AI GeneratedThis tutorial demonstrates how to create a soft, airbrushed eyeshadow look suitable for everyday wear. The creator focuses on using neutral tones and blending techniques to achieve a subtle, diffused effect that adds dimension without harsh lines, utilizing a mix of matte browns, sheer shimmers, and a soft brown liner.
Today I'm gonna show you how to do this very, very easy, soft, everyday eyeshadow look.
I've been getting a lot of requests to do more soft, easy eye looks, so that's exactly
what I wanted to do today.
So let's get started.
I'm gonna go into the Patrick Ta Major Dimension 3 palette, and I'm gonna take this lighter
shade on a fluffy blending brush, and I just picked up a little bit of the shadow, not
too much.
And I'm gonna start by running this throughout my entire crease, and I picked this fluffy
brush because I want this look to be very airbrushed, I don't want any harsh lines.
You could also use your bronzer for this step, but I love this shade in the Patrick Ta palette,
it's my most used shade from it, it's just like the perfect little transition shade for
me.
I picked up a little bit more, and I'm gonna do the same thing, again, throughout my entire
crease.
I picked up more of that shade, and now I'm just gonna tap that on the outer part of my
eyelid.
Again, I'm using a fluffy brush because I want this to be diffused, I'm not using a
packing brush right now because that would really layer on the product, and that's not
what I want.
So I'm tapping on that shadow, and then just blending out the edges.
So I'm just taking a little small crease brush with that same shadow, and lightly tapping
that on the very inner part of my lid.
I'm just looking for a little bit of dimension here, nothing too crazy today.
See, to me, right now, this feels like I'm wearing no eyeshadow, but that's no eyeshadow.
See, it's very, very subtle.
Subtle and soft, guys.
And then while I have this small brush, I'm taking more of that shade on the tip of it
to run across my entire lower lash line.
This is so funny because something inside of me is just like, add more shadow, deepen
it up, but I'm like, no, stop here.
Okay, so that's kind of the base of the eye look, so I'm gonna take the next deepest shade
on this row on that same crease brush, and I'm just taking a little bit on the tip of
that brush, and I'm just gonna lightly stamp this on this very outer part of my lid.
And I'm pretty close to my lash line, too.
And then whatever is left on my brush, which is not much, I'll just lightly tap on here,
too.
Now I'm going back in with that first shade, that lightest brown, and I'm just tapping
a little bit of that on top of that slightly deeper brown, just to give this a very soft
look.
Now, I do want to put just a little bit of a shimmer on the center of my lid, but nothing
too crazy, nothing too bright.
I do want it to be just kind of close to my skin tone, maybe almost like a sheer topper
shade.
I don't know, I got options here.
I'm gonna go into this little Moondust quad that I have from Urban Decay, and I'm gonna
take good ol' Space Cowboy here.
So I just have a bit of that on my finger, and I'm gonna tap that on the very center
of my eyelid.
And I picked this shade because it is very soft, it's very neutral, you can definitely
build it up if you want, but I'm going for something soft today, guys.
So I'm just gonna run over that with my crease brush to soften it out.
I feel like I'm saying soft a million times right now.
I actually kind of want that a little bit, like, whiter on the center of my lid, so I'm
gonna take that white from the Patrick Ta palette.
I really just have a tiny bit of that on my finger, and I'm gonna tap that on top of Space
Cowboy.
Probably should have done this the other way around, done the matte first and then the
shimmer, but that's okay.
Okay, see how that just very subtly brightened the center of my eyelid?
I just got a PR package from Makeup Forever that came with cupcakes and their liners,
so I want to try this one out.
This shade is Endless Cacao, and I've heard really good things about it.
It's a very soft, kind of cool-toned brown, and I know a lot of people use this as lip
liner, but I kind of want to try it as eyeliner and just see how it shows up on my eyes.
So I'm gonna run this across my entire lower lash line.
Okay, I love the tone of that shade.
And then I'm taking a pencil brush with no product on it, and I'm gonna use that to smudge
out that liner.
I am very happy with the shade of that liner.
I feel like I typically use a black or dark brown, and I've never really used such a soft
brown before, but I like that.
And then what if I just add a little bit, kind of to the outer part of my top lash line.
And then same thing, kind of smudge that around with the brush.
Just kind of softening that out a bit.
Now I'm gonna take the shade of Bright from my palette with Sigma, and I'm gonna pop that
on the inner corner, and then a little bit under the brow.
I went ahead and just did mascara for this eye look, and I'm wearing the Essence Call
Me Queen Mascara.
I feel like my eye looks nice and defined.
This definitely is a soft eyeshadow look, but it was so easy to do.
I went ahead and did the other eye, and that is the final eye look.
I know this was so simple to do, but I've been getting a lot of requests to do more
simple, soft, everyday makeup looks, and I feel like this is a great place to start.
As always, I'm gonna list and link all the products that I used today down below, so
I hope you guys enjoyed this quick little tutorial.
