Hello everybody. In today's video, I'm going to be sharing three stoic principles I think
every single man today should start applying in your life, not only to attract quality people to
you, but doing it from such an effortless place that you're going to be asking yourself why you
haven't done this sooner. And the one key thing to remember, stoic men do less yet attract more.
And it's because of an energy they carry that makes them completely magnetic and the perfect
level of mysterious that will leave women just wanting more. So stay till the end of today's
video so you can learn the three stoic principles that will change your attraction and have women
chasing you. But before we get into it, you guys, I have created a school community where you can
join and be a part of a group of men who are willing to do the work, take accountability,
and start actually putting action towards what they are wanting in their lives. Whether that's
dating, success, having a support group, this is the place for you if you are wanting to invest
your energy back into yourself so you can start seeing new evidence of your life that is just a
reflection of the new man you can become. So the link to join my school will be in the description
and let's get into today's video. Now to master the stoic effect in your life, you need to be
crystal clear on who you are as a man. One thing that separates stoic men from the other men that
are out there is their self-perception is so strong that another person's opinion of them
doesn't break them, doesn't make them question who they are. They are so grounded within themselves
that when someone does have a judgment or a criticism, they can take it, they can hear it,
but it doesn't alter their perception. And that's one thing I really think men today could
use more practice with is not being so affected is to not allow the outside world to affect who
you are. If anything, allow the outside world to give you the tests necessary to become who you
are meant to be. And maybe the test I'm speaking about is to handle rejection, handle any setback
with enough authority over what you're capable of that you are so determined to accomplish it.
And it's interesting because stoic men don't always come across as the most confident people
in the room. They're not the loudest, they're not the most showy, and they're not trying to show off
the things they have. And that's something they don't do because yes, you may feel good showing
off the things you have or talking this loud talk. But what you may not be aware of is usually
men who do that are compensating for something that maybe they don't feel adequate within
themselves. And they're looking for that external validation and validation isn't something they
necessarily need in their life. And the word validation isn't something they really need in
their life. Because when a man can validate his own existence, he is proud of the work he's putting
in, and he doesn't need to have people cheering him on, clapping for him. He keeps his cards close
to his chest, and people have to earn. And that's because people don't earn his trust easily. It's
something he's willing to be patient with and not overexpose himself to get something in return.
And I like to label this actually self-admiration. But it's not something that is ego-driven, and
that's one key thing that you need to understand. Just because someone isn't being a show-off,
isn't the loudest in the room, doesn't mean that they're insecure, doesn't mean they don't like
themselves, and more so it could actually just be showing other people that you're not going to
wait in line to get their acceptance. It's something that you have gave to yourself, and the admiration
you give to yourself is coming from actually a self-sufficient place. And that's also you being a
self-sufficient man. Your energy is getting poured back into yourself, so every single interaction
you show up for, you're actually giving something that isn't shallow, and that doesn't have any
substance to it. You swim in deep waters, so when you interact with people, you make them feel seen,
you make them feel acknowledged, and you're not competing for attention. And the effect that that
has on other people, in particular women, is that you become a man, she equates to being high value.
You let her speak, you let her be heard. And when a woman can see a man being comfortable in himself
and comfortable in silence, it's most likely because he has a strong relationship to self
that doesn't make him feel uncomfortable or awkward in social settings, or when there is
tension in the room. He can pierce through that with self-awareness that will not jeopardize the
relationship he has built to himself. Which is why stoic men sometimes have a very hard time
letting people close. It's not because they're cold or avoidant, it's because they're not going
to give their best self to just any single person. And at the end of the day, they don't have anything
to prove. Which can make them actually appear even more competent, because you're not playing
into a character. If you're genuinely okay with yourself, your energy is going to be far different
than the man that maybe seems like he has his life figured out, but at the end of the day he is
insecure because he's using the things and other people to validate something within himself he has
never yet gave to himself. So that is where stoic men have power. They are self-sufficient,
they don't need another person's validation, and their self-perception is strong, which makes the
admiration they feel towards themselves draw women in closer, because your energy is high value,
and that's something that can't be fake. The second part to the stoic effect actually resides
within a man's brain, and that's his ability to put mind over matter. The power this man possesses
is actually in his ability to master his mind. And when a man doesn't have control over his
urges and his temptations, then that man is not going to be showing up to his greatest potential.
If you're allowing your distractions, maybe it's distractions, lust, temptations,
then you will never reach your greatness, you will never reach your potential. And that's something
stoic men would much rather spend time on, is mastering their mind so their mind doesn't have
power over them. Which means these things right here don't allow him to make decisions that are
not going to be providing that man with any good in return. And his power will show through his
ability to sit in silence, choose peace over chaos, use his discernment over instant gratification.
And when he can choose these things over the distractions and things that are actually
lowering his value, he is increasing that brain power. For not only that to change his life,
because your thoughts change your life. The things you put your belief into have a huge
effect on your reality. Which is why stoic men are not easily persuaded by the shiny things in life.
