Matthew Cremona: Friday's Log Haul - Part 1

All right, good morning, happy Friday. First thing on the, oh, besides fixing my hair, first thing on the agenda today, I'm going to go pick up a log for a customer that they want to have this log sawn up and someone's got to go get it out of their yard. So that's my job. So I'm going to get the pins tossed into the hinge point here on the arch and get all my stuff and head up, head out, head out and up and pick up a log. All right, here we go. Maple? Maple something. And I'm back. Just under an hour for this situation here. So this is the trunk of the tree, the main trunk of the tree. Got a bunch of fun limmy things over there. And then it looks pretty good and solid and got a really kind of fun shape with some, you know, bark furrows here and there, which is pretty cool. Also taking a look at cutting this piece of the tree too. It's got this crotch section that has like kind of fused back together and that should be kind of cool. And then it's got this fun swoop down here. So maybe try and get some of this cool curvature in here and then have a separate piece for weird stuff down there. But anywho, that task is done-ish other than getting it off the trailer.
