Welcome to TMZ live so the jurors in the Lindsay Clancy case
Came to court today and told the judge they are unable to reach a unanimous verdict
The judge has sent them back for more deliberations as we are doing the show right now
Which is two o'clock Eastern Time. They are still in deliberating. I got to tell you something
I just cannot imagine how they're gonna come up with a verdict, right?
Because there are there's too many options
Well, there are am I might because I read this when they came out and said that they can't reach a verdict and I read
All of the options they had to go over it again
We were doing the post and the first thing that came to mind me is how were they all how they expect all of them?
to get on the same page when they have
They have five options, although it's really there are no three there is
murder
There is first-degree murder second-degree murder, don't I I'm not distinguishing if it's murder it's murder
What I'm saying is that I think that
Look murder. There is not guilty by
essentially reason of insanity and then the middle ground of manslaughter and
I can see this there's four options, but okay. All right. Oh, okay
What I'm saying is there are some people and you know, we've heard a lot of chatter about this
There are some people who say I don't care what's in her head. She killed three of her kids. That's murder
And right, you know Nancy Grace is there
There are other people who are saying you have got to acknowledge that the postpartum
Psychosis is a very real thing that a lot of people feel regardless of how you feel about Lindsey Clancy in this particular case
I think people have heard enough that they realize this is a real thing now
Will they think that it applies in Lindsey's case?
I don't know but probably some really some will and that's the problem
No, and then and then you've got the people who would compromise and call it manslaughter and say we want to do justice
We don't want to let her off the hook, but it doesn't feel like murder
So you've got these three very distinct things going on to get 12 people with a case like this to all agree
I just don't I don't see how it's gonna happen. And and so this is gonna end with a hung jury. I don't yeah
I think it'll be a hung jury, too
I just don't see it because they're so people have such when you listen to Nancy Grace
I mean there is such passion. She has passion for anything. No, I understand, but she chooses
She chooses her fights and she has chosen this one and then you hear people on the other side
We're talking about that. I mean she has
Lindsey Clancy has hundreds of people supporting her outside the closet so many people supporting her
So she has they also have the option of and I don't this why I think you take
This fifth option off the table not guilty
Someone could say that but I don't know
She herself has walked in and said and her attorneys have said she killed the three children
That's not it's those three. All right, so you take out the not guilty. It's really sad
It's a really sad story because I understand
you go through a lot when you have a kid and she was tired and her husband didn't seem to help very much and
She tried to get help a lot
She's right, you know, she tried to get help she admitted herself into different
Like she really did try and
It's just when I think there will be a lot of people who will on the jury who will would vote not guilty by
insanity 15 meds
And when you look at the meds the Prozac and the Xanax and all the other things
It's like how did she get 15 of these prescriptions?
Well, no the doctor after doctor. Yeah, and she told them like I am struggling. I am not doing. Okay
she would text her mom if you like I stayed up all night like I'm doing very bad and
Her mom would have to come and help her with the kids until she
and and I think there's been a lot of evidence of that but the problem is that they're gonna a lot there are a lot
Of people who probably just feel like you said
You killed three children, right? And to me that's murder. I don't care what you can bring up all this other stuff
You murdered those children. That's what and so you're gonna have both of those camps battling
That's what's happening right now and then some people and people in the middle, right?
Well, that's what's going on our chat right now
They're saying that it's horrible that she killed her kids
But it's also horrible that she suffered from postpartum depression and that she was begging for help the entire time that she never received
Oh, yeah, but you got to choose now. Yeah, which is it?
I don't know. They're also taking a possible case
You can't say it's murder and not guilty by reason of insanity
You got to pick one or the other and if people are split on how they feel do they?
Default to one of the other extremes do they go to manslaughter as a compromise if they just just looking ahead if they don't reach
a verdict
Certainly, you're gonna retry her without a doubt, right?
Children's murders, how do they retry it?
