Judge to rule on trial & death penalty in Charlie Kirk case

Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University, appeared in a Utah courtroom for a critical hearing. A judge is determining if there is sufficient probable cause to proceed with a trial for aggravated murder, a charge that could make Robinson eligible for the death penalty.
