Who was behind the wheel? Judge finds Crown didn't prove it was Mark Duke

Mark Duke was found not guilty of impaired driving causing death and fleeing the scene after a judge ruled the prosecution failed to prove he was driving the vehicle during the fatal crash. While Duke was convicted of a lesser impaired driving charge for a subsequent leg of the trip, the lack of visual evidence of the driver led to his acquittal on the most serious charges.