Would they change the the change the charges do they eliminate manslaughter eliminate something?
To yeah, exactly
so then it's just either not guilty by way of insanity or
The prosecution has the right to charge her as they see fit
And if they decide that they want to make they basically want to go for broke and make it one or the other
They could do that. Do you think I mean actually that's not true. They could just simply charge her
right, they're not guilty by reason of insanity is a defense option the
Charging is the prosecution's option. So do when they go into this do prosecutors
Do they think it's a good thing to give them more options?
They may not guilt. They may not the second time around but that's that was the idea going into this. That's right. That's right
My name's her name. I'm from Missouri
I think that Lindsay Clancy was failed on many levels just with the medicine that she was getting prescribed and then
Situation of their husband I feel like things could have been done to avoid this and to protect those children and
To avoid the catastrophe that has happened. It does seem like no matter how you feel the health care system
Absolutely failed in this case. Yes, I think that's clear. But they're not the ones who are on trial here
I will say the one the one thing that is not an option for them
I just heard you asking Luka if anyone in the chat
Which of course is a lot of tick-tock
Conspiracies about how she wasn't actually the one who killed the children
She was just told she killed her children and somebody else might have been that's not an option
But I'm just curious is anyone in the chat espousing that you know, it's honestly like no, that's crazy
But it's also like
Think they're blaming like more so the just the family and the help in general not necessarily say
Yeah, there's been a lot of stuff online and during the case about the husband and his like he wasn't helping her and giving
Her a lot of support. He wasn't a great partner
That would not justify. Yeah, this is a reaction. What would justify a reaction if she's out of her head?
You are about to watch the most
Infuriating piece of video although you may also entertaining entertaining
infuriating and
Also, you might say just par for the course for a politician
Congressman Randy fine. Well, it's the the highest level
It's the highest level of what you when people do the stereotype of how politicians will dance around something
This is what they're talking about. Congressman Randy fine
Was it Jacob or no, it's Charlie it was Jacob
It was Jacob got him out in DC on the hill and talked to him about a piece of video
We showed you a couple of weeks ago when there was a primary the day before the primary was going door-to-door
He's going door-to-door. He's waiting for someone to come out and look what he does here. He decides
The mailbox he goes doesn't take anything, but he's clearly looking at well, what do they have?
And by the way, that's not illegal because he did not open it didn't tamper with it didn't take it out
Yep, but I'm but and and and then later that day is one of his staffers. Mm-hmm told Jacob
Yeah, it was the congressman who was doing that right? It was the congressman. We have no further comment and that's it. So now
You know Jacob's doing what he should do. He's following up with the congressman himself
This is what he had to say or not say about the mailbox incident
Not sure the video is real. I mean just so you know, I wait
What do you mean in the last two weeks of the race?
There was videos of me doing all kinds of things horns growing out of my head and everything else your office confirmed
It was you know, my office said it looked like me
How would no no, they confirmed to us that there was no one else in the video
So you're saying that that video isn't you I don't know that it is me. I don't remember doing it
I don't know why I would have done it. I knocked on 500 doors
So I don't remember doing it. So I don't know but my point is is no
I just don't know that it's real. Maybe it is. I don't remember doing that
You don't but your office said it was you know, do we like we talked to your office
Did you see someone from my office in the video?
No, but we called them. How would they know? I think if you said like it was me like, you know
I shouldn't have done it, but I won't do it next time
I never do I'm not gonna say I did something that I don't remember doing
Just dancing way the part of shaggy today
Believed it was him and said it looked like him. That's not true
I was the one that spoke to the office and they told me it was him and
By the way, if you looked clearly in that video, he's wearing the Randy fine
like logo on his on his shirt
Photo on the right is him like the day after or something after the election
So he's wearing the same exact way. It's him. Well, I don't even know why we're entertaining
You know the reason there is definitely here
There's a reason we're entertaining it is that there is now a thing in Washington DC in particular
Where you can will something to be true that it doesn't have to be true
But you can say it's true and there's gonna be a bunch of people who are gonna believe it
Here's how you know, it's true. He never ever stood on it. Wasn't me. It was always
There are fake videos, I'm not saying it's not me I'm just saying that it couldn't
Remember it he yeah, I don't remember it. I don't remember it if it wasn't him. He would stand on
That's not me and you know it. So all this other stuff is just a really
Poor dance. That's what our chat is saying. They're saying that this is is this really that crazy?
