Healthy Food vs Junk Food Song

It's breakfast time! And Jack only wants junk food. Root has lots of energy. But Jack feels tired. Charge yourself with energy! Let's pick some healthy snacks. Root likes fruits and veggies. Ew, broccoli! It's disgusting! But it's good for the body! Jack wants more junk food. Now they're ready to race! Who has more energy? It's a tie! Time for a break. Root picked refreshing water. Yum! Jack picked soda. That's not water! What are you doing? Oh, Jack! That's silly! Shoo! Go away! Broccoli helps Root jump far. Not a big deal! I can do that too! Burgers make Jack slow and heavy. Puzzle time! Root has an idea. They're good for the brain! Nuts are a great snack! They give your brain a boost! Chips are tasty! But chips don't help your brain! And they'll make your tum-tum feel yucky! Can you beat Root, Jack? Your healthy food is nonsense! Gum won't help! He'll just get hurt and need a doctor! Here, Jack! Try some fruit! This will help you get better faster! Look at all that yummy food! And Jack is even drinking water! You need some broccoli power! It worked! Where's Jack? Happy, happy tiny helpers! We're the tiny helpers! Ding, ding, ding! Helping Dan to fix your teeth! We brush and clean! Ding, ding, ding! Making smiles go bling, bling, bling! Brush, brush, brush! La, la, la, la, la! Show me your hands Hmm Wash your hands Well done Germs can get into your stomach and cause pain Hmm I don't want to wash my hands Okay Uh-huh I've already washed my hands Uh-huh Get off me Germs are attacking me Uh-huh Germs on your hands can get into your stomach and cause pain Hmm So, never forget to wash your hands before eating Uh-huh
