Rehoboth Beach Top 15 Things To Do - We Did All These in Rehoboth Beach Delaware

I should have got a dish. I knew it. I knew it. All right, we're at Rehoboth Beach. This place is busy today. All right, we're back in Rehoboth Beach for the top 15 must-dos when you get here. You got to do the boardwalk, you got to do beaches, but we got much more, don't we? Yes. Make sure you're like, subscribe, and click that notification bell. Remember, this boardwalk is exactly one mile, maybe a little bit more or less. All right, here it is, Louie's Pizza. Some of you, I know, swear by this, but I'm going to show you much better. I tell you one thing that Rehoboth does not have is good pizza. If you talk to the locals, they told me you got to go to Nicola's for number one. They're Nicco Bolli. Don't go to this place here. Get off the boardwalk. There's a lot of history in regards to Nicola's I'm going to share with you. Now, one thing that Nicola has is they started on the boardwalk. That's why they're on my list. It was just up that way there, about a block. Number one, they invented the Nicco Bolli, as you're going to see here. It's a simple ingredient, ground beef, cheese, sauce. What else? Nice, thin, crunchy crust. Yes, it was amazing. You got to do it. But one thing that's really cool about the Nicola family is they started in a house to basically pay for their daughter's surgeries and so forth. Then they moved up to the boardwalk and now they had to move farther away because they're that busy. Wait till you see how big this place is, right? I think they said the seating is up to 300 people. They actually got a banquet hall, but this place is massive. How's that pizza? It was amazing. It really was good. It was good pizza. It's on this list because of the history. They're part of Rehoboth's boardwalk and it's got to be on our list. Let me just show you. This place is massive and yes, they got carryout, but one thing that's special here is right there. And there's Nick himself and his wife. They started this place. And if you like the pizza and the sauce, they sell the sauce to go. You can get it by the case. Is it better than Grotto's and Louie's on the boardwalk? This is where the locals come. It's really good. And the crust is just perfectly crunchy and crispy. So I think it's the best pizza on the boardwalk. It's no longer on the boardwalk, but should still be on the boardwalk. All right. That's the famous Nicko Boli sold right here in Rehoboth. You can't get it on the boardwalk anymore. Simple ingredients. It's got their homemade sauce, cheese, ground beef. And that's about it. Simple side of sauce. And that's all you need. That is delicious. Laura's got to try this. Taste that famous Nicko Boli, honey. This has got to be on your list in Rehoboth. And it's the history of this thing. And Laura got dessert. Salted caramel apple martini. I can't put this down. It's that good. Some people say the Candy Kitchen is the best candy in Rehoboth, but I got to show you Kilwin's. If you have a sweet tooth, check out Kilwin's. They're all over the boardwalks in Delaware, Maryland, and Jersey. All right, there's Laura. She's looking for her candy. If you watch our Rehoboth videos and other boardwalk videos, you know what she's looking for. Oh yeah, they got hand-dipped ice cream in here. And it is made on site. Original recipe. Oh, looks like she's dipping some pretzels. And there's the famous Thrasher's French fries. It is a East Coast beach staple. I knew I had to get one of these. I'm taking these out to Laura on the beach. You got to get a Thrasher's French fry on the boardwalk. Yes, it made my list. Thrasher's French fries. I actually asked for them extra crispy. They look really good. Taste one. I am. Watch the seagulls. Did you put vinegar on them? A little bit. All right, what do you got, honey? My dark chocolate sea salted caramel from Kilwin's. Is that your favorite? Yes. Well, you sure you don't want one? No. Laura's got her along for the journey. Shirt on today. Guess what's on the back? Scan to get to our channel. Tough decision, honey. All right, this is on my list of 15. It's got to be this ice cream place. And if you don't know what you want, you get to spin the wheel and it'll pick your flavor for you. All right, look at all these flavors. Sit Up Dorella, Creamy Vanilla, African Vanilla, Chocolate Crack, All Nighter. And then you got your regular flavors down here. That's why you got to spin the wheel. She's still trying to decide. I might have to fast forward this. All right, this is what Laura's getting right here. She gets cake batter cookie dough. All right, African Vanilla. It is melting so darn fast in this sun. What do you get, hon? I got to eat it fast. I got the key lime crumble. It's like a crushed up key lime pie. Hurry up. This is going to drip. African Vanilla. It's got Madagascar vanilla in there. It is delicious. Super creamy. It's getting all over. I'm not a licker. I need a napkin. Yeah, you do. You need to take a big bite right there. I should have got a dish. I knew it. I knew it. Hold that. What? I'm not holding that. Hold this. The camera? Go get me a dish. There, I think if you take bites around the edge, you'll be okay. Here, I'll take a bite. Is this on? Now, one thing about Rehoboth, but besides all their restaurants, they have a lot of great shopping here. Penny Lane is one of them. I'm going to show you another place, but shopping's got to be your list. This is Sugar Planet. Check out the cotton candy floor. Is that awesome or what? If you're looking for candy and you can't find it in Kilwin's, try this place. The whole stand is just licorice. Squeeze it. That's a lot of butter. I guess this is M&M's you fill up a bag or a box. No, they're jelly beans. That's a lot of beans, man. If you come to the beach, you know what this is. Saltwater taffy is in every beach town. I think they got every flavor you could imagine here. Village by the Sea has shopping kind of like Penny Lane, but I like Penny Lane a little better. Make sure you're watching, looking for this little alley. There's all kinds of little alleys in here. We showed you this creamery down here and the coffee mill before, but I love these little shops through here. You can find anything. All right, if you're a shopper, you've got to come into Penny Lane. Look