It was clearly him and I mean all politicians run circles like this when they get pressed on any but not not not at this
Level, this is he needs a better choreographer
Hi, I'm Amanda from Orlando, Florida
And it's not surprising to me that Randy would deny this because he's been caught having
issues with his integrity in the past like when he went and spoke against Disney and then went on a Disney cruise or back in
2023 when he hid under his desk in his office from a process server, so not surprising that he would be pulling this
Well the old phrase drink you under the table might not ever have been more true
That's literal in the case of Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend. We told you that in 2025. He was arrested twice
One of those times was for public intoxication. He thought he might hide out from them if you just went under the table
Well the old phrase drink you under the table might not ever have been more true
That's literal in the case of Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend longtime boyfriend Brian Hickerson
Obviously we have been talking not only because of Hayden's death
But certainly in light of her death talking it's been a lot of talk about Brian's battles with substance abuse
We told you that in 2025 he was arrested twice
One of those times was for public intoxication at a place in actually a legendary place in on the Sunset Strip called Barney's Beanery
Mm-hmm and so Brian
Apparently got rowdy in there was drinking way too much
And they wanted him to leave and he thought that was a good idea
He thought he might hide out from them if you just went under the table exactly a good hiding spot
When you're barefoot
The reason he was barefoot, so I spoke to someone who was working there at the time
Basically, he came in was acting very very erratically the people there thought he was under the influence of something
He had broken a glass
I get a guess at his own table and then had thrown one of his shoes at someone else that was eating there
So that's where they're like, okay, we got to get this guy out of here
so one of the servers tried to go and actually physically remove him and then he hid under the
The table so they then called police who then police had to get him out. But look at this. It's like that's hilarious
Where's Brian?
That's hilarious. And then it gets even funnier when you go out to the wide shot and you see the deputy just standing there like bro
Yeah, so we all see you. Come on. So they ended up they end up removing him. He was arrested
I guess there's arrested outside this arrest got dropped for insufficient evidence
But then he was arrested four days later, and that's what he was ultimately charged with
Well, and that was I think it was drunken disorderly and he ended up going to narcotics anonymous and they they expunged it from his
record
so, you know the reason this is relevant is
He has had many many struggles and when you remember that our Charlie Neff
Did an interview three months before Hayden died and the district attorney came out and said that it was apparent
That he was under the influence during the interview and this was in court three days before Hayden died
And then the day she dies he happens to have Narcan on hand
Yeah, and administers it to Hayden. I mean there are signs very clear signs of what?
Was from a year before but but still it does show a pattern and like you said
Obviously it was sooner when he was getting interviewed by Nat and so
What's really happening here is there is a death investigation
But what is gonna be critical here is the toxicology report and it takes a while for that to were to get the results
But you know, did she have you know prescription drugs in her system?
Did she have illicit drugs in her system and was there fentanyl and it was applied in whatever drugs if they do find any inner
System there's gonna be a hunt to figure out who supplied it who supplied it. How did it get to her?
