That's if the structures are deemed critically important and poorly protected from Ukrainian drone attacks. The Kremlin is now explaining the decision. We're facing a clear threat of drone attacks targeting facilities and critical infrastructure. Specifically sites that are vital to our country's economy and social sector. Often business owners do not pay enough attention to taking measures to ensure safety. Putin's presidential decree lists logistics facilities, fuel and energy infrastructure and more. The move comes after weeks of Ukrainian attacks on Russian storage facilities, energy infrastructure and similar sites. The strikes have been dealing a serious blow to Russia's economy. Moscow will now be able to completely take over such sites including seizing physical and financial assets and gaining official ownership rights. This is creating concerns that the state might take over the sites to generate additional state revenue and fund the war in Ukraine. State control of such sites ends only at Putin's personal discretion. Also in Russia on Tuesday the Kremlin questions the idea of creating a free economic zone in the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine. The US drafted a plan together with Ukrainian and European partners. The only thing I can say in this context is that Donbass is a territory of the Russian Federation. It is a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. Meanwhile in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky saying Kiev received some long-awaited Patriot air defense missiles. We received a few more Patriot missiles. I can't say how many but a few. We need more. We need more. Zelensky has long been asking the US to supply more missiles to defend against Russian attacks.
