From a living room floating on water to bedrooms that dissolve into the outdoors and an open-to-sky bathroom, the villa redefines minimal yet experiential living. The architects have gone the extra mile to preserve and integrate the existing farmland around the house, weaving it into the design narrative.

At its heart lies a sculptural staircase, not just a functional element but a striking piece of art. Glass plays a pivotal role throughout, blurring boundaries between inside and out, while soft textures and natural finishes lend the home its quiet elegance. Minimal, organic, and immersive — Kalrav Villa is truly architecture in flight.
