Join me for a quick 10 minute super fun cardio workout. You're going to get your heart rate up,
it's fast, it's fun and it's designed to burn your lower belly fat. If you're new to Fabulous 50s,
welcome. I'm so happy you're here. Make sure you click subscribe and like this video
for more content created just for you. I am so excited. Let's get started.
Let's begin with some gentle arm swings to warm the body,
keep your core held in tight and your head high.
Walk it out. Next up, use your abdominal muscles to lift your knee as high as your hands.
Take this at your own pace, so that means slow down if you need to,
and always remember to challenge yourself. You've got this.
Next up, stretch through your side abs and reach for the sky. And this is exactly what your body
was designed to do. So put a smile on your face and thank your body for the gift of movement.
Next up, engage your core and bring your left knee to your right elbow and alternate.
Crunch into the knee, use your abdominal muscles to do the lifting and keep going.
The next exercise looks easy and it's fun, but we're asking our deep abdominal muscles to switch
on and keep the body stabilized and upright as we reach and tap. Keep going.
Take your arms out wide, hold your core in tight. And as you reach down towards the opposite toe,
keep your back long and lead with your chest, so you don't round your back. And you're going
to feel this in your lower tummy muscles working to bring you back up to the center.
You are doing so well. Keep going. Engage your core, stabilize on the right leg and tap the left
leg. Side, center, front, center. You're going to feel this mostly on the right leg, but we're
working our balance, our legs, and our core for stability. We're almost there. You've got this.
You are on fire. Walk it out and next up, change sides. Next up, we're opening the chest and
lifting the arms, which is by nature of the movement, a natural energy booster that leaves
you feeling good for the rest of the day. And that's the ultimate goal, right? To feel good
in your body? Well, you're doing it, so keep going. Speaking about feeling good, this next exercise
will take you home. You've got this body. You've got this movement. Use it to be in the moment.
Appreciate yourself and then smile because you are amazing. You are amazing. Let me know in
the comments below if you're out of breath. Write it down and remember how good it feels
to do this kind of exercise and how quickly you can get from here to here. So, thank your body
