Watch interviews after Pitman football beats Central Valley

Yeah, it's been kind of a buzz around campus all week actually, but today you could really feel it. We had a really good crowd tonight. The energy was really good. It's hard to end it the way that it went down, but I still think it's a big step for us, and I think it's going to be really good for us in the end. Just the energy on campus, you could see it in the crowd, and everybody was fired up, not just the players, but staff was out here. I saw more staff than we've had, and students and community members out here, so I'm excited about it. His name is Jeremiah Moreno, and he was super amped about it. I mean, you could see the emotion on the whole sideline, and everybody was fired up for him, but I mean, I think that's going to be a special moment for him for sure. First of all, we just got to take care of the football. I think we put the ball on the ground. I thought it was seven times. Coach said it was six times, but still, that's way too many times to be putting the ball on the ground. Just execution. I mean, just a lot of little things that we got to clean up. We didn't have a great week of practice this week, and it kind of showed in the game, so you know, I think something that we got to do better as coaches, just kind of get them more locked in Tuesday, Wednesday, and because that kind of bled over into the game. So, you know, clean up those little things, and I think we'll be just fine.
