Okay, we actually got video of Dejan Love, the fake 49er, being arrested in Boise, Idaho.
And the charges are not small potatoes.
Oh!
Idaho, dude!
Unclear why he was there, perhaps to find new victims, but the feds were waiting for
him and they take him into custody.
So is he going to have to sit up the season now, or?
There was a fifth plane on 9-11.
TMZ did a documentary that will make it clear.
United Flight 23 was taxiing on the runway and then it got stopped.
So there are seven suspicious passengers on this plane.
The FBI said that.
But one of those suspicious people, as they were exiting the plane, knowing that a tower
had been hit, looked at one of the flight attendants and said, did they get the White
House?
Henry Winkler is opening up about his feud with Tom Hanks.
When Tom, before he was a movie star, he was a guest star on Happy Days.
I don't get it.
The two nicest guys in Hollywood.
You want to do TMZ Investigates.
This is where we need to be.
It really is.
Hey, call it Unhappy Days.
Jennifer Lawrence has officially decided to join Instagram.
I'm giving it a shot.
They say she's the last of the golden actors.
It's true.
We have stupid influencers running around.
There are not going to be any more movie stars anymore.
What?
It just makes me happy.
What makes you happy?
His cold, dead heart?
What?
You said I have a cold, dead heart?
You said that to me?
And now, a fake football player goes to real jail.
We got video of phony 49er Dejan Love getting arrested.
Now, this is the guy who is accused of defrauding 26 women out of more than $1.3 million.
Yes, this guy was allegedly scamming women by pretending to be a player for the San Francisco
49ers, posting videos of him signing his NFL contract and training on the beach wearing
only a 49ers helmet the way no one does.
And this time, he was in Boise.
He was in Idaho to get another victim.
According to the feds, that's why he was there.
The feds were waiting for him.
Now, he is outside in a fancy car.
It's a white Corvette.
He's got his 49ers headband on.
Of course, he does.
When didn't he?
And they take him into custody.
Oh, right at the beginning of his pretend season.
There's two people in the car.
We think the other one's the alleged accomplice.
Maybe his fake agent?
So what's he charged with?
Different fraud charges.
Wire fraud, another fraud charge.
Is he in jail right now?
Apparently, without the option of bail.
A white collar crime is a no bail crime.
I'm sorry.
That's weird to me.
Really?
He's like a flight risk?
Especially because he can just pretend to be the pilot.
But now there's only one question that remains.
I wonder what was in the trunk.
Definitely his helmet.
They should do like Al Capone's vault, but with his trunk.
Let's see.
Football cones.
A fake 49ers owner with a fake prostitute.
Keep your chin up, Dajon.
There's always next season.
I then go to the set.
I get my things.
I drive home.
I'm fired as a director.
That's the nicest man in Hollywood looking back on getting canned from a movie starring
the other nicest man in Hollywood.
Henry Winkler is opening up about his decades-long feud with Tom Hanks.
It's been long rumored that the two have this beef.
It all goes back to 1989's Turner and Hooch.
Tom Hanks was the star of that film.
Henry Winkler was actually hired to direct it, but was fired just 13 days into the filming
because he said he was insecure at the time, he talked too much, he wanted to overdo things,
redo things.
And apparently that pissed them off.
Of course, we don't know that Tom actually got him fired, but it's not the only time
these two titans have clashed, because Tom was once a guest star on Happy Days, and years
later...
We did a retrospective of Happy Days, and we wanted 60 seconds of Tom Hanks in his episode,
and we did not get permission.
Well, didn't Henry walk up to Tom Hanks and say, why'd you deny me?
How could he deny it?
If somebody's a guest actor on a TV show, you don't get to deny the rights of the show
to use it years later.
There's something else going on here.
Harvey, you want to do TMZ Investigates.
This is where we need to be.
It really is.
Tom Hanks, Henry Winkler.
Who's to blame?
Hey, call it Unhappy Days.
Whoa.
That was good.
It's not bad, but we can probably do better.
Anyone got suggestions?
Bosom beef.