It's pretty easy to figure out in today's day and age you people text they send Venmo's like it's usually all in the phone
So we will see but that that to me is the linchpin here that if these drugs, you know
Produce some evidence where you have to dig deeper
The authorities know how to do that and the DEA is involved
Hi Nat from Minnesota when I first saw that photo of Brian under the table
I thought it's bizarre, but not really shocking
I mean if you look back at Hayden's life
This does seem like a pattern and I'm happy to see that people are shining a light on this now
You know
I think a lot of people are trying to figure out
What the last years of her life looked like and how she ended up with a guy like this and sadly this is just another
Example of this same repeated behavior. Yeah
Well, Tony Romo's decided not to fight anymore not in court over his OWI arrest
Operating while under the influence which he got in outside Milwaukee or in Milwaukee
Last month was the last month. Yeah, I'm under July. I guess so. It's right September. No, ah two months Wow
so he played not no contest and
that part of it, you know, I
Guess makes sense if you're not gonna fight what's interesting is the statement that he released at the same time because
We're looking for an explanation for remember at the time
He we knew he was in town for a golf tournament. And so we all just thought
We've seen this a hundred times with people are golfing when you're golfing
You have some drinks and that's probably what happened here. He has a more elaborate
Explanation for what happened he says multiple back surgeries
Ended my career earlier than I expected that pain led to a dependence on pain
medication and my efforts to get off of those medications led to an over-reliance on
Alcohol as they turned my attention to my health my family and in time my return to CBS
I kindly asked for privacy during this period so I got to tell you I
Was thinking about this and remember when he was arrested and he was asked to do a field sobriety test
He was saying I have a bad back
Yeah
He actually stretched before he did some of the right any of them any any reference realness and it really makes
some sense of what he's saying that he got addicted to pain meds and
Then all of a sudden he starts relying on alcohol because it's easier than you know
Xanax or whatever. It's certainly plausible
The issue then is when you're driving, right?
Right, and that but but I think he's he had to do this because now CBS is looking at it
And it's not just a guy that was out for a lark and got in a car irresponsibly
There's a story behind it and it actually aligns with football, right?
It makes sense these NFL teams are known to do anything kind of help. Yes
Back eventually, well, but I don't think that's what I think that was very
This was this was strategic on his part. I think he's putting pressure on CBS
He makes it very clear to everybody now. I want my job back a lot of people believe CBS
He's a polarizing analyst. A lot of people like the way he calls games, but a lot of people don't he's got a massive contract
180 million dollars a lot of people think CBS wants out of that deal. I think this is him signaling to everybody
Hey CBS, I want my job back and I intend to return to
No, but also I think there's a legal issue here
Yeah, that there is a contract and if CBS wants to terminate I don't know what the terms of the contract are
but if they have to terminate for cause and he's saying I had a
Dependency that result that that that started with a very good football the very game that right so that helps Tony
It definitely helps Tony. I think you're right. I think the the wording of that is to put pressure on CBS
There's no way I'm sorry
Tony Romo is there's no way he's not looking over his shoulder because the guy they have replacing him is JJ Watt who is
Incredibly beloved right football fan great player and gonna be like outside of football. So yeah, and he's gonna be like her
He's well-liked if you're Tony Romo, you're going anybody but JJ Watt
replacing great so to be continued
But I do think this creates a legal hurdle for CBS if they want to do what you say
Hey, I'm Aubrey Johnson from Hernando, Mississippi
I don't think first of all addiction is never a
Laughing matter, but I'm more concerned with the steps
He takes next and it seems to me like he's headed in the right direction
I
Knew when my man got down on the ground and started doing calisthenics to stretch out his back that we had a problem
But you know what? I'm not here to pile on the guilt. I've defended him through some rough Dallas Cowboys
Sinkman's so I think I think you should keep his job my generation loves Tony Romo
he's a human being when you put celebrities up on a pedestal you get disappointed a lot of times and
He's still just a human being
He made a mistake and he is taking accountability for that mistake. And that's that's admirable. Yes
Yeah, no, no, I agree with you that football fans
I agree that football fans would give him a pet would say it's okay, and they'd welcome him back
But CBS is a different story if they if they really do want out from that guy. It's their move
Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift
We have now confirmed that they do indeed have a dog and we know the name of the dog
But we know all this because well the dog made its debut in a Tommy Hilfiger campaign, of course, of course
Be right back
TMZ's got every freaking thing
Big celebs, big stories, big events
Donald Rawlings hooked TMZ DC on a city tour
You know what the irony of this is?
