Former Woodridge trustee killed in hit-and-run outside Village Hall

Ronald Cates, a former village trustee and member of the Village Fire Department, has died following a hit-and-run accident outside Village Hall in Woodbridge, Sullivan County. State police are currently searching for the driver who fled the scene.