Yeah, we really got to stop asking if anyone has suggestions.
Hope you settle your beef horse, Gump and the Fonz.
Zach and Dylan Efron are proving that they've got great genetics.
They posted some photos.
They're out at Lake Nacimiento.
These guys are stunningly hot.
I know.
So good looking.
They posted a series of photos on a boat.
Can I just ask, look, they're great looking, they're in great shape, does it feel different
when guys do it?
Yeah.
What do you mean?
I'm not denying that they're great looking, I'm just saying, is it thirstier when guys
do it?
Did you get shredded for your own personal feeling good, or do you want to look good
in front of other people?
In front of a mirror.
No, I mean-
But you do it for vanity as well.
You can be healthy without being impeccably shredded.
Yeah, I mean, I don't want to look like you.
Wow.
Out.
Unnecessary.
Weird.
I know.
Yet fulfilling.
It's been 25 years since 9-11, and there are still secrets about that day the government
and the airlines don't want you to know.
There was a fifth plane on 9-11.
TMZ did a documentary that will make it clear that United Flight 23 was bound to take off
from JFK, and it was actually taxiing on the runway, bound for LAX.
And then it got stopped, and we interviewed flight attendants, dispatchers, the pilot,
and they all say that-
Somebody was plotting to try to use our airplane as a weapon of mass destruction.
So there are seven suspicious passengers on this plane, undeniably.
And it's not us saying that.
The FBI said that.
There was a passenger who was arguing with a flight attendant, one of these seven suspicious
people.
And I could hear them say, we do not want to eat, we don't need food, we want to take
off, we don't need food, we just want to go.
But Flight 23 didn't take off because the control tower closed JFK and evacuated the
airport.
They locked up the plane after they evacuated it, shut the door, and then they saw people
running in the plane.
And it's like, how are there people in the plane if they checked everywhere?
I think a SWAT team comes and opens the door, everybody's gone, but the hatch is open.
And it leads to the belly of the plane where you can jump down and just disappear.
How did the hatch open?
There was somebody hiding in the belly of that airplane.
TMZ investigates 9-11, the fifth plane.
Watch it now on YouTube.
We are so over the Spice Girls right now.
They posted a video on the iconic stairs, the wannabe stairs.
It had a little ad saying, are you a Spice Girls fan, with the ability to sing and dance.
So all Spice Girls fans in the comments were smart enough to be like, if it's not the sphere,
count us out.
What do you think it was?
The sphere.
It was not the sphere.
It was a box set, which I'll still buy, but I mean, come on.
What if they wanted the sphere, but the sphere didn't necessarily want them?
Don't go crazy.
I should call, should I call Irving?
Yes, yes.
Hey Irving, it's Harvey.
Can I put this on speaker?
Irving Azoff, who runs the sphere, is on the phone.
If the Spice Girls wanted to perform at the sphere, would the sphere say, we would love
to have you?
That's a long pause.
Is he there?
Irving?
It disconnected.
There's your answer, Posh.
Jennifer Lawrence has officially decided to join Instagram under one stipulation.
I'm giving it a shot, and if anyone says anything negative, I will quit immediately.
No questions asked.
She also posted a PSA on her story that says, please be mindful that any mean or aggressive
comments can negatively affect the baby.
I'm the baby, the baby is me, so just take it easy on J-Law.
This is the best way to come out of the gate, though.
She has a million followers in a day.
In an hour.
Oh, I'm sorry, in an hour.
She knows exactly what she's doing.
They say she's the last, like, of the, like, golden actors in Hollywood.
Well, it's true.
We have stupid influencers running around, and there are not going to be any more movie
stars anymore.
What?
Oh, just...
What do you got?
It just makes me happy.
What makes you happy?
His cold, dead heart?
What, you said I have a cold, dead heart?
You said that to me?
That's crazy.
I will quit.
Brandi Glanville is looking for a ton of help.
Obviously, she's still going through medical difficulties with her face, and she's seeking
financial donations from people through GoFundMe.
They're looking to raise $28,000.
Do you see her face?
