Haya de la Torre Case (Columbia v Peru) (Enforcement of International Court judgments)

In this case, which followed on from an earlier case called the Asylum case, the court indicated that even though it had found that Peru was not obliged to respect the grant of asylum given to Victor Raul Haya de la Torre by Columbia, neither was Columbia obliged to hand him over.
