Meeting Greg's Parents | Meet The Fockers (2004)

After finally accepting Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) into the family, Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro) agrees to travel with Dina Byrnes (Blythe Danner) to meet Greg’s parents, Bernie Focker (Dustin Hoffman) and Roz Focker (Barbra Streisand). Expecting a traditional household, the Byrnes are instead welcomed into the Fockers’ warm but wildly unconventional world, where openness replaces restraint and personal boundaries barely exist.

What begins as a polite introduction quickly turns into a full-blown culture clash, as Jack struggles to keep his composure while navigating Bernie’s over-the-top enthusiasm and Roz’s unapologetic honesty. With Greg stuck between two completely opposite family dynamics, the meeting delivers a string of awkward, revealing moments that perfectly set the tone for the chaos to come.
