Each ethnic group has its own unique culture reflecting its history and development. For Trieng women, brocade weaving is a distinct cultural tradition passed down from generation to generation. As society develops, maintaining and preserving the brocade weaving tradition becomes more difficult because young people in the 4.0 era are too busy with their studies and are not very interested in this craft that requires skill, meticulousness, perseverance, patience, and time. However, in Dak Rang village in particular and Dak Duc commune in general, the Trieng ethnic people still maintain their distinctive cultural features. The artisans here have continuously passed on to their descendants the traditions of their ancestors, such as playing gongs and drums, Xoang dance, weaving, crafting musical instruments... and especially brocade weaving.