That is really tough.
That's scary.
Plus, we got Ezra Frick, a gold-winning Paralympian, and he's on Dancing with the Stars this year.
It's so foreign.
It's like I've moved a certain way for 21 years.
It's not just learning how to dance, it's unlearning everything you've done your entire
life.
So, is it going to make him terrible at the Olympics?
I don't think so.
What?
TMZ, online and on your phone 24-7.
Coming up...
Danielle Brooks coming back from the U.S. Open, and we asked her about the controversial
decision from Wimbledon about influencers being banned.
Well, they were acting a jerky.
Be right back.
Brandi Glanville's health issues have gotten so bad that she's now asking the public for
assistance.
Brandi Glanville is looking for a ton of help, and she's doing so by seeking financial donations
from people through GoFundMe.
A friend of The Real Housewife alum has set up the page, hoping to raise $28,000 to help
with surgeries and other medical expenses.
Obviously, she's still going through all of these medical difficulties with her face.
Most notably, a fungal ball on her left side.
This is the whole thing.
It's hard as a rock.
I'm so sick, I just want to cut it out of my face.
Apparently, the procedures will take four to six months.
And in the meantime, she's constantly on IVs.
I'm on IVs almost 20 hours a day.
And she still needs to get the breast implants taken out.
It was a ruptured implant that leaked and clogged her lymph nodes, which caused these
problems.
This is really scary.
Do you see her face?
That is really tough.
This should be a cautionary tale to people.
Yes, be careful with all plastic surgery and injections.
I'm sorry, but like all these 20-something-year-olds are getting Botox.
I don't know a single 20-year-old that can afford Botox right now.
It's expensive.
$400 minimum.
It's $400?
Wait, not for Botox.
No, it's not.
Mary's not spending $400.
Yes, she is.
Really?
I thought it was like $80.
She said she gets it on her neck.
That is $1,200 for the full shebang.
Every two to four months.
Maybe you should get Botox so you won't look so shocked your wife spends so much on Botox.
Good luck, Brandi.
We hope you get the help you need.
President Trump promised to give every adult American a $5,000 dividend if Republicans
win in the midterm.
If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them,
I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000.
It's unbelievable to me.
He's talking about the integrity of elections, and he's trying to rig an election by bribing
people into voting for his party.
It is bribery.
That's what politicians do.
No, they don't.
Harvey, you try and entice voters to vote for you.
But you can't use taxpayer money to pay them.
Yes, you absolutely can.
What is different than Politician A promising a tax cut?
Because he's not framing it as a tax cut.
You still have to convince the legislature.
He has to get the legislature to pass it, but that's what he's saying he'll do.
But when you do it by saying, if you vote for my party, it's different.
That is illegal.
No, it is not.
They always say that.
Presidents should not be doing this, period.
Dancing with the Stars has had a great history of people with disabilities competing on the
show, and so I feel like I'm hopefully going to continue that legacy.
That's Ezra Fretch, gold-winning Paralympian, model, and now Lord of the Bands.
Actually, that title's taken, but Ezra's a close second, cuz.
He's on Dancing with the Stars this year.
He's dancing with a Daniella Karagatch, and we asked him...
What's harder, trying to learn a dancing routine or competing in the Olympics?
He's going to say Dancing with the Stars.
He does.
He's going to say it for two reasons.
One, it may be true.
And two, even if it's not true, he's going to say it because he wants people to watch
the show.
The Olympics are now Dancing with the Stars is now.
So the answer is Dancing with the Stars for the win.
Yeah, you don't actually win anything, but enjoy your huge victory.
Definitely the dancing routine.
It's so foreign.
It's like I've moved a certain way for 21 years, and then now Danny's making me move
a completely different way.
He has to put on a whole different leg for it.
Really?
It's like his dancing leg.
Him and Danielle posted a TikTok of them having to trade out the dancing leg.
So I get his point.
It's not just learning how to dance.
It's unlearning everything you've done your entire life and starting over again.
So is it going to make him terrible at the Olympics?
I don't think so.
