National Qualifying Series North Carolina Competition!!! - Day 1

Good morning Sparkle Squad, welcome back to my channel. If you're new here, I'm Jasmine and welcome to my channel. So right now I am in North Carolina and we drove up here yesterday and today is Friday and we're in North Carolina because I have a competition and I compete on Saturday and Sunday which is a little bit weird because I've never competed Saturday Sunday before but I hope it goes well. But right now we're in the hotel room and it's pretty early in the morning. I just woke up. I got ready and stuff like that and I also have my coffee. This is what it looks like. It's different than usual because I never have Starbucks but I always get Dunkin' but I don't have anything else so I just I'm drinking that. But yeah so we're actually heading to the rink because I have practice size and I hope it goes well today. But yeah we're going to head to the rink and I'll see you guys when we get there. Guys it's so dark outside like you can barely see anything. Look how cool the rink looks. Oh no it's going away. It's like all it has like a light like lights and stuff like that and it looks really pretty. All right guys so I finished the practice size and we're in the car right now and we're heading back to the hotel because we're going to go get breakfast. Hopefully they still have something because I'm really hungry. But yeah skating was pretty good. I did axels, tows and it was all right. I worked on my spins a little bit too. But yeah we're heading back to the hotel and I'll see you guys when we get there. All right guys so we made it back to the hotel and right now I am actually going to start doing some school because although I'm on like basically a vacation but I'm at a competition I still have to do some school because I have a lot of assignments that I have to finish up. So that's what I'm going to started with and I'm going to do that. All right guys so we're in the hotel right now and I was doing my school. I'm doing college right now and I just found out that my teacher put out an assignment that I have to make a 3D model of a neuron for like for like a 3D model of it for my assignment. It's due tomorrow um and I'm in the middle of nowhere right now and I have no supplies. I have nothing and I have to make this thing right here. If you guys can see that. Wait that's the wrong way. This thing. I have to make that out of like what I whatever I have um and I don't have anything. So we have to go somewhere so I can get some supplies because I have to make this and yeah I'm really mad right now because my teacher only just put it out and I was only able to just see it now and I have to make a 3D model. She's like she specifically said like no drawing no nothing and that's so annoying. But now I have to go and find some stuff so I can make this neuron model. This assignment is literally due tomorrow and I compete tomorrow so I don't want to I have to like finish it today because I don't want to like do it tomorrow while I'm competing. So yeah. I also wanted to tell you guys that I literally started school like three weeks ago and right now I'm taking four high school classes and I'm taking two dual enrollment classes so I'm doing two college classes um and everything is so crazy right now like it's like literally the beginning of the year and everyone says at the beginning of the year is the easiest because that's when you're just getting started to do it but for some reason this year like all of my teachers shoved everything into like the first couple of weeks so I have so many assignments and so many like everything that I have to do and basically almost all of my assignments are like projects like I have to do projects. I have to fill out papers and stuff like that and it's so much work and especially my college classes like I have so much the only class okay my psychology class has so many assignments I have to do like two discussions a week and I also have to do like extra like lessons like I have to read the book and and like do a couple of quizzes and it's so much and I like my English class though because my English class only asks me to do like one discussion per week and it's amazing um but all my other classes have so much stuff that I have to do per week and it's a lot of work so now I'm gonna get started because I actually have to finish all this stuff. Alright guys so we just got back to the hotel room and this is everything that I got we went to a bunch of different stores well we didn't go to that many we went to Walmart and Walmart didn't have anything like I literally looked around and I couldn't find anything that I needed so then we headed over to Dollar Tree and we found basically all of this um and then we also stopped and I got some straws because I have like this small idea of what I'm gonna do um but I'm still not 100% sure so hopefully I'll be able to like work with whatever I have and make something that resembles a neuron um as a 3D model but I have to get started because um this is actually due at 12 tonight like it's at midnight um so I have to finish this really quick and it's like four o'clock right now so I don't have that much time so I'm gonna get started. I'm also really sad right now because I wanted to go back to the rink to watch some of my friends skate but I can't and I'm also really mad because they're not live streaming this competition so I can't watch from the hotel either so it's pretty sad and I can't watch some of my skate like I can't watch some of my friends skate and I'm also like really mad that they're not live streaming it and I can't just like watch it and like turn it on and just see what's ever going on. Alright guys so I'm gonna stop talking because I have to finish this neuron model um and I'm gonna be back when I finish it so that you guys can see it. Alright guys so I finally finished the 3D model let me pick it up this is what it looks like and it turns sideways and stuff like that that's what it looks like it looks really weird and it looks like a big giant spider web but it's not it's a neuron um but I finished it and I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. I didn't have very many things to work with and plus I'm in the middle of a hotel um so at home I always have so many supplies and like I always have like so many things that I could use to make it but here I was limited and I barely had anything but I still think that it turned out pretty good so I have to just submit it and hopefully I'm going to get a good grade on it. Alright guys so I think that I'm going to end the video off here today wasn't like very interesting all I did was I went to skating in the morning and then I did school for basically the entire day um but I think I'm going to end it off here because I'm going to relax and stuff like that because tomorrow is my short program and I'm really excited so wish me good luck in the comments and by the time that you guys are seeing this video I will already have finished my short program because you guys are seeing this Saturday in the afternoon and I competed or I compete Saturday in the morning so yeah I'm really excited and hopefully it goes well but I'm ending the video off here and I will see you guys in my next video love you guys bye
