In this video, Dr. G (a clinical and forensic psychologist and body langauge expert) analyzes President Donald Trump’s increasingly concerning behavior across several recent appearances, including his speech at NASA’s Medal of Honor ceremony, his executive order signing to rename Lake Ontario “Lake America,” and the viral TikTok video where Trump personally writes “Lake America” over Lake Ontario. Dr. G examines unusual speech patterns, confusion, repetitive thinking, involuntary movements, and a particularly striking neurological episode during the NASA event involving sudden arm jerks, facial changes, and a brief disruption in his speech.
The video also takes a closer look at Trump’s Lake America executive order and his escalating rhetoric toward Canada, including comments involving Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Ontario Premier Doug Ford. Dr. G analyzes Trump’s behavior during the signing, as well as the TikTok video, looking at possible signs of cognitive decline, neurological dysfunction, impaired inhibition, and abnormal motor activity while being careful to distinguish observable behavior from what cannot be diagnosed from video alone.
Dr. G also explores the significant stress surrounding Trump right now, including the growing controversy involving longtime aide Natalie Harp and the ongoing White House construction and ballroom disputes. Could intense stress be making pre-existing neurological or cognitive problems more visible? And when these new behaviors are compared with Trump’s recent arm jerks, facial movements, speech disruptions, confusion, and perseveration, are we beginning to see a more consistent pattern?
Dr. G, a clinical and forensic psychologist, analyzes footage of President Trump to identify signs of neurological decline. He highlights specific physical jerks, speech patterns, and disorientation, suggesting these behaviors are consistent with focal seizures or post-stroke complications rather than simple muscle spasms.
Hey everybody, Dr. G here.
I'm a clinical and forensic psychologist, as well as a body language expert,
and today, we're going to be analyzing more concerning footage of President Trump.
Before we get started with this, a couple of quick things.
One, I wanted to make sure you know this is not a psychological evaluation of any kind.
These are just my opinions.
In addition to that, I do want to remind you to like and subscribe if you want to see more content just like this.
All right, let's go.
What we're going to be analyzing today is some of the most concerning footage I have analyzed on this channel.
Now, for the past few months, I have been showing various neurological concerns
and some steep signs of decline from President Trump,
but what we're going to start with today is extremely concerning.
All right, let's just jump right in.
What we're watching right now is President Trump giving a speech to NASA.
What you are getting ready to observe is a distinct neurological event.
This is very, very concerning.
There's a lot to break down here, so I'm going to have to go through this a couple of times,
but once it gets to the event, I'm going to repeat it, and then we're going to talk about it.
What you just observed was a distinct and concerning neurological event,
and you got to watch it cross both hemispheres of his brain.
I'll explain what I mean.
You saw his right arm jerk, and then you saw him blink.
You heard his voice hesitate, and then you saw his left arm jerk.
You literally watched it travel across his brain.
Let's watch it a couple of more times because there's a lot more to say about this,
and then we're actually going to watch this whole sequence because there's more to it than you realize.
And to be very clear, these were not simple muscle spasms.
This is not something related to pain.
You don't see any pain on his face,
and you actually watch it travel from one arm to his eyes to his voice to his left arm.
Now, what this is very consistent with is something that we see in people that have had strokes
called a focal-aware seizure or a focal-motor seizure,
and this can be focused in one part of the brain,
and occasionally it can spread to both parts of the brain.
It doesn't always, but sometimes the activity will move across the brain,
and I'm not insisting that's what's going on with him,
but it is clearly something neurological, whether it's post-stroke or something else,
but sometimes there's scarring in the cortical areas,
and this can cause focal-aware seizures.
I'm going to rewind for a second.
I'm going to show you this entire episode,
and I want you to pay attention to the fact that he repeats himself.
He looks a little disoriented,
and then it looks like he gets a little bit more reoriented towards the end,
but we're going to watch this whole thing.
We're limited only by the size of our aspirations and the scale of our dreams.
We have the American dream and the American...
This is where it all starts.
...dream is back.
I think the American dream is back.
Stronger than ever before.
We're doing great.
This country is doing great right now.
Never did anything like it.
81 stock market highs in one and a half years.
Never been anything like it,
including they broke it again yesterday for the 81st time.
Now, if you caught that,
he's saying we've never seen anything like it.
81 stock market highs.
We've never seen anything like it,
including the 81st time yesterday.
There is disorientation here.
He's very good at covering it up,
but there is distinct disorientation as he's talking about this
because that type of repetition,
the second time he said it,
I don't think he realized he said it again.
Never did anything like it.
81 stock market highs in one and a half years.
Never been anything like it,
including they broke it again yesterday for the 81st time.
Did you catch that?
Two trillion dollars is being invested in our country
from outside countries and interests and people,
and we've never seen it.
That's why I call it the golden age.
It's an exciting time.
Tomorrow is going to keep in mind.
He is reading off a teleprompter,
but in just a second,
you're going to see where I think that the episode essentially ends.
Be very exciting.
And today,
thanks to the crew of Artemis to those dreams are closer than ever before.
And so now you can hear his voice changed
and I think he's getting more reoriented to what he's doing.
It underscores the important work that is going on here in mission control in furthering human exploration,
the home of our astronauts.
Hopefully what we just covered is helping you better understand the concerns.
I have when I see something like this important work that is going on here in mission control in furthering human exploration,
the home of our astronauts.
So what we're seeing right here appears to be myoclonic.
