How to do ITALIAN BEARD Fade (FULL TUTORIAL)

What's up everybody welcome back today I'm gonna show you how I do my version of the Italian beard fade all right so what I like to do is just brush everything out real quick just make sure everything is sitting right all right you don't want to cut your beard when you know it's curling or it's not fully to the length that it's the true length of your beard so I go ahead and just pick it out I have a medium coarse beard so a pick works pretty good for me I'm just checking my beard right now seeing you know game planning where I'm gonna put that bottom line but we're gonna start with that fade on the cheek line and today I'm going to be using only uh the west tech clipper this is a new clipper that just came out about six months ago it's it's one of a kind um there's nothing like this on the market I was very amazed when I first saw it it sold me right away but right here I'm just putting my bald guideline in right at the middle of my ear leaving that sideburn look I don't know it looks cool in the hats I like it it's been one of these styles that's been kind of growing on me I'm just going to clean up around my ears using the corner of the blade this trimmer is the saber trimmer from stylecraft you should all probably know about that if you guys don't know it's one of the best trimmers so this is the west tech clipper right here what I was talking about it goes from a zero all the way to a two so I'm not going to use any guards and what I'm doing right now is just going from the top the highest point of my beard next to my mustache and bringing that straight back right and then I just open up the lever a little bit about two or three notches because there's three there's notches on there and it goes like I said from a zero to a two so right now I'm just at the half setting I'm just making another light guideline rushing through making sure I can see exactly what I'm doing and then once I'm done with that I'm going to open up a couple more notches probably to around the one guard and I'm going to just gradually keep going down and as I open the lever until it's fully open will be a number two guard and that's usually the farthest you really have to go um if you kind of see things there's one guard that you can put on here and then that will take you from a three or two sorry all the way to a four guard which is insane all on one clipper right I'd have to change between hella guards I'd have to stop I was able to just boom boom boom move through this fade really really quick and as you can see it's already all coming together like it's blending in nicely and that's what makes this clipper very revolutionary um it's innovative um and it's dope and this is just the first one that they made and I've been working with them I've been talking to them giving them kind of pointers on what they can do to improve and make even better um because I would say overall it's about a I'll say it's about like an 8 8.5 out of 10 um it's not a 10 yet um but it's it's it's gonna be a 10 soon and this is gonna knock out a lot of clippers um out of the water I truly believe that I just think it's a matter of time um because this this thing is insane so now I worked my way back down uh back to that half and then I'm just slowly now closing the lever as I get higher up to that line and so that line is fully removed okay it's kind of hard to tell you exact numbers because I'm literally just opening up as I go and once I open it all the way up I'm gonna start closing that back down and just treating it as like a normal clipper you know you put your one guy line in then you put your two guy line in and then you work your way back down and that's exactly what you do right here and as you can see look at that it's only been three minutes and I blended out my beard easy nice and like that fade looks blurry I think this is a dope look I really like this look it's a nice hybrid between the Italian beard fade um I have a full mustache so I don't like to really cut into it because the grow back and all that I like to keep something that looks fresh but is a natural and has a good uh you know it has a good uh longevity to the to the look so boom that's it that's all done now I'm gonna go and land at the back using the same thing I literally just follow the straight line of my back line and I just bring that straight down keeping it super simple that's what I really like about these stylecraft trimmers is they hit so good right out of the box that you only do a few taps boom boom boom you don't have to sit there and keep tugging in the same area and that's usually where I feel like a lot of men that are doing their own beards mess up on is the trimmers aren't sharp so they keep you know try and make a sharp line and then eventually you just kind of push in too much but I think that beard is coming out of fire right now and uh now we're going to talk the bottom line I'm just you know looking checking what I'm going to do I'm going to use the west side clipper because I can see there's a bulk right there on the bottom of my beard as I'm pushing it right now so I like to use a clipper to kind of use that to break it down because it has a bigger teeth and it's a wider blade and I'll follow back up with the trimmer to get that sharp clean look and as you can see that line is coming out nice and sharp these things hit really nice the sabers and the cyborg trimmers are my two favorite trimmers hands down the 360 gz climp trimmer did just come out and now it is a nice hybrid honestly between the cyborg and the saber it feels a little bit bigger like the cyborg but it still has that nice uh you know feel to it like the saber where you feel like you could maneuver still um it's very uh I don't know what the word I'm trying to use but you could it's uh very I don't know the word I'm trying to use guys you can probably help me out the saber because the saber is very light um you can line up you could bold out uh you could move around the ear very nicely um so I feel like you get that same with the 360 gz trimmer as well the cyborg is a little bit bulkier and heavier but I do like that one a lot for just uh doing like high fades mid fades and just really taking out a lot of hair at once now next is my favorite shaver ever you guys should know this if you guys been following if you guys are new this is one of my favorite shavers ever it's the instinct shaver has a vector motor in there so whenever it feels any type of resistance it puts more power into there and it could shred through any type of hair texture thin hair thick hair doesn't matter and it just it lasts a long time and it's fairly priced it's like around 180 you use my discount codes for any of these jj15 and you'll get 15 off um I compare it to the bronze because the bronze used to be a shaver that a lot of barbers used to use because of how much it would go through hair but this thing for sure is way better than that um and I'll put anything I'll put I'll put everything on that so I would highly check that out and now we're moving on to the mustache I like to do a little grin like that and I just line up whatever hair is hanging over my mustache kind of comb it over to the side to keep that area full uh where the mustache and the beer line is and then I just really get around my lip just to make it look nice and sharp and then I'm just gonna clean up the top hairs just a little bit just to give it that more definition after that I just use my favorite foil shaver the uno shaver just to kind of detail and bold out everything followed by the razor and the razor all I'm really doing since we already blended everything out I'm just going over kind of like the guideline I originally made with the clipper just to give it a little bit more definition and just so you make the beard look a little bit sharper so right here I'm just doing some detail work I'm just kind of that sole patch area always likes to stick out so you could run like a number two and go with the grain or you could freehand it wherever you feel comfortable but just doing some last minute details and bam like that's pretty much the finished result that's how it looked before I think it looks pretty dope with the spade really keeps the overall shape of the beard but you get that little you know nice modern look to it as well so I'm gonna go ahead and just stop talking now I'm gonna get let you guys go ahead and enjoy some music and watch the other side and let me know what you guys think but the west tech clipper definitely makes it a lot easier for you to achieve this because you don't have to switch through cards so many times all right and right here I'm just using my eye as reference of where to put my lines and after that's the same steps all right so follow along if you have any questions drop them down below I'll be back once I'm done with this side and there we go this side is done just like that now I think my beard is looking pretty badass I like how it looks so let's just finish off with styling it I'm using some beard balm just grab your favorite beard balm this is joseph signature lines vanilla mango beard balm I put about a like a nail size into my thumb warm that in your hands and just kind of massage it into your beard kind of like you know fluff around your beard get the shape that you like you know I know most of us guys we know kind of like the overall way we like our beard so just style it like that I really think you feel the best if you don't then let me know and I can help you out but that's pretty much it youtube hope you guys enjoy that video this is my version of the italian beard fade I think it looks pretty badass I use the west tech clipper that goes from a zero to and then I use the saber trimmer to line all right peace
