We made it. We made it on the Norwegian Aqua. All right, I'm back on the Norwegian Aqua, one of the newest cruise ships on the Norwegian plan. I can't wait to show you this video. The pool will be busy. All right, this is a really cool secret. When you're getting on the ship for the first time, you can drop your luggage off while exploring the ship on the first day. See what I mean? People are just dropping their luggage and exploring it. You have to come back by like 2 p.m. when the state rooms are open. Tip when you get on this cruise ship, if a show offers reservations, reserve early. Remember, you're just reserving a place in the show. You're not reserving a chair, so you still need to get here early. Stand in line if you want the best seat. It's 45 minutes until showtime and it's standing room only. The best shows and must-see shows on this cruise ship has got to be the Prince show, the Element show, and the rumors Fleetwood Mac show. These are three that cannot be missed. All right, secret. Get a cup, come over here, fill your cup with ice cream like that. You need a spoon and you fill it with coffee. And then you just give this a stir. That is a secret treat for a cruise ship. Oh my god, that's so good. It's like a mocha coffee. What's up with my hair? That is delicious. Secret tip. Now this is a secret tip, whatever you want to call it. Make sure you're going to the thermal spa to check out one of the biggest spas at sea right here on the Norwegian Aqua. It has a two-story waterfall. They have many different areas you can sit in here for different effects. Now besides the spa in general, this Aqua spa here also has the first ever clay sauna at sea. It also has ice rooms, salt rooms. This spa's got everything. Himalayan salt on the walls. Look at these seats overlooking this fantastic hot tub spa area. I think one of them's cold. You gotta come to this spa. We gotta get to the next. All right, usually the observation lounge, except for the first date, is generally a quiet area. They serve food up here and it's a great way to see where you're headed on this cruise ship. Very well decorated. And they got coffee up here. See how quiet it is up here on deck 17? Use this area. They actually have a unique treat up on this deck that's also a secret on my list. Here's a secret on deck 17, the observation deck. You come up here, they have food and snacks up here. Go past the bar area, which is a nice bar by the way up here. They're just getting set up right now with sandwiches and desserts. Let's see what I mean. They're getting ready to get these cookies out. It's the only part of this ship you will find cookies out anywhere. It's a secret tip, but it's tend to be more in the afternoon hours. And not only cookies, but it's a great place to grab snacks. They've had quiches out here, scones, so make sure you're checking out the observation lounge if you're just looking for a quick bite. And pineapple upside down cake. I've never seen this on a ship. The secret snack spot on deck 17. Alright, here's a tip or secret out on deck 8. Look at this. Get walk over top of the ocean. Whoa! This is so cool. Glass over the water. I'm really loving deck 8. And one thing about deck 8, they're trying to alleviate some of the traffic up around the pool area. And also on deck 8, you got some great overlooks and beautiful little seating areas here like this one. Got a great view of the top of the ship too. Check this out on deck 8. I love this. Binoculars to see what's out there in the ocean. No money needed. This is free. Oh, this is so cool. You want to see it? You got to look in there. Alright, deck number 8, you're going to find is one of my favorite spots on this cruise ship. Look at all these different seating areas. They got full-size tables over here. Then they got lounge chairs on this side. But one thing that's got really cool, you can walk the whole way around this ship on this deck. See these like booths out here? This is the very back of the ship. Yeah, they got a bar out here. You see how many seats here? This is early in the morning. But let me tell you, it's still a sea day and hardly anybody's even out here. I don't know why I like these little chairs here. Number one, because they're shaded. And one thing you're going to notice on this cruise ship, that it's been a while since I've been able to find, is you will never see dirty glass. Alright, if you're a walker like me and you like to walk the cruise ship, check out deck 8. Literally, this will go the whole way around. We're currently at the front of the ship. See, look at the size of that anchor. It's a little rough out here today. A lot of ships don't do that. They'll usually stop at the front or the back. Not this one. It goes the whole way around. Tip. The buffet on this thing, we've kind of noticed, is very limited and crowded usually. Come to the locals because you're going to have a variety. And to be honest, it's got the best breakfast on the ship, I think. And each table gets its own pot of coffee. Smaller atmosphere in here, but it's quiet. A lot more quiet than what you see in the buffet. There's Laura, waiting for breakfast. She's got her journey shirt on today. And you surely get enough food in here. There's an egg. I got the French toast. Laura got the big breakfast