Hello our citizens, welcome to Brain Education TV.
My name is Chris and today we're going to do a bit of brain tapping.
This brain tapping is good for headaches, brain fog, anytime you're not thinking too
clearly or your mind's a little too busy or you're holding on to a lot of stress and tension,
your brain may even feel tight.
So we're going to try to soften your brain with a little bit of brain tapping.
So first we're just going to bring our fingertips, we're going to start gently, we're going to
start with our temples.
So just bring your hands right up to your temples, try to relax your shoulders, don't
build tension to do it, relax and then tap it.
You might want to put all five fingers together and tap or two fingers, whatever feels right
for you.
And then I'd like you to breathe out through your mouth.
As we start to tap, as we're going to try to clear our brain of the fog, of the tension,
of the stress, we want to exhale through our mouth to release.
It's okay to add a little sigh or a little sound.
So just start to gently tap all around your temples.
Temples is a spot that's really, really good for headache tension.
If you've been brooding all day, this is one of those areas.
Now each of us will feel different.
Some of us, it'll be very tender.
Some people will like to tap harder.
Some people will like to tap more gentle, but if it feels uncomfortable, that means
you need more tapping there.
There are many, many pressure points around the skull, so we're going to start to open
a few of these.
We're going to hit a few key areas and then I'm going to let you have a little time to
explore your whole head.
Good.
Breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth.
You can picture any heaviness, any dust, any tension coming out through your mouth.
If you end with a little smile, it helps the cleaning to happen a little faster.
Good job.
Now let's bring the tapping to our forehead, forehead, right above your eyebrows.
You might go a little bit more center and as you tap, you can explore a little bit around
your forehead.
Be aware of the sensation.
Some places might feel really nice and some might feel not very nice.
When I first started the practice, it felt like I had tacks, spikes on my fingertips
and it was very, very uncomfortable to tap my forehead.
It told me how tight my brain was, how stressed my mind was.
So I needed to do a lot of forehead tapping to release.
So you can tap a little bit longer.
You can tap a little harder.
You might feel cool or warm sensations.
As you start to dust the mind, you might get tiredness, you might fatigue, you might start
to yawn, you might start to sneeze.
Things start to release.
Your healing hands will start to travel and they'll start to move around to where you
need it the most.
This frontal lobe is where we do a lot of our thinking.
So a lot of this that are caught in our thoughts, this is the good tapping space.
Good job.
Now let's bring your tapping up to the top of your head, to your crown, your crown.
Think about this space where we had a soft spot when we were born.
This is our seventh chakra spot.
So this is where we can actually connect to the energy of the universe.
This is a very important gate.
So if it feels really tender, really blocked, we want to do a lot of tapping.
Try to relax your shoulders.
Don't build tension as you clean your brain.
Continue to exhale through your mouth.
A little sound can help you to rinse a little bit deeper.
So focus on the areas that feel the worst.
The ones that are a little painful or feel a little bit more heavy or thick or uncomfortable.
So breathing out.
Good job.
Now we're going to take our hands to the back of our head.
So right in the indentation, right in the back of the head.
So tapping in this space, you might drop your head a little bit.
It makes it a little bit easier, a little bit more comfortable in the shoulders.
Release the tension.
So this is a space where we hold a lot of tension from our head leaning down all day
while we're looking at our desk or our computer or our phone or our books.
This is also an area that deals with our visual center.
So if you have tired eyes, tapping this back of the head can help.
I suggest closing the eyes and releasing stress and tension with each exhale.
So when you feel cool energy starting to circulate, that means we're releasing a lot of the old
heavy.
A lot of us have a hot, fiery head.
The computer runs hot all day.
So we want to feel it relax, soften and become cooler.
Breathing out through your mouth.
Now I'd like you to start to tap all over your head, wherever your hands go, let your
hands travel.
Let them wander again.
We're looking for the places that feel most uncomfortable.
Continue to focus on the breathing out of the mouth.
The sensations in your body will guide you, ask you to tap harder or tap more.
Allow your hands to travel towards the places that are having the biggest trouble.
And every day it can be slightly different.
Bring that smile.
Feel the tingling and the vibration in your fingertips, the tingling and vibration in
your hands.
Good.
We have about 30 more seconds, breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth.
Releasing that stress and tension.
One more deep breath in and out.
Now slowly stop the tapping, but let your palms face your temples.
Relax your shoulders.
Feel the sensation between your palms and your brain.
Feel energy flowing from your hands to your brain.
Now, as you inhale, let the energy expand.
As you exhale, squeeze and compress.
So with this energy, I want you to imagine you're rinsing, cleaning your brain, almost
like you can shampoo your brain.
Your hands may travel over the top, over the back.
Some places might say, yes, please, I need more love.
Some places will feel great.
Some places will feel not so great.
Feel the energy, visualize this energy pouring into your brain, into the cracks, the crevices,
the nooks, the crannies, rinsing out any deep tension in your brain.
Tension melts.
Brain become cooler.
Brain starts to become brighter.
You make it a sense like your brain is breathing, expanding, contracting.
Energy flowing through your entire brain.
I'm healing my brain.
Breathe in and out.
Now slowly lower your hands, let them rest on your thighs, knees, palms facing up.
Feel your brain.
Now as you breathe in, feel the energy expand beyond your skull.
Exhale, releasing tension.
Picture your beautiful, bright brain.
Feel your cool, peaceful brain, your happy brain.
Breath in and out.
You can open your eyes and gently rub your palms together.
Feel the energy of your palms.
You can sweep your face, you can sweep off your head, your neck.
Notice changes in the sensation in your brain.
Your vision may feel a little bit more clear, a little bit more bright.
Your temperature in your head, the tension in your neck might feel better.
You might feel more calm and clear.
This kind of a brain tapping exercise, brain healing exercise, can be done when we feel
tight or stressed or even emotions, when we have a headache, when we're having a hard
time sleeping.
This is a good way to really reset the mind, reset the brain, to bring about a healing
state for our entire body.
So take note of how you feel and come to this as often as you need to help take back your
brain.
With that, we'll finish our practice, hands together, and thank you.
So if you'd like to deepen your experience in brain education and continue your healing
journey, please take a look in the description.
