Bronx woman indicted for falsely reporting a bomb threat aboard a Metro-North train

Albertina Mendoza, a 27-year-old Bronx woman, has been indicted for falsely reporting a bomb threat on a Metro-North train. After sending texts to law enforcement claiming a passenger had a bomb, police evacuated the train in Westchester, though no threat was found. Mendoza has pled not guilty.
