是放下執著;

Each day, rediscover a little.
And your heart grows a little brighter.
We wander far to search for blossoms,
only to find spring waiting in our own yard.
We count the dreams still unfinished,
forgetting our hands still cradle a sky of stars.
The wind still slips through the window,
and morning light still rests upon the desk.
The world has never lacked beauty;
we've simply hurried past without looking.
Morning steam rises from the breakfast shop,
and one "Good morning" melts the dawn's chill.
A vendor smiles and adds fresh scallions,
seasoning the day with quiet sweetness.
The bus waits just a few more seconds,
yet leaves the world a little warmer.
Perhaps happiness
never needed to be extraordinary.
It hides in a meal,
a farewell,
or kindness too gentle for words.
Those who whisper "thank you"
are not happier
than anyone else.
They simply notice happiness sooner.
A mother's words—
"Have you eaten?"
say more than a thousand speeches.
A child says,
"I'm home."
and the whole day feels warm.
A friend asks,
"How have you been?"
The clouds within
quietly drift away.
One sincere sentence,
warms first
the heart that speaks it.
Thank you... for that argument,
it revealed my attachment.
I wanted the world
to follow my will,
until I learned the hardest thing to release was myself.
Thank you... for that anxious night,
when I discovered
a peaceful sleep is life's great blessing.
Thank you... for all the waiting,
flowers never bloom by being hurried.
Everything blossoms in its own season.
I once believed gratitude
meant thanking someone else.
Then I finally understood—
every encounter
has quietly shaped who I am.
Everything is well.
Gratitude
has always been healing me.
Happiness wasn't late.
Gratitude simply arrived later.
Joy does not come by waiting.
It begins
with one quiet "thank you" at a time.
Happiness didn't grow—
gratitude
simply opened my eyes to it.
When the heart remembers warmth,
each day grows a little less cold.
When the eyes seek goodness,
everywhere becomes spring.
Every meal and every cup of tea
is a quiet blessing.
If today
you still can't find joy,
begin with
one small thing worth thanking.
A cup of water.
A bowl of rice.
A phone call.
A gentle good night.
A simple smile.
Rediscover a little each day.
Gratitude outgrows every dividend.
Its returns compound in the heart.
Kindness gives birth to kindness.
Gratitude awakens gratitude.
Save stocks for your future.
Save gratitude for your soul.
Keep a few blessings each day,
and countless sorrows fade away.
When your heart remembers others' goodness,
old worries leave your brow.
Gratitude isn't for pleasing others;
it's finding your true heart again.
Life is never short of happiness—
we simply forget to treasure it.
Gratitude
isn't a gift for someone else.
It's a gift
that lets you see happiness again.
Rediscover a little gratitude.
Rediscover a little of yourself.
Happiness didn't increase—
gratitude
simply opened your eyes.
One act of forgiveness
lets yesterday go.
One word of thanks
welcomes tomorrow.
Happiness never falls from the sky.
Nor does it wait for flowers to bloom.
When your heart stays warm,
every meeting is grace.
The moment you begin giving thanks,
happiness
has already found its way to you.
Rediscover a little each day.
And your heart grows a little brighter.
Rediscover a little each day.
Gather a few words of thanks.
Their wealth outlasts compound interest.
Stocks may enrich your years,
gratitude enriches a lifetime.
Only later
did I realize—
the wind
was always there.
The sunset
was always there.
My mother's gentle words
were always there.
The world
didn't suddenly grow beautiful.
I
finally chose
to slow down,
to cherish
every encounter.
I saw again
the beauty I once took for granted.
Only then
did I know
gratitude
had always been here.
Happiness
had always been here.
Happiness
had always been here.
