This is the night the babyface assassin took down the heroes all by himself.
This is Golden State right before the glory days, back when David Lee was an all-star and
Draymond Green was coming off the bench. So, riding a 6 game winning streak into the new year,
the Warriors were in Miami for the first game of 2014, looking to test their true powers against
the big three of LeBron, Wade and Bosh. And it was James who kicked things off with a bang.
Less than a minute later, Curry channels his inner Marbury with the bullet pass to Bogut for
the easy deuce. The big man duo of Bogut and Lee were the only ones scoring for Golden State
through the first 4 minutes of the game, when Steph decided to take Mario Chalmers up for a dance.
And who said that Curry is not a real point guard?
He racked up 5 assists before points, getting his teammates involved first.
And look at young Klay Thompson giving Ray Allen the hard body check right before the splash.
Steph created a wide open look for Green as well.
And Draymond made sure to return the favor immediately.
Seeing his first couple of shots go in, the chef started cooking.
3 for 3 from downtown for Curry and a 5 point lead for the Warriors after 12 minutes of action.
But Wade and Allen got busy at the start of the second and took over the lead in a hurry.
That is 38 year old Ray Ray getting fouled by 2 guys and still being able to finish the
in one dunk. Just amazing. Harrison Barnes on the other end was in his athletic prime.
With 8 points in a row, Barnes put the Doves back in the lead.
And Steph ensured it stays like that heading into the break with an array of beautiful plays.
The Heat left Brown on an island here with Curry who got jiggy with it,
froze James with the handles but just missed the high finger roll at the end.
But coming out of the locker rooms, he took a shooting to a whole nother level.
With absolutely nowhere to go, Steph buries the rainbow shot over James,
incredible. And the best thing of all was that he was just heating up.
That was a signature 3rd quarter avalanche by the baby faced assassin scoring 10 straight
points in a span of 2 minutes to put his team up by 12. He was money from everywhere on the court.
And speaking of that, you may be entitled to a potential recovery of over a thousand dollars.
Here's why. Recently a jury ordered Meta and Youtube to pay millions of dollars for their
They knew their apps can contribute to anxiety, depression and body image issues but did not
share those risks while prioritizing profits. The recent history verdict underscores the
consequences of those decisions. Now Morgan and Morgan is stepping up to hold these platforms

On the next trip down the court, he went for the heat check obviously but missed it before David Lee
came up with the offensive board and the putback lefty. He had a huge game himself with 32 points
and 14 rebounds on 76% efficiency. Everything was going in Golden State's favor.
Eric's post drop was in shambles watching from the sidelines as he couldn't find a way to stop
Lee and Curry. A 9 point lead heading into the final period wasn't enough to guarantee a win
so the Warriors duo had to stay focused when it mattered the most.
Painful indeed but James took over the steering wheel and got Miami right back into it in the
blink of an eye. That was a demoralizing 3 right in front of the Heat's
bench especially after Braun missed a couple of clutch free throws on the previous possession.
So instead of 4, Miami was staring at a 9 point deficit in the closing minutes of the game
and after missing yet another great opportunity, it was time for the knockout punch.
Lee bumped the lead back to double digits and Curry just capped off his masterful performance
at the foul line finishing with 36 points and 12 assists while shooting 53% from downtown in
a statement win at the end. About a month later they met again in another classic finish.
The chef cooked up another delight putting his team up by 2 with his 29th point of the night
but it was LeBron's time to shine.
James pulls out the silencer shocking the entire Oracle arena.
This was right before the all star game which was Curry's first ever by the way.
He finished his breakout season averaging 24 points and 8 assists on 42% shooting from distance
leading the Warriors to their first 50 win season in 20 years.
The world caught a Curry fever that still lasts to this day.
Unfortunately they lost to the Lob City Clippers in a grueling 7 game series in the first round
of the playoffs. And speaking of the Clippers, I made a detailed breakdown of the exact night
they started falling apart. Click right here to check it out and talk to you in the next one.
Peace out.
