FOUR-midable 🔥 | Southampton 4-1 Bristol City | Championship

Good crowd in here this afternoon, good away support as you'd expect from Bristol coming down the M4. Curls it towards the six yard area, Larrin got the header, no it's not fully away and Peres has to fling himself to his left and push it behind for a corner spectacularly. Well Nights got the better of Downs and then everyone's reacted badly, slowly and then Don Ballard's had a great chance. Everyone's watching, Janesbury stopped and Don Ballard got onto it and probably should have scored. Long ball forward and Don Ballard's got over the top, his first touch is good, Peres comes out, he can't stop him, oh and there's suddenly a volley on the goal line, saves the situation. He should have scored on that one and not the easiest one because the ball is over the top and he has to wait for the bounce and gets it over Peres. Sainz bursting forward in numbers, Sienza has one of those, Matsky, Matsky in the box, wants it on his left foot, goes on his right foot, powers a shot and a goalkeeper in the near post. Takes on two players, gets past them and shoots. As Azaz tries to play Larrin through, Larrin takes a good first touch and he might give himself a chance with a shot and he does! A strike through the championship! Sienza on the right, he's got Dickey backtracking in the box, goes to byline, squares it, wasn't scored and it is! Larrin is in the right space again but again, give it to Leo Sienza and we will have a goal. Headed away by Wood, comes down, smashed and then goes in off the outstretched leg of Tolai. The initial shot came from the far side from Nights. Really? There you go, it didn't go uphill from there, it's taken a shot and scored! He runs from the right into the left side, gets a brilliant ball from Finlay-Sutton, there you go! As the defender falls over, tussling with Mbama, oh he squared it brilliantly, there's a chance, it's 4-1 for his brilliant work! Brilliant forward playing, goes and goes and way to the right forward, plays in Finlay-Sutton's run forward. And the referee says, that is it. Southampton are up into the playoff positions after seven games.