A black man takes a white person to the White House
It's TMZ
Travis Kelsey is gonna do a dog poop commercial a dog food commercial. Uh-huh. You think so, huh? Remember dr. Ross
Dr. Ross I can do this ready. Dr. Ross. Are you ready? Feed him. Dr. Ross dog food do him a favor
It's got more meat and it's got more flavor
It was a dog food and it was a big commercial back then that just like a local in LA
Oh, it was a national thing. It was
Anyway, the only thing that Travis Kelsey is not Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift
We have now confirmed that they do indeed have a dog
And we know the name of the dog, but the we know all this because well the dog made its debut in a Tommy
Hilfiger campaign, of course, of course modeling with with dad
Proud dad sitting there with the the pup a Samoyed
Dog, it's a lot of beautiful beautiful dog a lot of shedding a lot of shedding
But it looks good in the ad there. I say sorry. She looks good in the ad who because the dog
It's like Travis Kelsey can get anybody he wants any sponsor he wants and I it's just a me by the way
I know what people are gonna say when they look at the ad and they look closely
He does not have a wedding ring. It was shot before. Yes shop before
So this is the dog that we saw glimpses of here little photos. There was one on the wall at Madison Square Garden
Yep in and out of Taylor's car that everybody knows is her on the private jet
But they never actually confirmed anything about owning this dog, but they've had well
If the dogs in the private jet, yeah, it's not like hey
But now we know that it is a girl as well because they revealed that the name is
Wendy which makes sense for Taylor and Travis being that Taylor is a huge Peter Pan fan
Travis is a huge fan
famously Wendy pepper Wendy peppercorn
Yeah loves her a character in his name of a middle name. I don't know
Most definitely also, she's probably got the dogs last name
Kelsey or is it?
Now you just raise up. I'm asking Taylor is Taylor. She's gonna be Chelsea Swift
No, not that we know of no name change
Well, no never but she but she has to go by Taylor Swift, but did she you have a legal name right on her?
What did she put on it?
It's probably Kelsey Swift not Swift no Swiss Kelsey
Probably Kelsey Swift, no, she would make it the middle name, right?
Binding like what's under driver's license? Yeah, probably still Swift. She would never drop Swift like if she gets a passport
hold on hold on second the way you would hyphenate it is
usually usually I understand you can do whatever but you keep your she would keep her name and then
Better one laughs. Oh, so you think it's Taylor Swift Kelsey if she changed
If she legally changed it, I think it's Taylor Swift Kelsey and I'll tell you why and you've said this for several months now that
Taylor Swift gives a little bit of trad wife. Yes. Bye. No, I agree. I think it's I think it's Taylor's
Yeah, I think you're right. I think it's Taylor Swift. No, there's no if she changed it at all
What would Wendy's name when he's probably just Wendy she's like beyond no they deaf our child
When you go to the vet, they want a last day you have to give me one a last night
So so is it Swift or is it Kelsey got to go with sweat? No, I think
Our chats are just asking a really good question
Are either of these two even ever gonna take care of the dog?
They're always you know, Travis is in season Taylor's going all around the globe. They have people. Yeah, so it's not even a dog
You cart around. Yeah, it's not a see that's why she had a private. No, we don't know
Which way I think it's Kelsey Swift because their music she's a musician and it sounds better
All right, tell her Kelsey Kelsey Swift. Tell her Kelsey Swift Wendy Swift Kelsey Swift Kelsey just okay
You guys also have me wondering if Olivia Benson Taylor Swift's cat also had a name
Kelsey oh and that raises
Olivia we're changing your name today. Bye-bye
The dog doesn't like the cat. Mm-hmm, which goes whoa
Charlie's over. He's like the dog
What is going to happen with all the money that Rob and Michelle Reiner left behind
We do know Rob and Michelle left everything in a variety of trusts
The issue that complicates all of that is that one of the children is about to stand trial for murdering his parents
Welcome back to TMZ live so we have been talking about
The Reiner's the children Jake Romi and Nick
And what is going to happen?
