Chicago's beach season is coming to an end on Labor Day

Chicagoans and visitors flocked to Lake Michigan, particularly North Avenue Beach, to enjoy the final day of the swimming season. With perfect weather and no surf restrictions, crowds took advantage of the sunshine before lifeguards officially went off duty at 7 PM on Labor Day.