I know I pointed this out many times recently
and the rest of the video is not going to be dedicated to his arm jerking this way,
but I thought after observing what we just saw it would be worth looking at again,
but myoclonic activity can be seizure related,
but there are a wide variety of neurological issues that can cause myoclonic activity like this before President Trump's executive order signing about Lake America.
He released a TikTok video where he scratches through the name Lake Ontario and writes Lake America,
but I want you to pay close attention to his mouth during this video.
I'm going to zoom in after we watch it.
I'm going to explain exactly what you should be looking for.
And all it takes is a good pen and some intelligence to Lake Ontario.
That's gone Lake America.
Now if you're paying close attention,
you're going to notice that he has these lateral movements to the left with his jaw when he's trying to speak.
Now when somebody's concentrating,
sometimes they grimace,
sometimes you're going to see different facial expressions,
but this is highly unusual.
This once again fits in with the idea that there are a number of neurological challenges.
He's working with right now America because he's concentrating on signing his name.
He's not able to inhibit this kind of motor activity golf because we have the Gulf of America.
Now we have Lake America without the of so right there.
He's saying we have the Gulf of Mexico and now Lake America without the of a very very odd.
Statement and that's because he's not able to filter out things.
He shouldn't say now.
There's always things that he said that were wild and out of left field,
but this kind of elaboration this seems neurological.
The feeling of the need to include something like this is so pointless.
Listen to this one last time you'll hear what I mean.
And now we have a golf because we have the Gulf of America.
And now we have Lake America without the of thank you very much for a 30 second.
Take talk.
That was a lot of time taken up about something that makes absolutely no sense
and makes absolutely no difference.
Once again, he's not able to filter out what does
and doesn't matter what you're getting ready to see right here is
at the very end of the executive order signing changing the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America.
I use the word changing very loosely.
I do not imagine it will ever actually officially change.
At least I certainly hope not.
All right, just pay attention to his mouth right here.
So you see that when he opened his mouth.
It did this left lateral jerk again.
Exact same thing you just saw when he was concentrating very much
and in isolation by itself, you're not going to come to huge conclusions based on just that
but it's when we look at everything all together
and that's why this is so important when you start combining all of the different analyses.
I've had recently all of the different neurological quirks.
I'm pointing out it suggests something very significant going on.
I also want you to pay attention to just how fast his staff is trying to get everybody out.
Now before we move on I do want to point out
that I actually think this entire situation is secondary to his neurological issues.
The whole reason he wants to change the name from Lake Ontario to Lake America
is actually due to the neurological problems.
He's having because now something that we see in general with people
that are having neurological issues,
whether it's dementia sometimes in post-stroke behavior the ability to make decisions the ability to use good judgment.
Sometimes that goes away and that's something that we look for the decisions.
He is making are uncharacteristic even for him.
The idea that Trump is trying to create a hostile relationship with Canada is unbelievable
and I do think that that's all related to the inability to think through these situations in a coherent way.
Now we're back at the NASA speech.
I want to show you where he gets confused.
He has some word-finding issues right here.
Further than it ever has.
I really believe that or I made a big mistake in getting it going again
because I had to get it going.
It was a little bit.
It was a little bit not going too well,
you know that.
So he covered up his inability to think of the word as a joke,
but I think that he is having real word-finding issues.
We're starting to see real problems with memory and judgment.
And I think that word-finding issues is one of them.
I made a big mistake in getting it going again because I had to get it going.
It was a little bit.
It was a little bit not going too well.
You know that better than I do.
We gather here on these story grounds.
Now he's going to be talking about an uncle of his who was a scientist,
but it gets very strange.
Just listen to this great success.
I had an uncle who was a great scientist a great man.
He was at MIT for 41 years.
Dr.
John Trump and he loves space.
He used to tell me about space space all space.
He would throw in the word nuclear every once in a while,
but he loves space.
So I guess we have genetically we sort of I believe in that stuff.
I love it.
I find it so interesting.
So amazing.
It's very special.
So basically he's suggesting he has a genetic interest in space because of
his uncle.
It's very strange.
He loves space.
So I guess we have genetically we sort of I believe in that stuff.
I love it.
I find it so interesting.
So amazing.
It's very special.
Now you're going to see his elbow jerk at the same time.
He's struggling to say a word.
Watch this right here and I'm going to be presenting them a little something
if you could hear that the words didn't come out properly at the exact same
time that his elbow was jerking and I'm going to be presenting them a little
something in a couple of minutes.
So it seems the verbal dysfunction and the motor dysfunction co-occur
sometimes on our nation's 250th birthday.
Very very special flag.
Now it looked like we saw a very brief tick watch his tongue and his eyes
right here 250th birthday.
Very very special flag.
So I paused on it.
Now I want you to watch it in full speed birthday.
Very very special flag and 50th birthday.
Very very special flag.
You see that his eyes look down to the left his tongue darted out.
That was very unusual.
All right,
let's go and start to wrap things up.
Hopefully this is helping you better understand some of the highly
concerning behaviors.
We continue to observe from President Trump at the beginning of this video.
I showed you what appeared to be a distinct neurological episode.
It could be related to seizure activity.
It could be related to something that is post-stroke.
There are a variety of reasons that someone may be exhibiting these
neurological symptoms,
but it is clear throughout this that he is declining and he is struggling.
I do think we're seeing these neurological issues playing out in real
time and affecting his judgment.
Lake America being a prime example of that.
If you have any other thoughts about this,
or if there's anything else you want me to analyze,
please let me know in the comments below.