over there. Now, another tip here. This place is open 24 hours. This is the eatery that's open 24 hours. You can get chicken wings in here and all kinds of little bite-sized snacks. Look at this barbecue burger in here. Does this look incredible? And Laura got the blue cheeseburger, no bun. And remember, the locals has dessert. And all of this is complimentary. Included. Now, right outside the locals. Remember, the locals is open 24 hours. Right outside the locals is another breakfast place, lunch, dinner. Got a great little bar, but do you see what up there at the end? That's another place I want to show you. That's called Indulge Food Hall. Here's a tip or a secret about this Norwegian Aqua. You can see how spacious this cruise ship is. It has 36% more space for every guest on this boat. 36% more space than any other cruise ship out there. You will not feel crowded in the outdoor areas. Have a lot of space to hang out. It's in the middle of the day. You can see here hardly anybody is sitting out on the side here. You'll find a seat. Don't worry about that. And one thing I do love about this cruise ship. Do you see how all the chases have pillows on? That's a nice touch. Thank you Norwegian for that. Here's something I've never seen. It's called the Imagination Wall. Alright, look at some of these interactive games. If you're not paying attention, you won't see these. There's one in the photo gallery and then one outside where the creatures crime over the ship. Alright, it says to tap my card on the reader here. Here it comes. Oh, look. Oh, wow. Look at that. It's coming over the ship. Checking me out. Don't take my camera buddy. Whoa. Alright, level up. Now this is a first. Norwegian Aqua has the first water coaster at sea. Now to get to the Aqua coaster, use the mid elevators, which is what that signifies right there. Gotta get weighed in to go up here. Alright, here it goes. It's gonna shoot him right off this slide. My god. It shoots you up, but then it takes you on a leisurely cruise down through the water and out the tubes. It's very large. You gotta see it because number one, it's the first ever at sea. This miniature golf continues up. I think it might go up to now the levels. Nice. There's an overlook of the Vive Beach Club way up high. Now what makes Indulge Food Hall a great tip is because you can come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You basically order off of a kiosk except during breakfast. They have like buffet style, but it's gonna be a lot less crowded than you're gonna find in the buffet. This is what's cool here. They have all these different restaurants in here and you just order on the machine and they will get it together. Oh, it smells good in here. Alright, tip. Do you see the diamonds on the rugs? They will always point to the front of the ship. Now there's two dining rooms on this cruise ship that you must take advantage of. It's, again, complimentary. One of the places is called Hudson's and the other dining room is called the Commodore. I'm gonna show you both of them here. The Hudson has great views of the ocean. I think it's more brighter than in the other dining room. So you can see the difference here between Commodore and Hudson's. The Commodore is more broken up. Maybe if you want more of a private space, you come to the Commodore. This is the place to eat for your complimentary dinner. Alright, here it is. This is called the drop. You have to remove all your articles before you go down this tip. I talked Todd into doing it, so now he's in line to do the drop. The best way to access this is go to the midship elevators to get there for quick access. It takes you right up to that area. Otherwise, you got to take steps and so forth. Oh, there he is. He's making his way out. That was awesome. You got to do it 10 stories straight that way. Alright, out next by the pool area. If you take these steps up here, there's a really cool seating area up here that I really like to enjoy because you can see a lot of different things right there. That's the only smoking area I know of. When you make your way to the top of these steps, these seats right here, when you're pulling out of port or whatever you're doing, this is a great way to see everything. It's covered and they got one of these on the other side as well. See this seating area up here? If you got kids, this is where the water park is right here. How busy this place is now. Over there's the Starbucks. Don't miss the many parties on this ship, including the glow party. Alright, it's time to go into this glow party. Wait till you see this. It's one of the many parties on this ship. This one, you get face painted. You can get your nails done and you go in here and you get ready to party. Norwegian style. You can see by these pictures here how beautiful the back of the ship is. It's a great place to watch the waves go by, see the blue water. Just great sitting areas all throughout Deck 8. It's my favorite spot on this cruise ship. One thing is for sure, this is our first time on the Norwegian Aqua and I just said to Todd this morning, I definitely want to come back. Now that we're on our last day of the cruise, do you have a favorite deck? Oh, 8. The seating's beautiful, the decor is beautiful. It's just beautiful and clean, super clean.