Well, he doesn't have to use the same leg.
Do you wear the same shirt every day?
Kind of.
A little bit.
Work on changing your awful personality before you change your shirt.
Ezra, declare your love of dance out of here.
I'm falling in love with dance, and I'm appreciating every moment.
There is a big controversy.
About the influencers?
Yes!
Danielle Brooks, the actress, we got her at LAX, and she's coming back from the US Open,
and we asked her about the new controversial decision from Wimbledon about influencers
being banned.
Well, they were acting jerky.
Okay, guys, we're back.
There was multiple incidents where the referee had to stop, and she likened it to going to
the theater.
I think every place needs etiquette.
Look, I'm coming from the theater, right?
So if you come to see my show, and your phone goes off, I'm going to say something.
On the stage, call out.
I'm going to say something.
That's what I thought, but I kept, during the Alcarez match the other night, they kept
showing Kevin Hart, like, on the phone, talking to someone.
I was like, is that okay?
Well, it was 3.30 in the morning by the time it ended.
God, I wonder about that Alcarez match, whether there were people who were, like, at 2 in
the morning, they went to see it, and their wives are at home, and, yeah, I'll be back
after the match.
And yet, do you have to call to make it clear, I mean, I'm still in the match.
I swear.
They should have a public announcement.
You should call your family right now and let them know.
Or if you leave the court, you throw a handful of glitter into the crowd, you're like, explain
that.
Why is it 3 a.m. and you've got glitter on your face?
Coming up.
Clay Matthews looked like the NFL great, was totally into looks maxing.
They're prosthetics.
So, we interviewed Clay, and he revealed that it was actually Cesar's sports book that had
some work done, not Clay.
So, Cesar's is sports maxing.
Sports maxing.
On the TMZ Celebrity Tour, we've seen huge stars like Kevin Hart, Ben Affleck, The Rock,
and Jamie Foxx, now departing from Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
So, head to TMZTour.com and book your tickets for the TMZ Celebrity Tour.
The looks maxing trend did not get Clay Matthews.
Even though it looked like the NFL great, was totally into looks maxing, a lot of people
thought it was A.I., it is not A.I., they're prosthetics.
So, we interviewed Clay, and he revealed that it was actually Cesar's sports book that had
some work done, not Clay.
I partnered with them this year, and they have completely revamped their app.
New user interface, more rewards, features, so it was a great partnership.
I'm really happy that we got a kick out of this, and it was a lot of fun, something new
for me.
So, Cesar's is sports maxing.
Sports maxing.
They came to him and said, here's what we're going to do to your face, and he said he was
game for it.
He had to sit in the makeup chair, these are prosthetics, for four hours, he said.
Well, his calves looked ridiculous.
The calves were...
They looked ridiculous.
Yeah.
Do you know who must love this?
Clavicular.
No, he definitely does not love this.
He hates everyone who tries to make fun of his maxing.
How can he hate that?
That's an homage.
He's like, my culture is not your costume, that's what it is.
It's appropriation.
Coming up.
Pretty wild collab happened this week.
Lethal Shooter, who is a viral basketball trainer, he had someone on to do some basketball.
It was Miss Rachel.
Harvey, you should train with Lethal Shooter.
If you want to face Jack again, you need Lethal.
Let's go, Miss Rachel.
Focus.
Good hand placement.
Again.
Pretty wild collab happened this week.
Lethal Shooter, who is a viral basketball trainer, he had someone on to do some basketball.
It was Miss Rachel.
She does the kids' videos, like YouTube, and so he's working with her, doing jump shots.
Doing jump shots?
She does a little fake move at one point, dribbles right, and then of course she like
looks at the camera at the end.
I tell kids you can do hard things, I had to apply it to myself.
I've never played basketball, but when you have an amazing coach, Coach Chris, you can
do anything.
Harvey, you should train with Lethal Shooter.
Oh, you should.
If you want to face Jack again, you need Lethal.
What nobody will play is that I almost got a basket.
I know.
You also fell just standing by yourself.
It's one of your best pieces of work.
You can do anything.