And when a man is so focused on getting the next shiny thing and the next shiny thing,
you're not actually appreciating what you have in front of you. And I think that's a really,
really great trait within men. Especially nowadays we live in a world with so much
lust, so much temptation, so much distractions, all of these things, that it can actually put a huge
divide into the center of your brain that actually wants to do hard things. If you're too comfortable,
then you're just going to get comfortable results. That maybe is not something you're even
wanting right now in your life, but it's just easy. Stoic men will never choose the easy path.
They're in it for the long haul and they understand that their pain is actually their
greatest motivator. Without discomfort, pain, challenge, you won't get the signals that you
need to move things in your life accordingly. To a place where you actually want to step up
and be the creator of your life. And stoic men don't do it for the results of getting,
like I said before, validation from other people. They do it because when they put their mind to
something, their powerful mind, they are able to accomplish anything they want. And with that
amount of confidence, that amount of energy being poured back into them, they're just a
magnet to the outside world. And when it applies to women noticing that, she will see it just in
your effort, in your action. And how you move in silence, I think shows to a woman who you truly
are as a man. The things you do that don't give you the payoffs right away or don't give you the
quick admiration men are looking for. You're okay not having that and more so making yourself proud.
And like I said, that being the motivator you need to actually get things done in your life
that is not dependent on other people seeing you do that. And by a man mastering his mind,
he can master his attention, he masters his focus, and that's the type of man women want
to be around. Because when you're a man with self-control, you're a man that shows safety.
And that is one of the primary things we as women need for there to even be long-term attraction.
So if you're already doing this in your life, kudos to you, even though you probably don't
need it. But if you're a man doing things just to get attention from other people,
just to get recognition, just question why you're doing that. Why do you need that? And could it
just be putting a wedge in you receiving your very own self-admiration that is self-sufficient,
that comes from within, so you never have to beg for another person's attention.
Now the third and final step to the stoic effect is understanding less is always more. And this
is important because it showcases to a man that he can find appreciation, he can find substance
in things he already has in his life. And he's not on the rat wheel of always needing more and more
and more. He needs to do more to be a higher value man. He needs to buy the car to get female
attention. He needs to put everyone else before himself to get that approval. And I'm sure if
you've been there, it is exhausting. And that's why stoic men usually keep a small circle,
or they're just to themselves. They don't need more company, more friends, more dating partners
to feel complete in life. And having less of something usually means lacking of something
in your life. But I think if you use your mind to serve you, then the less things you need,
the more you're always going to have. And that applies to you no longer chasing things in your
life. Instead, you use your energy, your life force energy, to create things in your life
no one can take away from you. And that's character development. Having less time to focus
on yourself will most likely create more disadvantages that will keep you in this
losing game of always needing more from other people. And that's the backwards way of going
about it. Because when a man has everything, he usually cares less about what other people are
going to give him. And that's really the theme of today's video, if you haven't noticed. It's
you can give yourself everything you're desiring. And when you get to that point,
that's when things attract to you with this positive energy because you're no longer in
this place of need. You're in this place of allowing. And when you care less about people
or the things you want, you make more time for yourself and using action to get you to where
you want to be. You're no longer waiting around for you to be this perfect man to then find a
partner. You can see your qualities right now laid out in front of you. You can see what needs
to change, what you're working towards, and what you can say you're proud of. And when a man has
energy like that, he emits a very strong frequency to the outside world that women notice and
honestly want a part of because you're not a man that is relying on her to give you something that
you have not yet found within yourself. And stoic men have already found the gold, so they're not
needing to waste their time looking for gold in other places. And that's the sad part of it. A lot
of men are sitting with a sign begging for people's attention when the box they're sitting on
has the gold inside and they just haven't opened the box yet. So when this applies to your life,
where are you not seeing clearly the gold already in your life? And why do you think you need more
of something to make you feel better or more of a man? Focus on the simple things. Focus on your
health. Focus on your wealth. Focus on the relationship you have with yourself and you
will see different results take place because you're tending to your own garden and not watering
another person. When you can validate yourself, when you can admire yourself, when you can like
yourself, you're not constantly in an energy of lack. Instead you have this positive energy that
is honestly magnetic, that shines, that radiates off of you. And people want to figure that out.
People want to be a part of that because you're a man that quietly inspires others. You don't need
to put another person down to feel better about yourself. You don't have to date so many people
to make you feel worthy as a man. You can sit with yourself, make time for yourself, and you will gain
so much more power in the world when it applies to your attraction, when it applies to your energy,
your finances, your purpose, because you're no longer discounting you. And that's something I
weigh more men really need to get a grasp on, is giving yourself the energy that you so freely give
to other people, other things, and start getting real with yourself. Is it giving you the payoff
you're looking for? Because most likely it's not giving you the payoff that could come from you
prioritizing you and using what you have right now in your life to really affirm that less is more
is not a bad thing. Always needing more is actually giving you less access to your own
deservability. It could be giving you less energy, less time, less resources, because you're so
focused on something that maybe if you look closer you already have. So I really hope in today's
video I could help you understand the effortless way to start attracting things into your life
that yes, women for sure notice. It's an energy you give off that can't be faked. And the more
you start applying these in your life, you will start feeling better about yourself as a man,
and the results you receive will just showcase the work you're willing to put back into you.