With all the money that Rob and Michelle Reiner left behind
We don't know the amount but it is in the hundreds of millions of dollars what we do know is
That Rob left everything Rob and Michelle left everything in a variety of trusts
There are different types of trusts, but none of it goes to probate court. This wasn't done with a will
We're told there were all trusts where the children would essentially become the beneficiaries and split
Split the the money that was left
The issue that complicates all of that is that one of the children is about to stand trial for murdering his parents
So and we know do you what we know this much?
We know this much that there was a particular trust that was designed
Specifically for Nick when he reached a certain age
He was supposed to get the money the trustee is
Fighting Nick based on something called the Slayer Statute and that means if you kill the people
Who were giving you the money? You're not entitled to collect it
So he's fighting that in court, but that's one point part of the million dollars
It wasn't part of the issue there that some of that money that Nick was supposed to get before
That his parents were right. That's exactly right at age 30, which happened in 2023 long before the the murders of his parents
He was supposed to get a distribution that distribution was around 500,000 the entire trust as you says around 1.6 million
But that's small potatoes compared to the size of their entire money now. He's or his attorney
He's fighting it and I think he's probably gonna get that he's gonna get that money
But but the bigger the mess is with this massive
estate that Rob and Michelle left behind
will Nick be excluded and
I made some phone calls today and it's very clear from the phone calls that
They are going to be using the Slayer Statute for all of it
Yeah, but and look the Slayer Statute if there's a conviction for killing his parents
He's obviously, you know would forfeit his ability to collect but even there hasn't even if there's not that's the open legal question
That will be battled out over his gaining access to that
Necessarily need a conviction because the standard of proof is lower correct preponderance and and right and so
what what I'm being told is
probably going on right now and I've talked to people kind of connected to all of this is that
They are probably giving Romy and Jake
Some of what was in that and the various trusts and they're gonna withhold
What is supposed to go to Nick and that pending judicial determination because if the trustee gives it out
I got a hold on this girl
Obviously if he's eligible to get it, it needs to be there to to gain it
And as you said 1.6 million isn't enough to mount this defense
He's going to need if he wants a serious, you know private attorney
It could cost a lot more than that and he'll need access to the well speaking about paying the attorney
Our chat saying tough luck if he needs to pay his attorney with this money
Why are we acting like he should get any inheritance when he literally killed the people leaving it to see?
It's not but the 1.6 is not an inheritance because that was before something that was already vested for him
He just never collected it but beyond that
No, I will be a fight though
I got anything else the reason that he didn't get it back then may also play into
Maybe presented as evidence his defense during the truck. Yeah, exactly his defense, which is he was not a sound mind
Hello everybody. My name is Kamara and this is a very serious situation
You know, I used to hear back in a day
Older people used to say never tell your kids how much money you're leaving for them
but in this situation is
basically if he gets this money then a lot of people and I would say like a lot of
Children they could be looking at this option too. I don't think that would be the best one legally
I will also say this but this guy to have allegedly killed his parents and
Then for them to say hey listen, you still get this money, you know, it would just be a slap in the face
But then I also look at the other siblings because it could be also holding up their inheritance. It's just a very I don't think
It is. Yeah, I think it'll hold up Jake and Romy the trustee has the power to distribute
however, the trustee says fit and Jake and Romy did nothing wrong so they will probably get whatever their share is and the trustee is
Gonna hold the balance until a judge says either Nick's entitled or not
Jared Leto has just sold his home a
Maybe the most unique home in LA I that I've ever heard of
Because of not just the home itself, but where it is and what it was
He sold this home for 12 million dollars. He bought it for 5 million back in 2015. So good investment there that part
We got out of the way what you're looking at
is the home which used to be an
Air Force station an Air Force base. It was in the middle of Laurel Canyon. And if you're not from LA
late like
