Our Perfect Swiss Lake Day Took a Turn… 🇨🇭⛈️

Hello you guys and welcome to another video. My name is Sydney Lent and welcome to my channel. If it is your first video, hello. And if it is your second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and onward video, love you so much. Thanks for being here. I am in Switzerland and we are off to a new city. We literally just got here and we are the only people to get off at this stop. So it's like a smaller feel but it's right on the lake. It's going to be beautiful. I want to go swimming today. We need to hurry up because it's halfway through the day but I'm going to get more into everything and everything we're doing today after the intro. All right you guys, we have a little bit of a walk to the hotel and then I'm going to get changed and then I want to go swimming in the lake so bad. We are, where our hotel is, is kind of far from any dinner spots so we might have to go on the train again later today but we'll figure that out later. For now, let's go get checked in. Okay, we just checked into our hotel and it is super cute and like, like a little boutique-y vibe. It's very like homey. There's no AC but at least we have this fan here. But the balcony, come look, this is the prettiest thing I've ever seen. And I guess like everybody would be staying in Interlaken or like Bernice, I think it is. So they're like the bigger cities over here so we're kind of like right in the middle which I thought at first would be like, oh no, like we're not going to be near anything. But the pro is it's so quiet and private and it's just as beautiful like we're right on the water. This is a little hidden gem. We are by the water. We're super close now. It's so pretty. I'm going to take some content before I go in because I really want to, well not dive in because there's rocks, but I want to jump in and really be one with the water. But I want to take pictures and stuff first so when you see me it's not like, it's a sea monster. No, it's me. But it's so pretty here. I can't wait to go in. I heard it was super cold but we'll see. Luckily the sun's out and it's pretty hot out so. She says it's there's like three weeks out of the year where you can actually like go in this water so lucky that we're here now and get to experience it and I will attach some of the photos so you guys can see. I love doing that because I'm like what do they look like because this is in the future. But I will see you guys very soon. I'll check in when like I already went in and I'm wet. So I'll be back. Today we are by the lake. It's beautiful here. We rented a paddle boat. We rented a kayak like a clear kayak and a paddleboard and I'm so excited. I can't wait to swim in the water. I'm going to get my hair wet. I'm going to fully be in the water and I'm going to try to stand but I'll probably fall off. Okay you guys I'm so excited. We have about two hours and it's going to rain later today so I really want to soak up the sun while I can. My favorite thing is swimming in a lake. That's my favorite thing to do ever. I'm so excited. I wish the only thing is I wish I had goggles. I don't have any goggles but that's okay. We're going to have a lot of fun. I love paddleboarding. I'm not great at it but let's get on let's get on the water. Let's stop all this talk and get on the water. All right you guys we are on the paddleboard. I was like at first I had like I've given the mic to Fotografia Fantastica because I was like I might fall immediately but I didn't fall in so that is important. I may have tripped a little. Completely different but let's we got to stand if we're on the paddleboard. Okay we are on. Look off this is the view. I'm surprised like no one's really out today I guess because it is going to rain later but we never explored this town so it's kind of interesting to see it. Oh my gosh my first collision. Okay I'm honestly always team paddleboard versus kayak. I always think I love kayaking and I do enjoy it but like taking the kayak out and like holding the paddles and then when you get out it's so pretty but my arms get tired so quick. For some reason on the paddleboard it's not as bad because you can really just like float and you're not expected to really go that far. It's less of a workout for me and I like having this like easy flotation device so if I want to jump in I could just like come right back on. A kayak I feel like is harder to get on and off like jump on and off but the sun is out. It's looking beautiful. I'm gonna try to go closer into the wall so I'll see you when I'm out there if I get out there if I make it. All right you guys we are at this mini smaller lake that is next to the big lake and it's a lot warmer which I really like and my friend Mia is coming hopefully before the rain because I heard a little bit of thunder but I'll insert some clips of me trying to get on this giant floaty thing but this place is so fun they have like like platforms that you can jump off and then obviously like the floaty and different stands and stuff it's super fun. All right you guys we're here and look the perfect weather for us. Mia of course. You guys have met Mia before uh her info is gonna be down below so you guys can check her out but y'all it's raining and fun fact Mia hates thunderstorms. Yeah probably one of my biggest fears is lightning. Right and I feel like this was the perfect idea for her because she's like remember when you came over in West Palm she was like in the pool the whole time like she was but there wasn't a storm so it was fine but now there's lightning added I'm like I'm not going. She's like uh no not today so we're gonna think of something else to do probably something in the rain because it is raining and I don't think it's gonna stop. We'll check in soon. Okay you guys it is storming so we're gonna do some fun this or that questions. Okay this category is called spicy and funny. Sounds just like you. I love that. Okay this one is rich and boring or broke and funny. Because I feel like if you're rich and boring at least you can use the money to probably do something fun. Yeah but if you're broke I mean I guess that's a good one. Yeah because I I mean I guess I'd rather be laughing than bored. Yeah imagine having everything and still just feeling eh you know like crazy. But then I'm like could I just use the money to just have my own fun anyway you know? Yeah. Or hey I'll go with broke and funny. This is a tough one because it's like is this for myself or for someone else? If it was for me I mean I don't know. I don't know either. It's so hard. I keep leaning towards one and then I'm like no. I can't do that. I feel like immediately like what I would think is broke and funny because then like it's just like rich like rich and sad or broke and happy. Have you seen those? I've always seen those clips. I'm just like I mean broken I mean I would hate to be broke but if you're like happy that's like the main goal. Yeah or can I be broke I mean happy no can I be rich and boring and then date someone broke and funny. That would be my answer. True then and then the flies here are crazy. They will just stay on you. They don't care. Interesting. They're not paying rent to live on. Yeah the Swiss flies are crazy. I'm gonna go with I'm gonna go with broke and funny. Final answer. I'll go with yeah. We're in it together but we're laughing. We're laughing together. Okay kiss on the first date or wait. I say kiss on the first date. Why not? I love that. Why not? You know what we got to lose. We've only got one life. I will say the last first date that I went on I didn't really I was like eh. He was nice but just. When they kissed or like you didn't kiss? No we didn't kiss and I was like we went for a hug and I knew he was looking at me. I was like I kissed him on the cheek. I was like I'm gonna kiss you on the cheek. Yeah and then I mean if the vibe is good then sure why not. If you're not sure that you like them then maybe save it. Yeah yeah if the vibe is good. Why not? I know I'm team kiss on the first date but it is kind of cute when you like pace it out. Yeah but it definitely has its benefits. I just feel like kiss on the cheek is still a kiss so technically kiss but I want to know you're like yes kiss. Why not? You know life is too short. I love it. Okay we have one more question. Always have to sing instead of talk or dance wherever you go. That's very easy for me because I cannot dance so I guess I'm singing. Hello I guess I will sing. That would kind of be fun but that would get I mean really annoying. Yeah and it would get quite exhausting as well probably. Right I do sing all the time. Well I think it would be kind of fun to dance for you though. Like all right see you guys. I guess and you would lose a lot of weight you know it'd be a great you know yeah weight loss plan I guess. You would have to get really good because you just dance all the time. I mean same with singing though. You'd probably get better. True yeah I would I'm definitely I mean maybe if I can dance privately for at least the first month so I can She said okay five six seven eight. Because I cannot dance at all so I definitely would pick singing. I mean I like singing as well actually so yeah. Singing's fun. I would pick singing. Okay I would dance. It could be a performance.
