we will use them for soups, salads, why not even in the center of the table, with a bouquet of flowers, it can be very beautiful. Exactly, exactly. And there, you can really make a nice center of the table. Here, these are really pieces that are sublime. And by the way, for the little story, I'm going to show you, Marlos, the Lila model from Longchamp. You will follow me, we will go on this side. And look, we will find here, in the cabinet cabinet, some pieces of the Longchamp model. And look, it's exactly the same model, except that there, as you can see, we are on a version that is polychrome, but we are still on the Lila Longchamp model. So, we find the same decor, but when we look at the vegetable garden, look at the decor, you see, we find the little flowers of Lila, but here we are really on pieces that are quite different. And is this a more recent one, because they added colors? So, not necessarily, it is true that the polychrome models came later. We still stay on a dish from the 19th century. We are still on a circle, which is original, of course, but we don't have this central bar, but we have it on the other. It is a model that is a little rarer, this one. But after, you must not hesitate to match the sizes, the models. It is very good to have large measurements that will be more or less patinated. That's what's pretty, just like we do with the tables, you also do it with all the pieces. But large measurements, this is what allowed, at the time, there were no scales, you see, they weighed, in fact, it allowed them to weigh the cereals. Look at the detail, the work, and all that was done by hand. And there, as you can see, in fact, and that's why there is no uniformity in the color, is that, in fact, at the time, she dyed the fabrics with tea. It was dyed with tea.
