Bryan Kohberger claims he was misled to plea guilty

Brian Kohberger, who pleaded guilty to the murders of four University of Idaho students, is seeking to withdraw his plea. He claims his legal team misled him into a false confession to avoid the death penalty. A judge has scheduled hearings for June of next year to address the petition. Kohberger is currently serving four consecutive life sentences without parole.
