Minneapolis mass shooting suspect identified

An active shooter incident in downtown Minneapolis resulted in three deaths, including the shooter, and injuries to two police officers, both of whom are expected to survive. The shooter has been identified as 35-year-old Carlton Johnson II, who had a documented history of violent behavior and firearm threats prior to the attack.