here. Here's all the directory of the different things, but one place that's on this list that you've got to go to is Fun For All Toys. It's a game store. It's a puzzle store. They've got anything unique you want. It's just a unique store you got to try out. Look at all these miniatures here. There's the Penny Lane clock, but look at all the foliage in here. They really take care of this. It's one of my favorite places to shop when you're in Rehoboth and Elaine Mall at night time. Maybe this is when you want to shop when the sun goes down and the lights are lit up. It's beautiful through here. This is why it's on my list. Thank you for visiting Penny Lane. Oh, and don't miss this store, Gidgets and Gadgets. It's my kind of store. If you're a guy, you come in this place. This is what I need to do my videos on. Who knows what these are? Only if you're my age, you see my hand. Look at that little slinky magic eight ball. I tell you, they got unique stuff in here. All right, check out T-shirt world, but I was just walking past and I saw my man right here. Squatch, how you doing, buddy? I love this. They sell little mini squatches. All right, that's on the list. The purple parrot. It's called the purple parrot grill. Now, one thing about the purple parrot, it's got a happy hour between the hours of two and six. And people tell me that they have the best happy hour down here, price wise. And when you come here, come to the back because I think they got one of the best atmospheres down here. And like I said, come in the back entrance to this place. They got all kinds of entertainment a lot of times back here, but the seating area I think is just really unique. The tater tots and you come for their happy hour, their drinks. Mint mojitos are amazing. This is an order of tater tots at happy hour. It was only $4. Look at all the mojito flavors they got here and they're good. He's sneaking candy. All right. If you like unusual eats, you got to come to Tiki Jack's street eats and brews. They got something on the menu here. You got to get. All right. Tiki Jack's is on my list because they had something. They're very unique. It's street corn that you had on corn on the cob. I'll show you here in this video, but now they make it a little more easier. They cut it off for you and put it in a bowl. It's called a street corn bowl. Oh, look what's coming to Rehoboth beach. Lido's coming soon. A souvenir shop just screams the beach. Look at that place. Look here. There's a couple items on my list. Yeah. They got transportation here from your hotel, right down to the boardwalk. All right. If you're into mini golf or arcades, Zelke's on the boardwalk is a must. Look at all these games they got in this place from claw games to arcade games and everything in between. But one thing that's special about Zelke's it's not what's in here. It's what's on the roof. Oh, this arcade's nice and cool though. There's Willy Wonka in the chocolate factory. No, you don't win chocolate. You win coins. Now, if you find Zoltar, take the steps to the right and you're going to see something really cool up here. They got mini golf on the rooftop. Check this out. Oh my goodness. This is crazy cool. You got the beach right down below. Down there's Laura. If you got kids, come up here and just put around by the ocean. You don't see many rooftop mini golfs. That's why this is on my list. I got some really cool holes here. Oh my God. They got this statue of Liberty. Oh, and Uncle Sam's here too. May the course be with you. All right, we made it to Funland. It's on the list. This is where the rides are. Who remembers this ride? The boats and the water. And there's a classic, the carousel. All right, there's one of my favorite rides. If you've watched our Knoebel's video, you know I love this thing. The paratrooper. Sweet. They got one in Rehoboth. Speed this up a little bit. Oh yeah, they got a claw here. Who loves this ride? It's part of Funland, but it's on my list. You will only see this video here because it's the last year for this. See you on the other side. Oh, that's scary. Oh, that's a big spider. All right, if you like ice cream, this is another place that has many flavors, but that's not what I want to show you. It's Gus and Gus' Place for Fried Chicken. These people were all waiting in line serving french fries since 1956, but let me show you what this place hasn't changed since 1956. Look at the wallpaper and there's the menu. It's cooked all right here on these grills and fryers. Dolly's, famous for saltwater taffy. One of the oldest candy stores in Delaware since 1926. That means it's a hundred years old. Oh my god, if you could smell it in here, it smells like candy. But more important, I think they have great popcorn. Caramel popcorn, Chicago caramel, cheddar cheese, peanut butter chocolate caramel popcorn. Are you kidding me? I'll tell you one thing about Rehoboth Beach. It's number one. I love these paths that go out to the beach and the beach itself is beautiful. Stunning here in the evening. Oh, and for sure come out and enjoy the beach early morning. It is stunning out today. 360. Oh my god, it's beautiful weather. I love it. All right, this is Mason's Lobster Rolls right on the main drag. We're getting one of these. If you never had a lobster roll, you gotta try Mason's. It's as good as the ones we had in Maine. There's a lot of lobster on this. We always get the Connecticut because it comes with butter on it. That's a lot of lobster. I'm gonna take a bite. Lauren's starving. You're gonna love it. It's just as good as I remember. Isn't that roll like cooked to perfection and the lobster? Heavenly. Insanely good. I can't believe how much lobster. Put this on your list. It's a top 15. You gotta get Coors Custard. All right, where's all my custard fans? You know this place has been around since 1919. I guarantee you got peanut butter. What kind did you get? Peanut butter. Is it worth the money? Yeah. The Funnel Cake Factory. Home to the Big Daddy Funnel Cake. Don't that funnel cake look good? And fried cinnamon rolls. All right, guess what I got you. It's not a funnel cake. Oreos. Fried Oreos. They're probably really really hot. Look at the lighting on that. Tastes just like the fair. Tastes better than the fair because we're at the beach. The Funnel Cake Factory. Put it on your list.