this is an area Laurel Canyon, especially in the 60s and 70s was hippie central and
You know the mamas and the papas probably documentaries about all the music Johnny Mitchell lives there
I believe members of Creedence Clearwater lived there. It was a lot of weed being smoked. Oh
Of weed but in the middle of it right in the middle of it there. There was this Air Force combat and it was used
for propaganda during the Cold War and
They they were shooting
Movies they were shooting films their films about the Cold War and atomic warfare and they had huge stars
Who were participating in these movies? They had a full state soundstage there Jimmy Stewart was in there Bob
Big stars back then. Yeah, and and and and they have a big screening and have three screening rooms
I mean it was it was a combatants 55. It's just housing the last place you would expect an Air Force base
Maybe anywhere but by the way, it's certainly so cool. Yes
It's so cool to have that kind of history and listen, I lived in LA most of my life until today
I had no idea this existed. Yeah, there's no idea. There's a go on YouTube
There's a bunch of like documentaries about the history. Yes place. I I looked at yeah, and it is
Amazing that I think that he got that place for five million dollars in 2015
For as much space as it is is pretty amazing. I have a per square foot. It's probably the best deal in town
So our man Charlie in DC got a OC today, would you ever date a conservative?
Is that anything you'd ever entertain I have to say be right back
So our man Charlie in DC got a OC today and
This is an issue that everybody talks about that. Can you coexist with?
Somebody whose political views are contrary to yours. She is now single we know and
Available and a I mean, I would think top of the food chain in terms of Ella. Sure. Sure and so
Charlie asked the question and
She delivered her answer very clearly. Would you ever date a conservative in any?
Is that anything you'd ever entertain?
Have to say it's
Probably not
Don't date across the aisle
It's not to you know, no foul to people who do but
But I think and of course how you define that is very different person to person
But I think a lot of politics sometimes at least for me is about values and being aligned with
In values, I think is tremendously important. That's actually a really interesting answer
Deeper than most people right? It's like I hate anybody who's on you
That's actually an interesting but I think there are complications to that and you can have for example
you could have a Republican who is
Fiscally conservative but socially somewhat progressive used to be easier to do that because it wasn't
There weren't so many extremes right that both parties were closer to the middle
It used to but Charlie didn't say MAGA Charlie said conservative, right and there's there's a rain
There's definitely range and I think that's where I think in her head when she heard the question
She's thinking MAGA, but then she thought about it more and realized well, you know
there are degrees of this and different people define it differently and so
That's how some people make that work, but it really but I think for her
Yes, she's thinking MAGA and saying that's not gonna happen
But it is true that you could have a conservative who is fiscally a conservative
But somebody who is you know, socially socially
In the middle or socially in the middle right and or even progressive. I mean, I know
I've met tons of Republicans who are early, you know, LGBTQ friendly, right?
You know progressive and you don't write those
Republican rights those Republicans don't get any spotlight none
They it's not like they don't exist and I'm sure they do obviously
But you would never know that when you see any sort of media coverage politics
See now I'm wondering if it's now to the point where would you date somebody who's in the center of your party rather than on?
the left side of your party
Because that's where the real debate will know but that's where the real debate is right now
That there is a huge divide
Between yeah, would she be more likely to date a really centrist?
Republican as opposed to a centrist Democrat, right?
The centrist Republican is more interesting. Hi, my name is Tina Rogers and I am from Hernando, Mississippi
And I honestly think by the fact that she is freezing her eggs and said that she's open to fertility
I think she's going to wait until whatever
Platform comes into her picture that she feels like as someone that would be compatible
She will decide at that time. She will choose to make a baby and I don't think she cares if it's Republican or conservative
I think she is now broken up for free out her fiance
She's freezing of her eggs. And since she tends to be a little bit all over the map
She's gonna figure out what comes next and what's best for her at the time when she really decides
She wants a child and then she will go with that. Can I ask an unrelated question?
