Elegoo translucent UV 3d printing Resin - Review

Hey folks, TechNiverous here. Today we have another 3D printing resin review for you, and we are looking at a translucent resin from Elegoo. Okay, so right off the bat. This was one of the first resins that I had tried, and honestly, I have had no issues with this. It has been a fantastic experience. One of the nice things about this, as opposed to the other resin that I was trying right off the bat, is this stuff does have a recommended setting printed right on the label here. So as you can see, it is also a 60 second bottom layer exposure, as well as an 8 second exposure for the other layers. They do also have a shelf life listed, and a few other specifications and directions on the bottle, which is always nice, because you don't always keep that box that they come in. So we're going to try and keep this short and sweet. As you saw in my last video with the pink skin colored resin, we did a legion ring. You can see the detail in this one quite a bit better than you saw in the other video. And it is very, very accurate. Very nice stuff. I did do a couple other tiny rings, and they came out well as well, although this was an experiment in orientation, and the design did not come out as I placed that down to the build plate. So that was user error on my part. We also have this right here. This was one of the test prints included with the Creality LD002R, and this thing came out phenomenal. The tiny details, everything in it is just beautiful. I'm very, very happy with this resin. I don't think you can go wrong with anything from Elegoo. They make their own printers, and these resins are designed pretty much for their printers, but it is at a 405 nanometer wavelength, which is what the LD002R uses as well. So if you're interested in a clear, I can definitely recommend this one in good conscience, because as you can see, there's very little yellowing in this resin from the cure, and it does remain almost completely translucent. So if you want something clear, definitely give this a shot. I'll put a link in the description down below. Feel free to check it out.
