Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell Rookie Stars Shine Bright!

Trey Zoon continues to just really impress. You got to do a lot with him. Would you just discuss his maturation, please? Yeah, it's been awesome to watch him grow. I mean, it feels like a practice every time. Watch a snap, look away, watch a different snap from somewhere else. Working hard, putting his best foot forward, and to see a rookie come in and just work, keep his head down, is really all you can ask for. And so I'm super proud of Trey. Mike Washington is a young man. He just runs angry like he's mad at the field. Would you discuss him, please, Aiden? Yeah, it's been great to see Mike develop in the pass game and the run game. Coming in as a rookie, and then obviously as a running back, your protections, run game, pass game, you kind of got to know everything. And so to see him grow and mature in that space has been awesome. And the coaches have been hard on him and expecting a lot out of him. So to see him go out there and produce is not surprising. Kirk wasn't out there tonight, but it seems like he was involved in the process and everything on the sidelines. Just kind of what's his leadership like when he's not out there on the field? Yeah, I thought he did a great job helping Fernando and I both. He was asking questions, wasn't talking just to talk, but trying to help me out. And really asking what I was thinking on certain plays when I came off the sideline. And talking situational football, and yeah, he was not in the way at all. He did a good job of helping us with what we needed to do. He's sticking with Kirk, a lot of players describe him as like a dad in a locker room. How do you feel about those dad vibes? How would you address the description of that? Yeah, dad vibes is pretty spot on.