Sir, is that a recliner?
It is and it's so
He's so jealous. I'm so upset. That's all you've been looking at the whole time staring to size up the chair
He's like, wait a second jealous. I'm not
Feet are not up
Galgadot certainly has had all sorts of success in Hollywood, but you did
Night-and-day, right Tom Cruise movie, right? Yeah get a cake. Have you gotten a cake from him?
Be right back
Galgadot certainly has had all sorts of success in Hollywood, but
There is one
Hill she has not climbed him up empty
She is yeah, and a lot of people have achieved this in Hollywood
But she has not and it has to do with Tom Cruise
and a certain gift that he
Famously now gives out every Christmas
Galgadot
Not on his Christmas list is what she said. Yeah
You did
Night-and-day, right Tom Cruise movie, right and you're in a scene with Tom Cruise
Have you gotten a cake from him? Okay, we shouldn't brought that up. Never mind
He sends the same cake to everyone he's
Okay, let's get gal the cake
Okay, I don't like cakes it's fine
Doesn't well, that was awkward
It felt like she was going like I didn't want it anyway, but he
Might take away what she doesn't like cake. So the kid doesn't like cake. It is a coconut cake
and it is
It's I you did I remember because we've talked about this when this became I think we got you did bring one in one
So I didn't I didn't get to it. I think I did not drive to Woodland Hills. No, I know you didn't
And I think Derek probably took my slide. No, and everybody we actually went out there. It's way out in the San Fernando Valley
And it's you know famous and that's Tom Cruise kind of made it famous. You go back to the picture of the cake
Yeah, I don't want Tom. I don't want to shade it. But oh boy, it looks fine. Oh
No, I mean, it looks like too much coconut
It's a but no
Sprinkles should that's not all to this. No sprinkles. No, I know but the coconut the shaving the shavings
So there should be more shavings. If you get any more shavings, you'll be eating a cake coconut not coconut cake
It's like a bun cake. Oh my god. What else do you guys want to talk?
Hey, it's Jason from New Jersey look on this Randy fine thing
How many mailboxes do you have to go in your life?
So you get to the point where you don't know if you did it at that particular house
The guy should have said he was in a diabetic coma at least
The funny thing is
The other way of looking at this is he's messing with everybody's mailbox and he just doesn't remember that one
I mean, that's the other way of looking at this, right?
Okay, one more. I
Christine Miller out of Louisville, Kentucky, and I'm here to talk about the Lindsey can't Clancy case
The judge is not given the to a Rodriguez, but I think this was a foregone conclusion
the prosecution made a nightmare of trying this case and led to so many conspiracy theories online and
Really allowed Big Pharma to get off the hook as far as the prescription medication that she was on
Wait a minute. You think Big Pharma got off the hook in this case?
I do. I really think it could have been it could have been an op to have all of these conspiracy theories about
Patrick because it takes the direction away from
Not saying that most people are saying the health care system failed we screwed up and that maybe even doctors did but
Yeah
It's not Patrick though. Celine Dion is back
She is obviously we told you that she's gonna be having this residency in Paris, but she knows how to get the entire city excited
Celine Dion is back. She is obviously we told you that she's gonna be having this residency in Paris
But she knows how to get the entire city
Excited they are really if she simply walked out of her hotel
There were crowds of fans there to greet her and listen listen
She is truly back
I mean it is one of her French language songs obviously and so cool
And it's like people are just camped out at the hotel. It is an event. Look how great she looks. She looks amazing
She looks amazing. This is a
Incredible you see the time back. Do you see the documentary? Yes, and I mean to think that that's what I'm thinking
Right, and then you see that it's it's really what a great way to end this show
Yeah, that is that is a feel-good right there. Celine Dion is back. We'll see you tomorrow
