Raiders C Tyler Linderbaum Offensive Line Growth

Yeah, I think making a lot of strides, not where we want to be. You know, continuing to work on operations, standpoint things, working together. I think the thing about an offensive line position is just the more reps you get with each other, you know, the better you get. At least the good teams, the better you get. So just continue to strive for that and continue to get better each and every day of practice. Yeah, I think he's continued to grow and taking command of the huddle, taking command of communication. And that's hard to do as a young guy. You know, you're dealing with a lot of new things, a whole new offense. So just seeing the growth in his command and his operation, it's a good starting point. Caleb Rogers likes to find his way over to you. I'm just curious, what is your thoughts, your assessment of his game and the fact that he seems to be, at least watching him interact with you, extremely coachable? Yeah, and that's the thing about Caleb is he's always trying to find things to improve on, things to work on. You know, if you saw his notebook, you'd see the amount of notes that dude takes. You know, that's the kind of guys you want in the room. Plays the game the right way, has the right attitude, wants to get better, wants to work hard. We all need to strive to be like that.
